Ease of booking online. Once your parked the markings and bus stops are very clearly marked, makes your return journey a lot less stressful. Polite and helpful staff on the transfer coaches

Location and cost wise this is the best choice and will remain the one we use at Gatwick despite the tight parking spaces and difficulty on the bus transfers. The bus is fine, the problem is with passengers who stand in the main isle next to the luggage racks instead of taking a seat! This makes it difficult to get on and off the bus and access your bags.

I was impressed with the whole process of having my number plate recognised and not needing to wait in queues to report to staff. the transfers were also efficient.

This is one if not the easiest airport parking option I have ever used. Easy to find, no messing about checking in, loads of transfer buses and it takes just a few minutes before you are at the arrives drop off. I have used them before and will continue to when I come to Gatwick.

Overall good experience although on y return I just missed a bus another came along in 10 mins. 3rd time in a row though the license plate reader has not worked which means a trip to cust. services before departure.

on arrival, you receive a ticket from pre paid machine. At least you think you do if you're lucky!! On the ticket is a ref code which matches your booking ref...If you didn't know it was there you wouldn't find it! Then you have to write down the car park number, as if you was aware that there are 5 or 6 car parks in use!! To top it all they provide two different buses for the different car parks, so you really should know about the other car parks. Personally after a stupid amount of time on the plane I don't want to find out on my rturn that I SHOULD'VE been a clairvoyant to know a very confusing system before I left...The company really should review their system and stop making things so difficult for people and leaving too much to chance... On a good note, my car was still there. If you know the system then I would recommend this car park as good value. All the best

I had so many papers on my return from my business trip I managed to lose my ticket but the person at customer services was very kind and swiftly sorted this out - think he was empathetic in that he could see I was so tired by the end of the day - well done.

the bus comes round frequently, and a short trip to/from airport. Bus drivers friendly and extremley helpfull. Exit from parking quick and simple and great signposts on arrival.

I find parking here so easy and convenient as we had three children with us. The courtesy coaches were nearby and we arrived at the terminal within minutes. Would recommend the car parking facilities to anyone who wants hasslefree parking that ensures them getting to the terminal quickly and on time.

The whole experience was thoroughly easy, we rolled up, breezed into the carpark, found a spot to park, found a transfer immediately and were at the check in desk in rcord time.It would be nice if it were cheaper, but i would say that wouldn't I!

When I left the car park I was unsure of the procedure as I had my ticket and reference number but unsure what to do. I asked the lady in the office and was very rudely spoken to and was being talk to like I was a 3 year old! She did the same again to the person behind me! This lady is very rude and should never be involved in customer communications!......... I left the car part between 9 & 10 on Friday 25th April

Very easy and trouble free to use,just what we needed on the return as we had a six hour journey to get home. Could not comment on car park staff as we did not see any.

The car park was easy to find and clear instructions to follow as to where to park. There are bus stops nearby and our bus was there waiting to transport us to the airport which was only 5 mins. A bus was already waiting on our arrival home and took us back to the car park. The bus driver was very friendy and helpful. Would definately recommend this car park to anyone. Extremely convenient, no messing around.

It was good to be able to find cheap on airport parking but sadly my purchase was wasted and so was the space because I had to cancel my booking and could not obtain a refund because parking was a 'special offer' I think provision oculd be made for refund of money on cancellations or the offer to carry the credit forward for another booking (for example I require a booking for August and credit could have been given towards that) The fact that all money was non refundable in my circumstances meant I lost my money and therefore would rather in the long run have paid more and received it back on cancellation!

I found the service very efficient and would have no problems with using it again or recomending if to anyone else. I assumed I would need to go to the office to log out, but was informed that all I needed ot do was present my picket at the barrier everything was automated.

My brand new car was damaged by the vehicle next to me. It obviously opened the door and banged my door causing a small dent and paint chip. Not happy at all as my car is brand new. Other than this I was very please with the service and will definately use again.

Easy to find bus for return transfer. We have used this car park many times in the past and always pre-pay but have never had the number plate of the car read automatically.

Easy to find the car park area, loads of spaces, very short walk in any direction to bus stops, buses every few minutes, drop off outside terminal, return info from driver. On return only waited few minutes for pick up bus, again driver helpful, found parking zone (had it written down), ticket franked at exit and straight out. Had not used car parking before and was so impressed that have used 'off airport' parking since - was worried about 'off airport' but was impressed by the whole operation. Both were great value for money and will definitely be using again. Thanks APH.

April 2008 - 1st time using...Simple and easy to find - just in the teminal, well sign posted from airport, collected ticket on way in, found a space to park quite quickly (even in the snow), boarded the waiting bus at nearby stop (make a note of your stop on back of your ticket) and was at the terminal in about 3 or 4 mins. Return journey - found bus stops listed on board just by entrance of terminal - stop was pretty much outside front door! 2 buses there waiting (at 3am) told driver our stop and within 2 mins were off and delivered to our stop. As the word "CASHIER" was printed on our ticket we had to stop at reception before we could leave to have our ticket validated! this was the only bad thing that i could say!! ;-)

Though overall experience was good to very good, we found having a pre-paid exit ticket didn't mean a smooth exit. Machine would not accept it so bottleneck ensued until resolved. Other vehicles also causing delays at exit.
