Parking express car park was very easy to find. It was good in that you just parked your car and went. No waiting to hand keys in or anything.Transfer bus was waiting so no hanging around. On returning just went back to the car where we left it and drove home. Waited approx 5 mins for transfer on return. The price for parking was very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

This car park is very easy to find, straight off the motorway spur to the airport. Entrance was speedy with good signage directing you to the area where they wanted you to park. Lots of bus stops (with shelters) and the bus arrived within a couple of minutes. Five minute transfer max. On our return a bus arrived for our section of the car park within 5 minutes of our getting to the conveniently located pick-up point. (Make sure you catch the right bus as there are separate services for different areas of the car park.) After just a few minutes the bus left with only us on board and took us straight to the area we were parked in. The only small downside in the whole system is that if you have pre-booked you need to take your entry ticket plus your pre-booking form to customer services by the exit. While an area is reserved for this, it's not under cover so I got wet going from the car to the office; but I was dealt with very promptly, given an exit ticket and off we went. While the overall service was excellent, the drivers need training in how to smile at customers or be friendly to them. OK, their customers are going to or coming back from some exotic place while they are just driving backwards and forwards all day, which must be pretty boring; but a smile or a hello would make such a difference! However, a great value car park right at the airport. Would definitely use again.

Fast, efficent service. Bus driver was really friendly and helpful. Made a pleasant change to come back home and see a smile. Customer services were also friendly when I had a query with my car park ticket. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service in picking us up, as the coach driver stopped at our car to let us board, rather than the bus stop. very quick and easy transfers, will be booking again for a months time.

this is the second time we have used this car park when flying from gatwick airport and it is very convienient.it is well signposted and there are plenty of parking bays.the transfer coaches run on time and the drivers are helpful.i would recommend this car park to anyone using gatwick airport.

It was easy, quick and simple. It took 5 mins to terminal and no farm tracks or trecks! I will use again, maybe i could save £3 but gain loads of hassle. As long as it stays cheep I will use this service. Cheers. Paul

Car park easy to find with plenty of spaces. The bus driver from the airport to the car park was on a suicide mission. Apart from one very near accident miss, he drove the bus like a maniac - I had a baby with me which could have been severely injured with the way he slammed on his brakes so frequently. Perhaps you should employ mystery shoppers on these buses to eliminate the dangerous drivers.

I pre-booked so as to have reserved parking and a aquick delivery to the terminal followed by a a quick getaway on return. There was no prebooked parking available and had to drive around to find a place. This delayed me and the check in time was tight. On return i had to go around all the carpark sections by coach. This took a considerable time. Not good.

I was on the return coach late afternoon and the driver was very very break happy, kept on heavly breaking, causing disscomfort. I had a 7mth old baby with me and I was lucky that there was not a lot of passengers travelling on the coach at the time and I had not collapsed my buggy - I dread to think what would have happened to me if I was holding the baby when the driver very suddenly slammed on the brakes, you probably would have been talking to my solicitor!! Please ask the drivers to be more careful.

This place is huge, so make sure you make a note of your section, your row number and your bus stop. If you dont know the bus stop you could be walking around for hours trying to find your car

Peace of mind whilst being away that my vehicle was in a secure environment. It was quicker using Parking Express and taking the courtesy bus than driving around and around trying to get parking in the parkade. Will always use in future.

We hardly waited any time for the courtesy coach in both directuons and the driver was very helpful and friendly. The registration number was read on entry and exit, so that was really quick too, so what more can one ask?

Arrived early afertnoon easy to park and transfer very good. Retuned early hours of morning 4am transfer back to parking,bus waiting quick transfer car park well lit easy departure thro automatic barrier EXCELLANT sevice will use again &reccomend

Parking entrance, directions and bus service both arriving and departing were most satisfactory. I do not travel as much now as I used to being in my 70,s but will not hesitate to use your service when I fly from gatwick in future

Easy to find as you enter the airport and the buses were quick. A small tip write down the parking bay area numer and the bus stop number as well. It fills up fast and it is a large area to cover if you forget where you left the car

The whole experience, as ever, was so easy. We arrived, parked, got straight on the awaiting bus and we're at the airport in a matter of minutes. And exactly the same, in reverse, when we returned from our trip. Great service...which I always highly recommend to anyone I know.

It is not clear what a pre booked person is to do when leaving. I had to ask someone. It would be useful if this was explained somewhere. Otherwise the service was very useful & well priced.

Parking was easy with plenty of space. The bus service was quick with little or no waiting around. Transition from car to airpor and return very smooth.

It was so simple, you question wether you are doing it correct. you pull up, it reads your reg, you park the car, make a note on the back of the ticket where you are parked, jump on the coach, catch the plane, have a great holiday, get back, jump on the coach, the driver takes you to your stop, load the car, put your ticket back in the machine and its all over! just too simple for words! We will 100% use them again

Service provided was excellent and efficient. We travelled from the north so found instructions clear and easy to follow. Return to car after our journey was quick and bus service allowed us to locate car easily. We would book again with your service be it at Manchester or Gatwick
