From the word go . from the on-line booking to drivng the car home, there wasn't a single fault with parking express..I will recommend the service to friends and family...

Even though we were departing North Terminal, using Parking Express Gatwick at South Terminal made the journey no more complicated....access was very easy, and transfers were prompt. Your only responsibility is to note clearly where you leave your car when you start your holiday...not too onerous a requirement. Furthermore, making the booking online made Parking Express incomparable value...at least for us.

Its a drag parking away from Gatwick and with all the security measures in place, its good to have a car park like this so close to reduce further travelling. The buses could be more frequent to reduce over crowding at peak periods.

Our tired family arrived back at the car after a long haul flight to find the battery flat. Setting out to find assistance I was quickly intercepted by the friendly car park staff who arranged for a jump start within minutes. All well, but then the car immediately developed a petrol leak! The attentive staff took the family away and looked after them in their canteen while the AA fixed the car. Thank you for your friendly, helpful, attentive and effective service that prevented a problem becoming a drama.

One of the customers on the coach on our return wasn't quick enough to call out when his particular stop was shouted by the driver. By the time he realized that he ALSO had to shout that he needed it several stops had been passed. The driver was not very sympathetic. We learn't by his error but it wasn't obvious otherwisw

The convenience and efficiency of Parking Express contributed to a wonderful holiday. Stress free! Will definitely use Parking Express again.

I found this parking very safe and easy to find. The my daughter gets travel sickness and had been ill on the way. The customer service staff were very helpful when i needed an area to wash out my bucket. It would not have been too nice to return to! The transfers were very regular and the whole experience was stress free both on arrival and return.

I left my car with you while I went away for two weeks. What I didn't realize until my return was that I had left the drivers window open! Thank you so much to the kind person who covered it up with black plastic. My leather seats would have been ruined! What could have been a disappointing end to my holiday was avoided because of your thoughtfulness...so A BIG THANKS ONCE AGAIN T. Melville

parking spot easy to find not far from a bus stop, make sure you write where you are on the ticket and bus stop number. Bus came along very quickly going and coming home and only a few minutes drive to the airport drop off point.

Good value if booking on-line, which encourages me to use Parking Express again. I only have two negative comments - 1. The spaces are a little tight if you have a large car and 2. At least twice now on exiting, the barriers would not automatically rise due to the fact that my pre-paid ticket was not recognised. This meant I then had to find my documentation and go into the office (where to be fair it was quickly resolved).

Had to amend the booking due to an error on my behlaf; the staff were very helpful and efficient. Car parks were fine and close to South Terminal Gatwick, however coach transfer was slow. especially given the close proximity to the airport.

very helpful staff returned from my holiday to find i had a flat battery they got me going very quickly and transfers were very reliable

Cheaper than hiring a cab, simple online booking, good quality easy to find secure parking with regular transfers driven by patient courteous and jolly drivers. The total conveinience of having your own car at the airport with no waiting for cabs especially as we need a people carrier, will not hesitate to use this service again.

First time we had used gatwick express,directions,parking,transfers,helpfulness of staff wre excellent.we would definately use this service again,also its a lot cheaper than others we have used in the past.

when our terminal was changed from South to North we were a bit concerned but it made no difference whatsoever, the link between terminals was easy. Transfer coaches from and to the terminal were there waiting on both occasions.

This car park worked like a dream. Drove straight in, picked up by bus within a few minutes and when we returned from Holiday had a similar excellent experience getting back to the car. Fuly recommended.

Parking your car yourself is something I prefer to having someone else do it. Main thing is to write down where you've left it! It's easy to forget after a holiday! Buses at the pick up points are very regular and frequent, and the parking is as close as you get to the terminal. All in all, very good.

i would certainly use this service again you can go away feeling safe in the knowledge your car is secure

I Booked online after deciding this was the cheapest option while close to the airport (been caught out before by other car parking facilities that are 20 minutes away and this together with infrequent transfers have made me late for check-in). Directions were spot on and parking area was well signposted (important after a long journey), No need to check in as a machine reads your number plate - just park and catch the bus which was very prompt - (particularly liked the reminder to write the lane/area/row on the actual ticket). Prompt return journey to the car park with a very friendly bus driver, once in the car there again was no need to stop - the exit machine read the number plate once more to recognise payment and away we went - wouldn't use any other company now.

so impressed, would def use again, staff so helpfull and friendly,unfortunatly our battery was flat after returning but within minutes one of the staff was there to get it started,would certainly recomend to others
