This is the second time we have used this car park and we would definately book again. We felt it was good value for money and quick, easy and convenient.

we followed the signs for pre paid ( as directed on the internat printout, and surprised to see a ticket barrier with no instructions for pre-paid ) which led nowhere. We drove to the control room, where a very stroppy lady looked at us like we were mad,when we said the printout told us to attend there. Then a gentleman told us that the internet instructions were 3 years old. We now had no choice but to drive the wrong way back to a parking spot ( or go around and get a 2nd ticket ) as now instructed.

very quick and easy transfer to Gatwick, very close to airport terminal not out in the country like a lot of others

On leaving our car, we tramped a quite unnecessarily long distance to the bus stop - clear signs in the parking area showing the direction of the nearest bus stop would be a great help. On returning to find the bgus to take us back to the parking area, we found the signing in the terminal extremely inadequate. We followed signs which sent us to three different leels bwefore we finaloly found the one with our transfer coach. Also bus drivers could be clearer in announcements - indeed why not an illuminated sign in the buses indicating which is the next bus stop? As with most of the facilities at BAA airports, one feels that the bosses never see the airport through the eyes of ordinary passengers who are on unfamiliar territory and who are often in an anxious state.

The car park is well situated very close to the South terminal. The bus service is quick and efficient and drivers friendly - especially good when arriving early morning after a very cramped flight!!!! I would strongly reccomend this car park to anyone needing to park at Gatwick. G.Kennedy(Mrs.)

Very easy to find,and right at airport.Buses there all the time.Bus staff were excellent.Used off airport parks but came back to this one as much better.

It would appear the service knows times for arrival and departures because the transfer serice was surprisingly very prompt.

easy to just drive up and get let,into car park,but then you have to drive round and find a car park space yourself. spaces not very big for big cars, and you can land up parking quite a distance from the bus stops, which when you have babies in buggies and cases and hand luggage can be quite difficult to handle it at 4am, whilst trudging round trying to find the car. only member of staff we saw was the bus driver, so you're on your own.

Car parking and bus transfer was fine until we returned. We'd written the bay number 16B on the supplied ticket in the box marked bay number. When we returned after 1 week we alighted at the bus top we started out on and looked for 16B. It wasn't there. We searched high and low but couldn't find it. There were 5 of us looking but to no avail. Eventually I found a small notice on the bus stop that said there may be some confusion as due to improvements the bay numbers had been changed. Ignoring the numbers we quickly found the car. Given that many people arrive back late and tired and want to get on the road asap you'd think that there could have been some prior warning or perhaps the bus driver might have mentioned it or even a bigger sign but no, nothing. It's so ludicrous I thought it was a candid camera spoof though definitely not funny.

Much quicker transfer time for long stay than Stansted airport. Didn't have to wait long for a bus when we were going home either. Helpful bus driver.

The car was recognized and there was no problem parking. The bus driver on our return was particularly helpful. I would use this parking again and have done before.

I arrived back 2 hours late and although I had prepaid I got billed for an extra day, this would not have happened with a smaller operator as they are far more flexible.

Easy to get to and regular busses to the terminal. Even the number plate recognition works (which it often doesn't) so there's no pfaffing around getting the ticket to work when exiting. Recommended.

I recently parked at gtwck sth with Parking Express. I found this both convieniant and swift to get my holiday off to a good stress free start. Will use again.

easy to find and no wait for buses. easy on return as long as yoou write down parking place. too many packed on bus and people standing had to keep pushing the cases back on to storage because of the speed of the vehicle. one lady was hit on the neck and shoulder by a falling case.

I would recommend the service. Car park found easily and plenty of spaces. Bus was there waiting both directions and driver was helpful when we needed clarification. Excellent service.

A very efficient operation right on the airport I was inside the terminal within 10 mins of parking the car and on the return journey was out of the carpark within 10 mins of getting on the bus!

We were very pleased overall and will use the service again. We did find it was difficult to indentify which coaches were collecting and which were dropping off when you were standing at the bus stops.

The price has gone up over 25% this year, for exactly the same week (half term) which I find very greedy. I expect some increase, but not this much. I shopped around and it was the same price everywhere.
