It is all clearly signed ,the coach transfer is quick & the service regular.I think it is the best way to start a trip.much more convenient to have your own transport waiting on your return journey too.

No problems we was very happy and so pleased at how quick and straight forward it was , and this made a great start for our holiday.

Best deal around when it was booked. Was very easy and straightforward, they had even open a car park just near the entrance when we arrived. Arrived earlier than expected and didn't have to pay for the extra hour - brill :-)

The driver waited patiently while we loaded cases, even though we had to run to make the bus. It was a great start to the holiday and just as good on the way back, when there was a bus waiting for us as we walked out of the terminal!

We experienced a flat battery on our return, the staff were more than helpful once we found out that you had the facility on site to start the car. We also found out after the event there are intercoms at each bus stop straight to the control centre. Now we either did not read all your notes or you should make it clear what you offer in car care.

easy simple & efficient service, unlike heathrow is near to airport terminals saved lots of time and money

We aprked at a bus stop with no phone, no worries, as a car came and ask us that he would call for a bus to transfer us. This duly came and we had it all to ourselves. On the retur there was the bus outside the terminal and we were on our way home within an hour of arriving. What better service I think would be hard to come by.

Gatwick was very overcrowded especially the road systems which caused some delay both departing & arriving. The travel company stated that we would be leaving from the South terminal which proved to be incorrect as it was the North one. We would have parked nearer to the North terminal

Easy to find, easy to park and easy to get to the terminal (at least at 4am!). Prompt coach service to and from terminal. Airport Bus stop close to arrivals.

Only minor gripe was the confusion with road signs on leaving the Gatwick South Terminal car park, we somehow ended up having to go past the congested departures areain order to get out and onto the M23. The entry and exit procedure worked very well, straight in and out :)

The parking was easy to find and was well organised. Staff were helpful with queries. Vehicle plate recognition helps reduce any potential wait for exit.

Had to wait quite a while for pick up from car park to airport, think I arrived at the time of changing shifts.

The car park is close to the south terminal and the buses are very frequent. We lost our exit ticket and their member of staff was very helpful, she sorted out the situation in minutes.

Easy to find with directions supplied. Straightforward entry procedures on arrival. Well signed route to available parking zones. Plenty of signs to identify where the car was parked ! Bus stops nearby and very prompt transfer buses. No need to deposit keys. Prompt pick-up on return and similarly no problems whatsoever on departure. Didn't even need to get out of the car prior to the automatic exit barrier. All in all a very simple and hassle-free process.

Number plate recognition did not work in Stansted, Heathrow (Terminal 5, where you have to attend the Customer Service office that is locatedat the entrance ! ) and Gatwick

Parking highly recommended. Paid for on the net then just drove in on the day and out again at end of holiday using fully automated registration number recognition at barriers.

Provided excellent service at very competitive rates, without compromising customer care and standards. An amendment to booking was dealt with efficiently and confirmed promptly. Facilities very close to airport, bus service prompt and driver on both occasions demonstrated customer assistance that excelled.

The drivers of the buses are very helpful ensuring you are dropped off at the correct stop in the carpark where you have parked you vehicle, overall very helpful indeed

Hard to find a meber of staff to help with queries, as ther ei no office in the South terminal - had to ask one of the bus drivers in the end !

From arriving on our day of departure and leaving on our return home, the time spent in the car park was approximately 15 minutes each time. which i find excellent, thank you i will be using this car park again.
