phoned up even tho we were an early it wasnt a problem, the guy was still there waiting for us at the specified point. the car was waiting for us at the specified point on our way out of the arrival terminal which was great.. would definately use again and is so much cheaper than using other airport parks even without the meet and greet service.

The service was very good, the only criticism was waiting 20 mins at the airport for someone to collect the car when we had already rung ahead to let them know we were almost there. It delayed us a little checking in, but our overall opinion was good and we would certainly consider using Maple Manor the next time we have to travel from Gatwick. It certainly took the stress away from finding a car park at 4 am in the morning!

Tried to call for over 30 minutes to advise we were arriving at the airport the pohone was always busy I did get through on the office number but told to keep calling the mobile number Found a person at the airport waiting for another drop off who called for a driver to collect the car delayed for 30 minutes It took 45 mins to deliver the car when we arrived back on 25/8

On the whole its a great idea, especially with 2 kids. was disappointed we had to wait 20 mins for the car to be collected, i see from other reviews im not the only one! On the other hand i called as soon as we got off the plane before we got our luggage to give them ample time to get the car there and it was. Yes i'd use them again but would phone earlier than the M23.

This was the first time that we have used the meet and greet service. Normally we use the off site parking. The service is excellent and you dont have the hassle of carrying your luggage on/off coaches etc. As we pulled into Gatwick the car park staff member was waiting and was very helpful and polite. Without a doubt I would reccomend this to anyone and will be using Maple Manor parking next year!!

Printed details on reverse of contract are wrong months after changes for security reasons. Failed to confirm the revised collection point for several groups meaning lugging suitcases up and down concourse as your car drives past insisting they cannot stop!

The drivers were courteous and punctual. The reception staff on the phones were helpful. We did have to wait 10 minutes for the car to be returned to the airport but we still feel it was a very good service and also value for money. We would definitely use them again.

All positive but little tips: Have phone no and phone ready in advance. At 3.30 am I was a bit slow and didnt ring in time so had a little wait on arrival. Make sure whenever speaking to them that you remind them which terminal you will be at and check the sheet of the driver who picks up your car that it has your car details on and you are signing the right form (there are sometimes a few maple manor drivers there and I filled in a form with one driver only to realize it was for a different car). Soon rectified (it was very early in the morning). Very polite and efficient. Clear instructions on where to meet up which we found easily. Will use everytime.

Good service and just alittle bit more than parking at the airport with the conveniance of just being able to get straight out and in your own car. A small delay to the car being collected and delivered back which always seems worse with the pressure of travel. I would use them again.

My only critique was that i had to look for the driver at drop-off. There wasn't any signage to lead me to him. I guess what didn't help was that the revised vehicle details hadn't been passed to him,he was waiting,however, a visual aid to lead me to him would have helped. This added approx 3 minutes onto an excellent experience. I will use you again in the future & i am already recommending your services. Many thanks.

The driver was late both picking the car up and returning it. This was a problem on arrival with the hightend security we kept being moved on by the Police. When the car was returned it was filthy and had been driven with a flat rear tyre. Overall not a very good experience.

we arrived early,40 mins and were told to wait somewhere! couldn't meet us early, its difficult to judge an exact arrival time when travelling to the airport. on arriving back in uk also had to wait 30 mins for car,i think the company could easily check our flight arrival time ,and be more prompt. however,still easier than lugging our cases on busses,and a good price.

Punctuality would have been maximum marks as well, but it was particularly busy at Gatwick that morning so I'm not sure it was entirely their fault. However, I'll never leave my car without this service ever again, the all round service was excellent!

We have used Maple Manor twice previously and had no problems however this time it would have been quicker to use the other car parks.Took them half an hour to come and collect car on departure and when we arrived back nobody was answering the phone and took an hour before our car was delivered back to us with no explanation as to why it took so long. It would be quicker next time to park in long term car park and use bus to terminal. However maybe we were just unfortunate this time.

I have used the service before and again no problems. It is far easier than having to catch the bus and remember where you left the car if not totally organised, after all you are on holiday. The car is driven to you and the heater is nice and roasty. If you get through customs and baggage reclaim quick you may have to wait a bit but how often does that happen? Again if the traffic is good getting from the 'phone call' (instructions supplied by Manor by email) to terminal a small delay can occur before the driver turns up, but no doubt it is often the other way about. All in all it stops the lugging of luggage about, if on a diving holiday with all your kit, 30kg this can be a bit of a task. Would use again, worth the extra as it starts the holiday early. If only Gatwick could solve the problem with pushing your trolley all the way to the top of the building, never seen one of thier staff doing it!!

it was great just to be able to drop of the car and pick it up outside the airport without the hassle of having to catch the bus. well worth the extra £30 over the other service.It meant when we arrived late at night we could get straight on our way.

Well worth the premium over long-term/off-airport parking - mainly for the convenience (especially when with kids) of time saving on the outbound flight and no lugging suitcases on and off shuttle buses on outbound and inbound flights. At Gatwick on inbound still waiting 10/15 minutes outside which is not ideal with kids at night and in bad weather but it would be the same for a shuttle bus. Perhaps drivers could call once they have got to the rendevue to enable you to wait inside the terminal door (two minute walk) rather than outside. Good experience all depends on promptness of drivers on both flights.

This worked very well for us. An easy drop off and pick up experience. It saved time and the stress of negotiating the car park buses. On internet quote searching it was only a few pounds more than regular car parks and well worth it with a family. My first time using this kind of a service but certainly not my last. Thanks.

Although we called well before our arrival at both ends of our journey, we did have to wait a while for our car. However, the drivers were very apologetic and really friendly. i would definitely use this service again except i might phone a little earlier than recommended times!

I was slightly dubious that the service offered was cheaper than the usual park and ride, but went for it all the same. We had 7am flight, called the number as we hit the motorway. Got to Gatwick at 4.30am, the guy was waiting for us. Couldn't have been simpler. Coming back was just as easy, waited about 5 mins outside and the car arrived. Paid the additional £2.50 for early morning pick-up, scared by the police men with large guns and we were off. Friendly service and no stress. Will definitely use again.
