Very convenient because of promimity to airport, did not have to wait long for transfers and driver was friendly.

It would have been an excellent experience except for the fact that I had to wait over 20 minutes before a bus came to take me to T5. On the return the wait was 15 minutes. Otherwise vehicles are clean and the staff at base is quick to deal with clients. Maybe I was just unlucky. Would go again though.

Everything worked really well and on time. Car park is close to terminal, so transfer time was merely a few minutes.

Only a one day trip, and travelling alone long stay was fine - it is hassle with small children and c oach transfers - a taxi is easier and cheaper from home.

Everything went as planned. Transfers were quick and easy, staff were friendly and the car park was very close to the terminal.

this is the 1st time we have used this sort of parking, and would not hesitate to use it again. we had no problems, and everything was clear and easy to use.

I was able to drop my family and luggage at departures, go to park my car near a bus stop and get a quick transfer. After return flight at midnight the bus took us all with luggage to very near where car was parked. Very satisfactory

The directions to the car parking were not very clear and we had to phone the parking company twice to get directions.

We always use this car park when we fly to Spain and touch wood have never had any problems. We prepay so it makes it much easier to use and to budget for.

Overall a very good first time experience with proximity to the airport. Everything worked well from arrival in daylight to departure at night. The only downside was that it shold state you should not follow Sat Nav as this takes you to the Cargo area!

Close to the airport, didn't have to wait long for the transfer, helpful staff & number plate recognition makes leaving very easy.

The booking was easy, then the entry and exit having paid in advance was very quick and easy, security seemed good, and my car was fine when I returned, so no problems to report.

close to airport so transfers are quick. be sure to remember your car park number/letter. Otherwise ask the bus drivers who have a list of which car parks were open on which days.

Easy to find and park up. Coaches turned up on time as stated and the drivers were very friendly. Over all I have to say its been the best airport parking to date, very pleased and will certainly use again. Many thanks.

Easy to find, well signposted with lots of spaces available. Transfer collection and drop off points very close to where you park. 2 minutes to the Airport with buses running every 10 minutes. Much better than off airport parking and leaving your keys with someone else.

Excellent facility - cuts down overall travel time both ways, and with car easily and quickly accessible on return from holiday, rounds off the holiday experience very nicely.

i have used most of the parking in car parks in and around london and this was one of the best second was stanstead,

We did not see or speak to any person other than the transfer drivers so it is difficult to comment on parking staff. I believe there were staff in the gatehouse, should we have needed them. It was good to be so close to the terminal, reducing the frustration of time getting back to the car when one is returning from trip.

Need to have buses waiting and ensure enough space for all passengers. Need to resolve issue with exiting on prepaid tickets (ours did not work and we had to wait for customer services to assist).

Buses should be there waiting - had to wait 15 minutes in the cold and then there was not enough room for everyone. Also, had a problem with our prepaid tickets on exit - had to get customer services to sort the problem.
