excellent service and allowed us to amend pick up and drop off times at very short notice. Driver was ready and waiting for car collection and on return we had just left the terminal when my car pulled up in front of us, no waiting what so ever. many thanks Maple Manor.

Despite following arrival instructions to the letter the car did not materialise as promised and eventualy afer waiting for nearly 50 mins after we had called the office it arrived. This was after three chasing phone calls. Their office staff were very unhelpful. Overall a waste of money - we would have been much better off using off airport parking and it would have been quicker and cheaper! Will never use this outfit again

Great service, nice friendly staff. had to wait about 10-15 mins for both drop off and collection, but we were early on drop off, and the delay on collection wasn't anywhere near as bad as hanging around for a bus, to then drive to your car and then have to drive your car from some distant car park! Car had a bit of mud from the shoes of the person (probably at collection time) but the car was in good condition apart from that, and they were really friendly people. So much more convenient than off site parking and a good price too!

The mobile phone number given was either engaged or no one answered. In the end we called the office. By then we had reached Gatwick and had to wait 20 minutes for the car to be picked up. On the return journey it took 50 minutes from our initial call (the mobile was by now unobtainable and we rang the office again!) to the car being brought to the aiport. We were not impressed.

Great service. just drive up to arrivals and the driver is there, remove cases as good as getting a lift from someone. Even beter was coming home, out of the airport and our car was there in 5 mins, no waiting for buses or making our way back to a hotel. Will use this service again. Only thing was our tyres were a bit muddy!

Simple to book. Fast and efficient. Staff helpful and friendly. Car picked up promptly from us at airport and brought back quickly on our return journey. All iyt needed was a quick phone call when through customs. Would definitely use it again as it took the hassle of parking away from airport and transferring carrying all the luggage etc. Very impressed.

We have used this company before and received excellent service, however on this occasion there was some confusion as to our return date due to the flight arriving at midnight and unfortunately our car was in a secure compound and not available till 7am in the morning as the office staff intepreted the date incorrectly. We spoke with the company after the event and they would not reimburse us for the parking, however they did offer us 2 weeks free parking on our next trip to Gatwick. Ok but nit great, it doesnt compensate you for having to spend the night, 7 hours at the airport after a day of travelling (with a very tired 4 year old!).

I have found it necessary to write a long complaint to Maple Manor, due to the unnecessary threatening behaviour of the return driver. There was a hidden charge of £2.50 which was never explained to me on arrival, and which the return driver insisted I paid, despite having arrived in late after a long flight back to the UK, and having no English money. The reaction of the driver was totally out of order, and I was made to feel very uneasy by the whole scenario. I am still awaiting a response from Maple Manor after one week, and I will definitely not be using them again.

The car appeared to have been parked in a field or driven through somewhere very wet and muddy as mud was splashed high up the side of the car - it was clean when we left it. The car also appeared to have been driven about 40 miles (I reset both trip counters when we left the car).

The drop off was fine, directions were good, staff were waiting when we arrived. The collection was poor. I rang all of the numbers several times and no one answered. Eventually I spoke to the staff in the minibus who drive the drivers around. They phoned in to ask for the car to be delivered. It arrived 20 minutes later covered in dirt, like it had been parked in a building site. Total time taken to recieve the car was nearly 40 minutes. It would have been quicker to take a bus to the Gatwick long stay car park.

On Arrival at the airport I was unable to get the mobile phone number answered. I had to call around several numbers before finally getting through to someone on site who could deal with my inquiries. By this time we had spent 20 mins trying and costs to talk to someone. Then another 17 mins for the car to arrive. We would easily have been on a curtesy bus at this point. When the car finally arrived it was filthy the excuse was there was work going on in the site it looked more like it was driven and parked in a muddy field. Sorry not impressed and will not use again. Wast of time and money.

Poor instructions re South Terminal at Gatwick - took over an hour to locate driver collecting vehicle as company failed to pass on change of vehicle details and when I called them each time they were very rude. On return - waited an hour again for driver to return car - kept ringing to be told vehicle despatched but they did not know who was driving my vehicle. When driver arrived with my car excuse was I had a "slow puncture" - but 1 week back from my holiday my tyre is definitely ok! My car had definitely been driven around - fuel had been used!

Very good service costing little more than (same as, in some cases) conventional parking. The layout of Gatwick North terminal, where you are out of the terminal very quickly after luggage collection, means you could be waiting a while on return (we waited about 15 minutes), but overall no complaints and highly recommended.

Upon our arrival we unloaded our luggage at the roadside whilst waiting for the driver. We were immediately reprimanded by a traffic warden for waiting there and were instructed to drive on, despite being in the correct place as instructed by Maple Manor. (The designated meet and greet point does appear to be on double yellow lines and so I would have to agree with the traffic warden. This would seem to be an inappropriate place to wait with a vehicle.) Upon our departure it took 58 minutes between calling Maple Manor and our car being delivered. We had been told to expect to wait 20 mins. The driver (who was very polite and apologetic) seemed very surprised indeed about how long we had had to wait, but nevertheless requested the £2.50 supplement we owed from the week before! The delay meant we hit the M25 at 5pm on a Friday instead of making a bit of a head start on the traffic as planned.

Whole process was smooth and easy when dropping off the car. However on our return we were left waiting over 25 minutes outside the terminal for the return. When querying the late return with the driver he was less than co-operative and said it was nothing to do with him. I am sure this was a one off and wouldn't be put off usung them again.

This is the first time we have used a meet and greet service and we would definitely do it again. The driver was at the airport when we arrived and we only had to wait a few minutes for our car to be delivered on our return. After a 9 hour flight it is lovely not to have to then make another journey to an off site car park when you are very tired. I would highly recommend anyone to use this service.

I was a bit dubious about handing my car keys over to a stranger who then had access to my car but also knew where I lived and that I was on holiday! I imagined explaining it all to the police when I got home to find my house cleared out and my car had been used in a bank job! However this could not have been further from the truth. A rep was waiting for me as I arrived - he waved as I was driving down looking for him. When we arrived back we phoned at the alloted time and the car was waiting for me right outside the entrance with the driver before we even got out of the building. They were great. My car was ust how I left it with the exception that the drivers seat had been moved and only had an extra 5 miles or so on the clock. It was brilliant and I would use maple manor again without hesitation.

On the way out I rang to confirm I was close to the drop off point. They would only take my surname rather than booking reference which I offered as the printout said to quote it. Because I have got married since making the booking and gave my new name nobody turned up until I rang again to find out where they were. The response was 'I'm glad you called back because we didn't know who you were'. So much for a booking system and contact phone number. ok, not entirely their fault but on the way back it was worse. I rang to say I had returned and reminded them my return flight was at Gatwick South, not North where I dropped the car off. However the driver was still sent to the North terminal and it took 3 calls and 40 minutes for this to be understood. It seems if anything slightly out of the ordinary happens they can't cope.

on our way to airport we just couldn't get through on mobile as no. was permanently engaged. We phoned the main number for advice where very rude staff told us it was proof of how busy they were and we'd just have to keep trying. When got to parking had to drive round several times as you cannot park there without getting a ticket and we had to wait a good 20 minutes for the car to be collected. The return was even worse. I literally phoned 4 times from clearing customs (as requested on sheet) and ended up waiting 45 minutes with 6 children from 5.45am to 6.30am outside. I would not recommend this company and will never use them again!

This is definately value for money if you are leaving very early in the morning with small children -- it makes the whole experience slightly less exhausting. We were delayed on our return and very pleased with the way Maple Manor dealt with it. The employee who brought back our car was very polite and helpful
