We found Parking Express easy to find, well sign posted and well lit. The frequent shuttle buses is also a big plus.

Overall we were pleased how easy it was to park and get on the coach to catch the plane. On the way back we were not quite sure where to find the coach, but it was not too much of a problem.

Will definitely use express parking on my next trip, the whole experience was quite hands off which made it very quick and easy to use. We got on a bus straight away both ends. Its definitely worth paying a few pound extra for such an easy experience. Highly recomended.

I have used Airport parking many times, however in the past I have always parked off airport, but having used on-airport parking, I will certainly be using it again.

Value for money. 2 minute wait for bus on arrival and walked straight onto bus on our return journey. No hold ups, just put card in machine and we were off. Hassle free end to our holiday after a delayed flight! Will definitely use Parking Express again.

By using Parking Express the process of parking at Gatwick and the Headache of getting to the Airport was eliminated.

The spaces were a good size, so getting cases in and out wasn't a problem, plus the shuttle bus was very quick - Mainly we chose Gatwick Parking Express as you can park your own car and don't have to leave the keys - It made that part of the holiday transparent (which is as good as it gets from car parking!)

Close and convenient to airport at very competitive price, also easy to find unlike some off site carparks.

I lost my parking ticket and on return to the pay office I was met by a very helpful and courteous member of staff. I will definitely be using Parking Express again whenever I fly from Gatwick, thank you.

Good and a lot quicker than having to queue to check car in, like you have to at other car parks, but a bit difficult if there is a problem.

On the outward trip, the bus left promptly. On the return trip the bus waited quite a long time to pick up stragglers (about 10 minutes). This was not vital as there was no plane to catch but mildly frustrating at 00.30 am after the flight had been delayed an hour.

Partially the holiday company's fault as we flew back into a different terminal, but it was not very clear as to where to go to catch the bus back. We booked the parking online the same night we travelled so when we arrived the car park had not updated the prepayment information, although must say it was sorted very smoothly.

There was confusion over which bus to get on, myself and several other passengers were on a bus that was not going to our area of Parking Express' car park. Very confusing when I thought all buses went to all areas. Miserable driver didn't help.

With registration number recognition it couldn't have been easier or simpler.

Very good. When booking there should be a reminder to have a PEN to note down the exact location of your car.

Booking was easy. Entry to Parking Express car park was simple once we new what signage we were looking for. We expected to make formal contact with reception staff but clearly this was not necessary and helped speed and convenience. Transfers were on good clean vehicles with good frequency and co-operative staff/drivers.
