We did not experience the kind of service we had read about on the website. We had a long wait, the car was not cleaned as promised, and something was stolen from the boot. The car had done 17 miles upon return when the car park is 5 miles from the terminal. Would have been quicker park and riding on a coach!

Returning to Gatwick North at 1am on a Sunday morning, we expected a short delay, However, it took 45 minutes to finally get through on one of the three numbers we were given and a further 45 minutes for the car to be delivered. The only explanation we were given was that they were swamped as it was the last week of the holidays - the fact that they have details of all customers arrival times seems to be irrelevant, they clearly did not have enough staff to cope. With a tired one year old in tow this is not something we will ever consider again.

We found the first driver arrogant! We had pulled over on first arrival and waited at least 10 minutes looking around for the driver then decided to circle around as security were moving people on. As my husband did so a man who had been standing opposite us the whole time chatting away to some other man decided to cross over towards me saying that that was bad luck because he was there to pick up our car! On our return from holiday after calling after collecting our baggage and being abruptly cut off, we waited over an hour for our car to be delivered! Finally after 3 more calls they explained because of the change in shifts, they had forgotten about us! All the driver could say was "It's not my fault!" Very helpful!! Followed instructions and rang Maple Manor when 20 mins to Gatwick, parked at drop off point, unloaded luggage and family with no sign of driver.. Rang again to be told driver with you shortly but ended waiting approx 15-20 mins.In the meantime stroppy traffic warden ignoring the lines of double parked mini cabs started moving all those correctly parked and not obstructing anyone. I was 'politely' told to move it and drive round the airport until the driver appeared. This was 5pm on a Friday with the roads packed and no idea what Maple Manor driver looked like. So stayed put, collected £30 parking ticket and drivers then arrived in a mini bus to collect cars just before tow truck turned up. To be fair return journey went like clockwork and we waited 5 mins for our car. Over all even with the parking ticket still £5 cheaper than long term car park and would still use them again but it was not a great way to start our holiday.

On getting on M23 we called the Maple Manor number provided. It was unobtainable (busy) for over 45 minutes. We called the office and were told that they couldn't get though either and that it was a busy day and so they couldn't help. It then took a some time to deliver the car - we nearly missed our flight and didn't have time to feed our baby. It took 35 minutes to deliver car on arrival - this is a long time with 2 young tired children. Maple Manor were clearly under-resourced on our days. Overall a stressful experience - negating the whole reason for choosing valet parking. Don't just choose the cheapest company - they're probably cheap for a reason.

The Manor Park staff were at the airport to meet us when we arrived so there was no wait. There was a ten minute wait for the car to arrive when we returned but this was negligible when compared to the time involved in a bus transfer. Fast, efficient service and no more expensive than traditional parking. I would use them again.

I was sceptical at first because the price was so much cheaper than all the others. I shouldn't have been. The service was great. There was someone waiting at the terminal building when we arrived and only had to wait 10 mins when we returned which was at 2 in the morning! Great stuff. I will definitely use Maple manor parking again.

Due to the time in the morning we landed we got through very quickly and called after clearing customs but was within 1 minute outside waiting for out car. The car was very muddy round the lower area, looked like it had been parked in a field. Overall loved the convenience, would you the service again and would recomend to others

Having to phone them to confirm that you are within 15 minutes of Gatwick to drop the car off is great but the phone numbers were permanently engaged and then we got cut off - that said once we got through, they arrived fairly promptly and did not take too long to return the car on return. Very good value and definitely will use again.

Booked the service as this was my first experience of travelling to the airport alone with my children. Collection was very prompt but thought I might get some help unloading the suitcases. On our return traffic to the terminal was apparently bad so took approx 30 mins to deliver car, again no help with the suitcases even though it was obvious I was struggling. The car was covered in mud. Not sure if the service was any better than using off airport parking and parking the car my self.

I would like to pass on my thanks to all of your employees for the exceptional service that we received - unfortunately we told you the wrong date, only realising a few hours before we returned to the UK that we had arranged the car to be returned on the wrong day. You were most helpfully in bringing our vehicle out of the compound and we were only delayed by an hour or so when we returned to the airport. Was very pleased with service, car came back fine and very fast to compensate for delay on departure as pick up not noted for North Terminal - so probably best to comment on which terminal you are at when you phone to say you are approaching airport - would use again.

Do not use this service! The driver arrived with our car 50 minutes late! We had two young children and had to stand outside the airport waiting around for the car. The car was filthy, muddy with mud inside the passenger doors and drivers doors. No apology was offered and nobody advised us that it would be late. When we phoned the given number we were told the drivers were not issued with mobile phones and therefore the co-ordinator could not tell us where our car was! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The service saved us valuable time as we did'nt have to worry about driving to a car park and making our way to the terminal. The staff were very courteous and pleasant and completed quick security check to ensure that we actually were the owners when delivering our car on return.

When we were directed to a different lane by airport security to that dictated by Maple Manor upon arrival, they didn't seem to be able to cope with this & it took in excess of 1/2 hour and several phone calls to get a driver to collect the car nearly making us late for our check-in. Upon our return the car arrived very promptly but had splashes of mud all over it - it was very clean when we dropped it off

I have used meet and greet parking a number of times without any problems. This is the first and last time I will use Maple Manor parking. It took 50 minutes for my car to be returned - having initailly been quoted 20 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes I phoned to see where my car was. I was informed that it had only left 5 minutes ago. When I complained I was told that it was on it's way and he did not want to get in a fight with me and hung up. I could have got the bus to the long term car park and been home in the time it took for my car to be returned and saved myself some money.

When the driver arrived, he told us that the wrong car had been dispatched and had been driving around looking for us. Despite calling in twice to find out where the car was, we were not given this information until it arrived, after a wait of over 50mins from our original call. I also found two scratches on the car which were not there originally, and it was had splashes of mud around the car (and some inside the passenger door which I felt sure were not there at drop off. I could have picked up my car three times over from the long term car park in the time it took to deliver it to us at airport arrivals. Iwas also diappointed to be asked for a surcharge of £2.50 on delivery of the car back to me.

On departure the service was great - the rep who met us was there immediately and was polite and friendly. On our return we waited over half an hour for the car to be delivered and with 2 kids at 4am, this was not great. The car smelled badly of body odour and was covered in mud.

The service was generally good but I did have to stand around waiting for 15 minutes before someone took my car off me, and had to wait that long again for someone to deliver my car back to me after the holiday. Because I was just standing there waiting it felt like a long time but as we were right outside the terminal building, finding the car park, a parkind space and getting back the the terminal building may have taken just as long. Mapel mannor was 1/2 the price of any of the carparks!
