Couldn't fault the service - it was fab and we will be using Maple Manor again!

Easy to use service with complete confidence in Maple Manor to return vehicle promptly.

The car was greeted by one of your agents as we arrived at the airport and was delivered back to us within 10 mins of us calling when we had cleared customs. I would definitely use Maple Manor again and recommend them to anyone who was looking for secure parking at Gatwick Airport.

Definitely good service - worth the extra cost over and above off site parking served by transfer buses.

Definitely will use you again as it takes all the hassle of tripping over people and their bags getting on and off the buses, and small kids screaming in your ear! Nice and quick as easy to use as picking up a pencil! Car came back in one piece (always a relief!) well looked after as all coins were still in the ashtray! Good job!

Meet and greet service at Maple Manor car parking is an excellent service as it take the stress out of parking your car and then transfering to the airport by coach. You just pull up at the airport and somebody fetches your car for you.

Used valet parking, got out of car and entered airport. On return got off plane into car - loads luggage and kids - easy peasey!!

Meet and greet works well for us - please do not change the prices for the summer season. We were told that we were to be charged extra for arriving/departing between midnight and 0630hrs. Can this be charged on credit card at time of purchase rather than having to hand over cash to get our car back - it felt a bit as if we were paying a ransom!

The drivers on drop off and collection were extremely professional, service-oriented and good humoured. All instructions via telephone were clearly communicated and everything clicked into place at the right time. The telephone manner was very helpful and courteous. We would certainly use Maple Manor again.

We were met at the airport on time and efficiently had our car delivered back to us with minimum waiting time. Great service.

I used the valet parking for the first time and was very happy. Cannot comment on the security of the car park as I used the meet and greet option, however my car was fine on return. It was much easier than any parking I have done before and I would recommend it for anyone with young children. Only improvement: Would have been nice if the guy who collected the car had a trolley ready for us.

Had to wait about 10 minutes for the driver to pick up our car, when we were already running late. Apart from that everything was fine and I would use Maple Manor again.

I would certainly use this company again and I would recommend it to other people. It took away the hassle of driving to a car park unloading the car putting it all on a bus, unloading it again at the terminal. Also when coming home it cuts out the waiting for the transfer bus to the car park, which sometimes we have been unable to get on if its busy. So it was nice just to get into our car which was running and warm and drive off home.

Top service for only a couple of pounds more than getting the bus from off airport parking.
