Easy to book, easy to find, easy to park, transfers quick & easy. Would only use this company in future & have already recommended it to friends & family

I find Parking Express convenient, but I got lost going from 1 zone to the other. Could do with more lighting and directions inside the car park zones.

Easy check in and exit with very little time wasted. Will use this facility on my next flight.

I never talked to anyone, got in, parked my car, took my bus to the airport which took about 4 mins, got back waited for the bus for about 5 mins and went and took my car and drove off, number plate identification cameras worked superb, very easy transaction; will use from now on!

On arrival, there was no specified area for pre-booked parking, which confused me. However, everything worked very well and we hardly had to wait any time at all for the bus at both ends. I thought it was good value.

I have used Parking Express on a number of occasions and other long term parking facilities. I find Parking Express more convenient, especially when booking online and using the vehicle registration recognition system at barriers. Providing Parking Express remain competitive I will continue to use their facilities.

I could not fault this parking service. No wait for the bus and transferred to South terminal in 3 minutes. Brilliant, highly recommended. Exact same efficiency on return journey. I will now always use Parking Express when flying from Gatwick.

Easy to get to, buses are regular & quick to get to terminal. Pre-payment is very easy: just take ticket on entry and return to barrier on way out (no need to go to customer services to get ticket validated before leaving, which I had to do at Heathrow Parking Express). Only slight problem was bus stops in car park seemed to be labelled as either stop N or Zone X, stop Y which was a bit confusing (or maybe it was late & I was tired).

Transfer to airport was great, but transfer from airport terminal to car park is very poorly signposted! On leaving the terminal we could not find signs for which stops Parking Express operated from and we ended up going downstairs and waiting 15 minutes watching other companies transfers to their car park coming and going. We asked one of the drivers of these other companies who then said that Parking Express operated from upstairs at a different bus stop. When we found the correct stop, getting on the bus and back to the car park was no problem. BAD SIGNPOSTING FROM AIRPORT TERMINAL RE BUS STOP FOR PARKING EXPRESS OTHERWISE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

" buses went past stop B5 without stopping. Waited 15 minutes for transfer to S Terminal. Driver on return was VERY rude to ALL passengers. Asked us for our stop (B5) and then drove past it becasue we didn't shout stop when he gor there! Had to walk back 400 yards in pouring rain. His name not in slot behind his seat and couldn't get a reg in the rain and dark before he went. He would have dropped us off about 10 minutes before our exit time of about 1832 on the 19th Nov.

When I arrived on site I was unaware it was first pick up a ticket then park the car however the young lady in Reception soon put me right but had to repeat the information when I returned. Possibly my fault for not reading through the paperwork but never mind.

Easy to park, but do remember not only to take a note of your Zone and Lane, but also the Bus Stop Number (not easy in the dark). It wasn't very clear about going to the Customer Service Desk when collecting and paying for the stay, and the lane markings (arrows) took me away from the Desk rather than towards it. But the staff were friendly and helpful.

Used twice now and I highly recommend their service as it is so easy to use, is so close to the terminal and the price is reasonable. Perhaps at busy times they could earmark more buses for specific zones so that one does not have to stop at every bus stop in 3 or 4 zones. A minor quibble but it can be annoying if one is pressed for time getting to the terminal.

Was very pleased with the service, was next door to the airport and it only took around 2 minutes to get there. Also i only waited a couple of minute for the bus to get to the sirport and there was one there waiting as i came out. Was excellent value for money, i am definatly using this service again. The bus driver was very friendly and helpful.

I did not know the car park and did not understand the system of finding your stop on return. The Bus driver was very unhelpful, reluctant to return to my section and informed me he did not know the layout of the carpark. It was dark and deserted and I do not think in this day and age a woman alone should be dumped in the middle of nowhere as I was. Better instructions on returning to carpark/bus stops should be given.

Parking with Parking Express Gatwick. We had a long 8hr flight ahead of us and did not want any hassles with parking. We did not get any , the parking process was so hassle free that we thought we may have missed something out. When you are excited to get away on your holidays you do not want to take time sorting parking out. It was all done online , well marked directions to lead you straight to the car park and leaving the coaches were frequent with friendly and patient drivers. We could not ask for more and will definitely be using this service again!

Very easy acccess to car park. Prompt pick up and set down at terminal. Car didn't register when entering so ticket didn't work on exit. No proble these things happen. Attitude of staff when sorting this out though was surly and disinterested in the extreme. A little smile goes a long way and there was a complete absence of smiling and anything else which might be construed as friendliness. Granted it was past midnight but that's exactly when you need the smile.

The massive advantage is that is is very near/in the airport and the computer number plate recognition makes the check in and out really speedy. Coach drivers are also very friendly. However, if you have a car alarm the car park is so close that the planes set it off. I don't have one but was worried that if I did on a new car I would come back to a flat battery and as you keep your car keys, there is no one who can turn it off. So, if you can turn your alarm off before you leave your car there then do!

Your new transfer instructions from the South Terminal to the car park was not very clear. New instructions should be made more bold. As I had prepaid for my parking, I did not expect to be issued a ticket with "Casher" on it. I now know these have to first be presented at the site office but after a long tiring flight home, I must have been completely comatosed at the time and not taken any note of any instructions and, it was the most infuriating situation to find ones self in especially late at night. We managed to find the parking area very easily and parked with no trouble at all.Very quick transfer to airport , in fact , bus was waiting there.Only hiccup was on our return , the bus driver did not actually stop at our bus stop , so had to walk about 250 yds. A bit of a problem if you were infirm.
