This parking was so close to the airport and very easy to find. We thought finding a parking space at first was going to be a challenge but even that was easy and we were lucky to find a space close to one of the coach stops. One problem was that there is not space between the cars to get your bags through so you may have to walk a lnger way round to get to the coach stop but hey nothing is 100% perfect! The coach was there to collect us in seconds of arriving at the stop and on return one pulled up soon after we got to the pick up point. I thought it was going to be difficult to find the pick up point but it wasnt too hard even late at night and after a flight delay. We have a small baby so we had a buggy and heavy bags the driver was so friendly and helped my husband load things on. we will deffinatly use this service again.

Using Parking Express meant we did not have to worry if we would find a parking space. It was really easy to book online. The transfer bus runs regularly and the bus driver was really friendly and helpful.

Good web site, easy to book, good instructions and directions, once parked the coach was already waiting to take us to the airport, on our return again a coach was waiting. Just a few minutes ride to the airport. Your car remains in same space as it was left. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend and would use again. Thank you.

car parks are convenient for the terminal, supported by regular, fast bus links. Price is excellent value if booked online in advance

A very smooth & easy transaction right from the online booking stage through to getting back in our car & leaving Gatwick to come home!

Although not very close to the airport, i was very impressed with the whole setup. Dropping my car off and getting the courtesy bus was simple. The only gripe i have was finding the courtesy bus stop for my return journey, it wasn't obvious which bus stop we needed to get to. I ended up getting the correct bus at the drop off point rather than the collection point, but the staff were very accomodating and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Having driven to the BCP site, (just off the estate where the RS building is) which we use annually.. we were told our booking was at parking express. Pleasently surprised at the efficient and friendly coach driver, and on our return, when we had left lights on (doh!) the guy on duty (19th July at 1am) was really helpful and arranged for the super hero with a battery charger to come to our rescue! Thank you so much, we felt complete donkeys, and had no cash to thank anyone with. Will use you again, but would like to book direct next time, to avoid confusion and confirmation etc is clearer.

I found everything from the website to the car park simple and easy to follow. The car park and buses were clean and well lit and over all, the service was very good. The price was competitive and i would not hesitate to use again

We left a window open when we parked and your team taped it up very neatly to prevent any water getting in. I will be a repeat customer.

I parked the car picked up in minutes by bus on return was advised of exit by driver as pre paid was allowed to exit after automatic reading of number plat only problem signing to motorway poor missed turning

The parking was well organised but I arrived back in the early hours of the morning and the coaches were less frequent than during the day. The coach driver was friendly and helpful

Very good we would use this car park again, we like the fact we can keep our keys knowing that our car wont be moved. also when we returned our battery was flat because we were parked under the main flight path, but you were able to come and get us started again quickly rather than wait two hours for the rac thanks.

after a long haul flight even the shortest delay is tiresome !! It seemed like ages but was probably only 15 mins wait for the coach at the airport. This apart all a very good experience.

I will certainly use Parking Express again. The car park was easy to find, not complicated to use, transfers were brilliant & not to badly priced for 2 weeks (£70).

Good directions to available parking, excellent surface condition and lighting. Transfer bus actually waiting at the bus stop on the way out and only a 5 minute wait on return. Checking out could not of been simpler.

The only slight drawback was the length of wait for the shuttle bus to the terminal - about 15 minutes, which seems a long time int he cold! We then had to make our way to the North terminal.

The whole experience was quick easy and convenient to use. The transfer buses were frequent and the journey time of under 5 minutes from car to Gatwick was perfect. Even though we had mislaid the details of where the car was parked the return trip bus driver still enabled us to find the car with almost no delay whatsoever. There was no delay in waiting for a bus at all.

When we arrived back in the UK my car would not start but the staff went out of their way to help me (what a relief)

The car park was simple to find, close to the terminal and excellent value. We will definitely use this car park again.
