i landed at 7am and by the time i got through customs (3 staff for an entire flight!!!!!!!!!!!) and got to my car it was 07.45am. On exiting i told the staff i was held up by customs staff shortage and according to their computers, my flight landed at 0615am.so they charged me for another full day!!! Absolute rubbish imo. next time you use these carparks..ensure you book an extra 2 hours after your flight is supposed to land. thats the advice the car park staff told me

I had to swap cars to needed to change my pre-booked registration number. The website did not allow me to do it - so I rang and spoke to a lady who took all my details of the new registration - so I would not be delayed at the exit barrier. When arriving at the exit barrier - the new registration number had not been recorded - involving me having to back up, queue up in the office to explain the problem. Not a good experience

A very relaxed experience, knowing that being within the airport confines there is unlikely to be traffic delays with the coach transfer and reduces any risk of being late.

When we arrived the barrier would not open despite the fact that we had prebooked and prepayed.. When we pressed the button the barrier opened but did not give us a green ticket. On return the number plate recognition system would not allow us to leave. When we pointed this out to the attendant she was surlily insistent that the number plate recognition system did work, and it was somehow our fault that the machine had not issued us a ticket!!! Are we the only people that this has ever happened to? I would complain directly to BCP but am unwilling to pay to use a 0870..... number to point out a defect of theirs.

I found Parking Express really quick and easy. It has number plate registration so that I didn't need to waste any time with paying when I left. It is really close to the terminal so that transfer is quick and the buses seem to run very frequently.

We were able to drop the cases and some of the party off at the terminal - a couple went and parked the car and were back with the rest of the party and checked in for departure. Return was a slick with the vehcile being colelcted and brought to the terminal for loading - we had two young children and it enabled us to look after them without any hassle. Well done.

We had an excellent experience and will use again if travelling from South terminal. The buses were frequent and the vehicle recognition system for pre-booked cars was great and certainly made the visit seamless and stress free. Definitely worth paying the extra few pounds.

the car park was easy to find. Pre booking meant no delays on arrival & the transfer time was minimal. All in all a hassle free start & finish to my holiday.

We don't like to rely on friends or family to pick us up & take us to the airport, especially if the flight times are at an early/late hour of the day. For us also, it's convient because we know where the children are at one time, with us & that makes a change.... Bless them!!

my group accidentally left a suitcase on the transfer bus. parking express were brilliant: courteous and efficient, they returned the case within 10 minutes. the rest of the service was excellent, including ease of access, price, transfer time & efficiency. i will certainly use parking express again

Good service and fair price in comperison to others. Buses may get pretty crammed with people's luggage but at least there is another bus which will come along in a short while. Have used before and would use again.

You know what to expect and it works. There was a problem when checking out that my booking wasnt recognised as a prepay so I had to reverse out of the exit queue and visit the reception area. You need to introduce something to prevent this as it causes hassle for the driver and other cars in the queue.

It was extremely easy to book and easily accessible as on route into the airport. I didn't have to wait at either end and I found that having my reference number on the back of my ticket great as I didn't have to stop and speak to anyone to confirm my payment All good Thanks

Bus drivers should be more considerate to their passengers in order to give a more comfortable ride and also to help locate correct parking areas for those passengers that "do not have a clue" where thay left their cars. Our return driver was no help to two couples who only recalled the row number but not the bus stop number.

Directions and information was straightforward. Easy to find parking and if instructions are followed customers should have no problemsin parking their car and retrieving it when they return provided they write down the Lane parked in and the Bus Stop Number.

all in all the easiest place to park at gatwick. any complaints only minor and woul be nitpicking. i would recommend this as much the easiest place to park

The booking confirmation gave instructions about proceeding to the pre-booked area, but at the car park I couldn't find it, there was no-one to ask, no directions that I could see, and the phone wasn't answered. In the end I gave up and parked anywhere.

twice when we have used this service the bus has taken off with out all our party and luggage. Luckily we are all adults, this could have been very distressing if children had been involved and the bus went off with the children on it and not the adult.

Normal excellent service .... Whilst its not the cheapest on the airport, the main thing I like is that only I drive the car and park it ...so its always waiting in the same place when you return and because the cars are parked over a large area you dont have to wait with a whole coachload of other people in order to get your keys and then go out and find your car.

Very easy to find. No problems with buses. Had to use office on exit, as we were delayed for an hour over our expiry time and the ticket wouldn't work. Staff in office very efficent and no extra cost. Very pleased with the service as a whole. Will be using you again
