It was the first time we'd decided to park and fly from Gatwick having previously lived much closer to the place and used public transport - so we haven't got all that much to go on, in some ways. It was great knowing the car was there and waiting for us when we arrived back - especially as I was feeling ill. There is nothing I could fault this lot on - they did exactly what they said they would do, and for a price that was better than the rest. I will certainly park and fly again from Gatwick and see no reason to try my luck with any of the other parking companies - Cophall Farm have, for the time being at least, got my ticket!

We arrived at 3.30am but the receptionist was welcoming, very efficient & helpful. Immediate transport to Gatwick. On our return a bus was waiting & Dave the driver gave us an update on the weather, football etc - he was very helpful & funny. Our car was waiting in reception. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Easy to find with instructions excellent service arrived 3am in the morning and expected we would have to wait for a transfer to the airport but were put straight on a mini bus there and arrived 10 minutes later. lovley helpfull people and when arriving back in england called after collecting baggage and by the time we had arrived at the bus stop a vehicle was awaiting us. what a fab service will definatly use again

Really smooth, highly efficient operation. Directions provided on the confirmation email, and site isn't difficult to find. I was dealt with promptly and courteously in the office at the site, where my details were located in seconds. Everything had been pre-planned, right down to the key-tag, which made this very speedy. Helped straight onto a minibus, and fifteen minutes later I was at the terminal. On my return I waited only about five minutes for them to pick me up, from a spot very near the exit. Again it only took a minute to reclaim my car, which had been moved near the exit for me. I would recommend this service. Lovely people, too. The office staff and drivers were all really helpful and friendly. J

An A1+ service. We were extremely impressed with the courteous and friendly staff and the overall efficiency. We arrived at the car park and were taken to Gatwick as soon as we booked the car in. Likewise, on our return, we contacted them after clearing customs and were picked up 10 minutes later. I would highly recommend to all as excellent value for money. I would recommend to the more well known airport parking firms to take a leaf out of Cophal Farm's book. J C Mortimer

When we finally found the Farm we drove in and went straight to the office where the staff already knew of our arrival, took our keys to park the car and immediately started loading our suitcases on board the mini bus. We have a small baby and needed to use a car seat for the journey. The lady at the reception desk explained that they would return the seat to our car and bring it with them again on our return to LGW. We were promptly delivered and collected from the airport with no fuss at all and our car was waiting next to the drop off point. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Was really impressed with the all round service. Staff were friendly on arrival, helped with the bags and had transport ready and waiting to get us to the airport. Pick up went just as smoothly. Really conveniently located as well. Overall i felt very good value for money.

A perfectly satisfactory car park which during our departure was not overcrowded which meant no queuing or waiting. On our return a bus came relatively quickly to pick us up, but, as on this occasion there were a number of other passengers waiting, it was not large enough for eveyone.

It would be good if the bus was ready to pick up as soon as we arrive back. This time I had no luggage and so the whol thing could have been quick but I had to wait for the others to collect their bags so the bus could take us all at once. Perhaps this will improve in time. Very friendly though, and ok to find especially the second time.

found staff to be very courteous. The car park was very easy to find and the journey to the airport was very godd-as was the driver. On return from the holiday we only had to wait approx 5 mins for the coach and once again found the journey very comfortable and the driver very courteous. Would definately use Cophill Farm again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Thank you

Would definitely use the company again, had no concerns leaving the car there. Very well organised and efficient. Only downside was that the spot is a bit out of the way and it would be useful if it were signposted on some of the main roads approaching the car park.

Excellent value for money and secure site. All staff very helpful and transfers were very easy both ways. Didn't even need to phone on arrival as bus already dropping people off and after checking with site, took us immediately, Overall I would highly recommend for car parking at Gatwick.

Friendly and welcoming but also a thoroughly professional organisation. Extremely good value for money that delivered way over expectations. Recommended to any without hesitation.

Excellent directions to car park, very quick delivery to airport, very quick collection from airport, plenty of room for all our dive-gear. Well chuffed will use again.

Good experience overall, especially given that drop off was at 03:30 Sunday morning, a time not known for great customer service. Polite and helpful staff, prompt transfers both to and from the airport, and convenient area for transferring luggage to and from the car.

I must admit this was the first time that i had used this type of service and was a bit unsure about doing so. I need not have worried as i thought the service was brilliant. We were taken to the airport promptly after our arrival to yourselfs and the same service on our arrival at the airport, I actually picked up some of your leaflets on our return and gave them to people at work with a good recommendation and i would certainly use this service again with confidence. I must also add that the staff were polite, confident, friendly and most helpful in a good professional manner.

Drop off efficient. Suggest landline number as well as freephone as most people have mobiles and trying to use BT was time consuming and not easy as we had no English coins handy. Using freephone number on mobile costs money. easier. We did not appreciate the long delay of over half an hour from phone call to pick up at point 12.Driver did apologise but delay was very annoying and delayed us getting home as brought us into full rush hour.

Due to terrible traffic on the lovely M25 we were pushing our luck on time till the desk closed at Heathrow. The marvellous coach driver managed to get us there with 10 minutes to spare, his driving was pure genius and thanks to him we had a great long w/e away! So all in all good value, good service and v helpful!

Pleasant and helpful staff, nothing seems too much trouble. Bit worrying when another official at the airport told me to wait somewhere else to where Cophall asked me to wait. Wandered back to where Cophall told me to go, and the Cophall's bus driver greeted me immediately. Buses are clearly marked so easy to find.

I had a very early morning flight and the staff made checking in very easy. Booking online was simple and worked well. Coming back I had to wait while the minibus filled up, which was a bit of a pain, but not too much and everyone was very helpful and nice.
