Booking with Parking Express took away the worry of where to park, and whether our car would be safe while we were away. The transfer time was minimal and coaches ran frequently.

This was the first time I'd used this car park and found it to be excellent. There were plenty of direction signs so it's imposible to get lost on your way to the premises and the parking bays within. This was a concern of mine before going there because I was travelling first thing in the morning when it was dark. The open air parking is set out in large zones A, B, C etc with multiple coach stops along the way. As such, you don't walk more than 50 yards. I didn't have to wait for a shuttle coach either on the outward or return journey, one was already there for me to jump on straight away. I will gladly use Parking Express in the future. Tip: Book your parking space 4-6 week early to get a hefty discount.

Staff were extremely helpfull especialy when I discovered my battery was flat when I got back form my holiday. I was very impressed with the service and the staff I couldnt of wished for a better start or finish to my holiday.

When I booked I had a different car. I tried to change my details by e-mail but got no response. I took my reference number and parking ticket to Customer Services to explain and it only took 1 minute to trace my booking and issue an exit ticket. A hassle-free end to the holiday.

We waited less than two minutes to be picked up and the return was even quicker: The coach was waiting at the stop and once we had boarded the driver departed.

Despite having prepaid, the system did not worked and accordingly had to seek assistance from the pay booth - no explanation or apology, just total boredom !

On leaving the car park the machine asked me to pay for my ticket again. As my number plate had not been picked up when I arrived. This was the only indication I had to there being a problem. If I had not been paying attention adn just put my card in, thinking that it just needed to validate my booking then I would have ended up paying twice!

This is the second time I've used Parking Express. Well signposted and very easy to find. Pre-booking provided easy access for arrival and departure with the number plate recognition facility. Very fast transfer to the terminal and on the return to car park. Excellent value for money if pre-booked early. Will certainly use again.

Nice and close to terminal buses on time drivers helpful. good value for money. and you can park your own car, not some spotty kid tearing it about. Will use again.

I was not happy that on our return we had to pay £ 8.00, due to the fact that we had arrived earlier than we thought we would. We left early due to not knowing how long it would take or what the traffic would be like and we were charged and extra £ 8.00 for arriving less that half an hour early! Would not use or recommend service.

I work for Virgin Atlantic and manly fly out of LHR, but occasionally have to come down to LGW to do flts. They put on a bus for us but i don't find this is always convenient for me so i find parking express value for money and its great with the regular buses to and fromn the terminal. Thanks alot

pre-booked car park takes some of the stress out of travelling. Due to alterations at the airport,changing of bus stops,not very well signed, i.e.bus stop no 8.

Was easy to find and close to the airport, transfers were really frequent - both to and from the terminal. Only downside was when we arrived - it wasn't overly clear where we should park

A very straightforward experience for me but I was pleased I remembered to write down the right car park. On my return, the parking express bus was going to two different directions! I think it was overall good value, the car park was safe and I got to park my own car.

I found parking quick, easy and above all hassle free. Directions to zones clear and pick up was smooth and efficient, would definitely recommend it to all my friends.

It was very easy to book on line and on the day of parking the system ( at the car park) recognised the car booked ( from number plate) and there was no time wasted at all. Although most of the bays were full it did not take long to find an empty one to park. On arrival- the coach was outside the terminal and it did not take long to get to the bay where car was parked. The only confusion happened when going to the exit. There was some road resurfacing going on and the fences erected confused the road layout. Overall very good and nine out of ten.

A long way from the North Terminal and no transfers offered. We had to walk through the South Terminal. Get on the Monorail and then walk through the North Terminal. Not good with heavy bags if you are unfit!

Situated very close to the terminal. Transfer buses seem to run frequently. From parking the car, you can be checking in ten minutes later....Airport parking as it should be!

Excellent service - everything went very smoothly and transfer to and from the terminal was very quick. I do feel that toilets located at various points within the car parks would be very much appreciated.

No problem locating the carpark. Got a coach immediately. Little confusing where to wait on return. Indicates to wait for zone 'G' at one stop, but the bus driver said we were to wait at another. Despite that he allowed us on. This was confusing as he did not move onto another stop. He stopped in other zones in G and therefore we must have got on the right stop.
