My wife and I found the parking trouble free especially when our itinary said the plane was landing in the south terminal, but landed in the north terminal. It was therefore a pleasure that the parking was effortless, the service and coach driver to the parking was great, which more than made up for our itinary information being wrong. Will use you again!

The directions to the car park were good and the transfer buses were on time and quick I will certainley use this service again

Absolute Bargain!!! :0) Searched and found this on Money supermarket and listed as the cheapest so booked it but expected a 'BUT'!!! Absolutely No 'BUTS':0) Couldn't believe what a bargain!! Easy to find, simple process, car reg already programmed into the gate...so easy :0) On arrival you're automatically let in through the barrier Park car Make a note of the row Get on the bus waiting for you No hanging around, bus very efficient, as soon as you've got on it, you're off it!! just goes round the corner and you're at the airport entrance :0) Same on return, bus waiting for you when you come out the exit Definately use these again, but maybe I shouldn't really be singing its praises cos I might be shooting myself in the foot here!!! :0/ Fantastic that its not such a rigmarole like you usually have to go through for gatwick parking, miles away, booking in, hanging around, absolutely none of that :0) Very very impressed, thankyou very much Amanda Mercer

Our coach driver was very helpfull as my son forgot his hand luggage and the coach driver took us back, before his time so we would not miss our flight. I would use this car park every time

Impressed with the ease of reviewing the facilities and booking the service online. It was reasonably-priced, well-located and the transfers to-and-from the airport were quick and efficient. Just what you need when trying to get to the airport and when you just want to get home once you arrive back from your holiday!

Had booked this through a website which included details for this car park facility. On parking things were fine, but on exiting there was hitch as I was unable to leave. The website used had not asked for vehicle registration and I was cherged at higher rate when putting a voucher card in the machine at the barrier. However this was quickly explained in the customer office and I was allowed to go without paying extra. A smooth process after all.

Our holiday was easier once we arrived at the correct car park! The sign posts were slightly mis-leading, so we went to the wrong car park to begin with, but we found a very helpful member of staff who pointed us in the right direction. This would certainly not put me off using the car park again and it was very reasonably priced too.

This is the first time I have used this car park. I found it very easy to use and the buses were very frequent. Everything went very well and it made a differece to the holiday. No phone call to make when you have collected your cases. Just make you way to the bus stop and wait a few minutes.

As the cheapest on site parking - we did not want someone else to take and park our car, it was easy to find and the buses were frequent with both drivers calling out stops and allowing time to get on and off. One asked for stops as you got on to make sure he didn't miss any. We felt that the car was as safe and secure as it could be when left for 8 days. We would use this carpark again for a short stay.

The staff are friendly, drivers assisted with our heavy luggage and the buses ran regularly to and from the aiport. Nice experience!

easy to find,on the terminal,frequent coaches,compared to other long term parks offer an excellent service when compared to other service providers.

The parking was quick, simple and easy. The customer service was terrible. The floor of the customer services station was wet and I slipped over hurting my knee. Neither the chap beind the desk or the security man gave me any recognition and it was left to another customer to pick me up off the floor and make sure I was alright. I said to the man behind the desk that the floor was dangerous and that a mat sould be put down. He just ignored me. I am a healthy 20 year old woman but had that been an olderly customer they would have really hurt themselves. In todays society, you are leaving yourselves open to litigation.

Well worth the money, I prefer to keep my car keys with me, so very happy with the service. The transfers to terminal were frequent, drivers very friendly, even though it was the middle of the night. Would definately use again.

Impressed by quick initial tranfer.On way back we were a little unclear about where to get the bus back and it took longer than 10 mins.Overall I would use them again.

The experience was very good - however, on our return the signs from the car park back to the motorway were sparse. Other than that all great - and we had a cheery bus driver!

Very Helpful indeed. They helped start my car when I returned from Holiday. The Battery was flat, I think the Alarm had gone off all week! You May want to disable your alarm as Planes can set it off!

I had alot of luggage and wanted a car park close to the airport terminal with frequent transefers. I was able to park next to the bus stop and was at the airport in 10 mins,on my return i was back at my car within 10 mins. I could have paid a bit less for my parking but the extra expence was well worth it for the convinence.

Easy parking, straight to the airport. A good experience, will definately use again on my next trip.

More needs to be done to make clear that you have to make note of your nearest bus stop and car parking area number, we came back late at night and had to guess really - luckily a correct guess but can see others would come unstuck, a big neon sign on bus stop would help saying 'your bus stop number/letter is..., in car park zone....' Bus driver very friendly and helpful, we had car seats and buggies with us so a bit of a hassle but driver very patient and even offered to help. Would definitely use again, bus shuttle service prompt. Couldn't answer question re customer service as didn't see any parking staff but felt very comfortable leaving car there.
