Once we had parked, furthest area you could get (C, row 66), we joined the queue at the bus stop to get on the bus that turned up twenty minutes later. Unfortunately by the time the bus turned up, there were more people there that could get on. What would have gone some way to ease this inconvenience was a customer focused bus driver that could explain or advise what extra wait the remaining customers where going to have but alas, even though asked, he wasn't interested in doing so , nice!!!!

Arrived early 0330, picked up almost straight away, driver very friendly. On return more or less stepped straight onto bus, no problem finding car and as I had pre-paid drove straight out of car park (after putting ticket into machine obviously!). Will use Parking Express again.

We have used this service before and have had no problems,so easy to use,adds to easy travel for your holiday.

Never used airport car parking in London before. It was convenient, easy and secure so I would use it again. I chose on-airport parking but believe off airport charges would have been less. The wait for a bus on our return was quite a bit longer than 7 minutes, which at the end of a tiring journey is a negative, but overall this was a successful venture.Didn't meet any car park staff except bus drivers, both friendly & helpful.

Always use Parking Express Best price Car always undamged. Secure not parked other places and driven by staff who couldn't care

A simple and pain free way to park your car at the airport. Buses run very frequently, we never waited longer than 5 minutes. Would definitely use again.

Only complaint would be that the booking form should make it clearer in large bold type which signs direct you to the correct car park. When driving the car park name seems similar at first glance. Perhaps that was just me. Otherwise it was a painless experience.

On returning from holiday area F where we had parked our car had disappeared! There were no notices to indicate what had happened but F did not feature on any Bus Stops.Fortunately I had the sense to ask a bus driver who informed me that F was now D. Thanks a lot APH!

As I was saying it wasn't every clear we were still in the "Parking Express" car park once we inside the parking area and we didn't know what the different zones ment. Also I observed that semi able or disabled may find parking confusing and the transfers difficult. That's my view but you may have a service available for thoughs persons.

FANTASTIC SERVICE.... shame about the passengers who get on and stand with their luggage, blocking the isle.. I have had a very large suitcase dumped on my foot while i was sitting recently causing it to bleed. When I pointed this out to the passenger, he did not apologise but said that his suitcase was too heavy to lift into the racks!!!!! All praise to the bus driver, who offered to take me to the depot for a plaster.....

Very easy to find, great transfer, value for money, would reccomend booking early. would definately use again. As regards car park staff did not speak to any so cannot comment.

Thought was great service... UNTIL we couldn't get out of the barrier! We had to pay an EXTRA days parking for being half an hour delayed on or flight! You must earn a packet - what a disgrace!

numberplate recognition system failed to recognise car leading to delay as we had to stop at cash desk to deliver paperwork and get ticket ammended before exiting

Easy to locate car park with quick entry and number recognition. Was advised best area to park from the customer service centre who were happy to help as I looked a little lost! All areas were well marked. Most frequent transfer service offered to date which made journey 100% easier. Definately recommend and would use again

It was easy to book, and confirmed straight away with clear instructions. We returned late at night to find a bus waiting, we hopped on and in minutes we were at our car. GREAT!

Crowded bus into the terminal and a long wait on return. Spaces quite small so we had to move the car to load the baby in and there was some new paintwork damage on return.

The car park is zoned and you have no choice where to park. This is not a problem on the way in because the coaches work the open zones. On the way back, however, if you are parked in a closed zone, you will not get a coach to your zone unless you ask, and the first driver we asked refused and said ours would be along in 5 to 10 mins! The coach routes are divided into A,B,C,D and E,G. There are seperate pick up points for the routes. Unfortunately, we were in G and both E and G were closed that day. We checked with the A.. route driver and he told us to wait at the other stop and our coach would be along in a minute. We waited for 20 minutes and when the 3rd zone A.. coach came, we asked the driver if he'd drop us off(and a few other passengers also waiting). He was much nicer and agreed. This is clearly a big fault in the process compounded by an unhelpful (dare I say, lying) driver who must have known that no coaches were running on the alternative route. My advice would be NEVER to park in zones E or G. You've got a far greater chance of one of the other zones being open on your return so I'd park in one of those if at all possible. If the pick-up had been as efficient as the drop-off, I would have submitted a glowing review. Note to Parking Express: Have a word with your drivers! They could be more helpful!

Our first time using Parking Express,very impressed great service to and from airport,and well pleased with the cost. Remember to note down your bus stop and bay, otherwise you could spend a long time finding your car.(Big parking area)

There were no signs to tell you what zone is full. You could be going round and round for ever. At the pink elephant at Stansted they fill one zone at a time and there are signs what zone to go into.
