It's always nice to get a great price on parking, so I look for the best rates. But it's great to get a good deal for parking on site. Parking Express at Gatwick is really convenient and the bus service is excellent.

Easy to book on line, easy to find, instrustions spot on, slight delay in finding parking space but as in plenty of time for flight no problem. drivers courteous, no hanging about when we arrived home in early hours of morning. Will definatley use again, Thanks

Everything went very smoothly. I used to park off-site until this came up with a competitive price. Have used this the last three times I've been to Gatwick and will use again.

I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a courtesy bus. My battery was flat when I got back. As well as the free jump start service offered, all the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I have used this service twice before and chose it the second time over a cheaper service as my initial experience was so good.

In the car park, remember which bus stop you caught the bus at. Send yourself a text, as a reminder. Upon return, On the way out of the south terminal, read the signs, stay on the same level and dont get lost going down a couple of levels, then have an argument with your family about how you ruined each others lives and how you'd wished you'd never gone on holiday and just stayed at home.

Buses waiting when parking the car, and very short wait on return journey. Location means transfer time is very quick - good value for on-airport parking..

This has to be the best airport parking I've used. It's so convenient parking so close to the aiport. We arrived at 5am, parked up without a problem, the signs were very good. A bus arrived within minutes. On our return we found the signs at the airport for the bus very clear. Bus it was waiting for us which was good considering it was very cold and 7am. The driver was very polite, took us to our stop, found the car. Our exit was very good, the machine registered we had paid and let us out. No problems at all, it was perfect. We would recommend this car park to anyone. Excellent value for money, very secure and 2 mins from the aiport. Fantastic, what more could you ask for.

Transfers excellent. the only problem was that having pre booked i still had to stop at the kiosk on the way out to arrange payment as the ref no wasnt printed on my ticket.

Very satisfied with the car park. Just turned up parked the car and got on the waiting transfer bus which took us to the terminal within 5 minutes. There was no worry about someone else parking the car and the parking was very close to the terminal. Would definately recommend this to other people.

Very good service. Very Quick response to help us on the way home. Arrived at the vehivcle to discover the battery flat. One quick call to the office and a van was dispatched and heh presto we were homeward bound. The service is very good which is why we have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

My car broke down at the exit. The staff on duty were really friendly and helpful, looking after us until the recovery company was able to take my family and our car away.

Excellent service, driving in was simple with the registration plate verified and printed on the ticket. Leavinh was as simple as driving out and putting the ticket in the machine.

The only thing I would like improved is the numbering of spaces and lanes. In the zone (G) that I parked , I found it quite difficult to accurately write down where I had parked as it was someone else who was going to pick up the car

booked two nights before, stayed for over a week and it cost under £70.00 to park. Much better than what I have paid in the past for a last minute booking.

All went smoothly-particularly the pick up and drop off-we were lucky as no waiting at all. The coach was there each journey. Yhis makes for easy travelling.

For many years we have booked parking off-airport mainly for cost reasons. These have not always been easy to find and transfer can take upto an hour. Parking Express is competitively priced and is ideally situated "on-airport". Pick-up times for departure and arrival was almost immediate. We shall certainly use Parking Express again. Thanks!

Everything went exactly to plan. Whatever you do remember where you have parked. One couple on our return bus had not noted their Zone, bus stop, or parking grid reference and presumably spent New Year's Eve searching for their car!!!

Hassel free, the number plate recognition system meant that I just drove in, parked the car and hopped on a bus to the airport just a few minuets away. It will be my first choice for parking every time.

Apart from a slight problem at the exit barrier where it wanted to charge me £80.00 plus, this was soon rectified in the office and off we went. Would certainly park here again. Thank you.

I'd certainly use this Car Park again. Next time, though, I'd make sure I go and wait by the first bus stop. First thing on a cold December morning, with a 18 month old in tow, you really don't appreciate bus drivers ignoring your stop and leaving you waiting.
