Very easy to use both booking and on arrival.

I would use Parking Express again.

Adequate service but Parking Express is expensive in comparison.

It couldn't have been easier the signs were good, the bus transfers were quick, although packed, some people had to wait behind for the next bus. Drop off point good. On return a bus was waiting. Quick and efficient, dropped us very close to our car. There were queues to exit, this could have been improved, by opening another one.

Good service, process of parking, transfering and returning is very simple.

Very good service on line as well will use again.

We had no problems at all. Easy to find, about 2 minutes wait for transfer bus both ways. Works out cheaper than the train and probably a lot more reliable. Definitely recommend it!

Very easy to find in Airport and booking a space very simple. Shuttle service very good, had about 2 mins wait to be collected and similar when dropped off. Car parking very secure and those staff I met were very professional and polite, especially the coach drivers.

Overall an efficient service was provided and it was good value for money.

Proximity to airport and security strong pluses. Wait time for a transfer (many buses for different zones before one required), not enough bus stops in parking lot, auto reg recognition not printed on ticket & ticket not accepted on departure at gate so had to get out of car at barrier and enter kiosk to sort.

Very good for people travelling on their own as it is safe and well worth the money.

Offers what it promises. Directions and signs are good. But finding a parking space in allocated area is difficult because there are few spaces in a great mass of cars and no one to help you find a vacant space. Waited a long time for bus on departure. Just as well we allowed a 30 minute contingency. But on return there was a bus waiting for us.

Only had a few minutes to wait for a bus to the airport. There was a bus waiting on our return, so no waiting to get back to the car. Very good service. Thank you.

Very close to the airport and only for the few pounds extra. I'd never do off-airport parking and Parking Express is easy to find and transfer is quicker which makes a big difference when you're tired.

Very convenient. I normally try to get a lift when I fly, but by driving myself to the airport and parking I was in control and I am sure I got home quicker.
