I would recommend, and have done so, this company to anyone. They are a very professional, friendly and reliable service. Thumbs up all round. They even had a battery pack on hand when my car wouldn't start on our return. Great service, thank you once again.

I cannot recommend Cophall Farm Parking highly enough - booking online was easy and I found them to be one of the cheapest around. On arrival, the staff were friendly and efficient - there was a minibus ready to take us to the airport as soon as we stepped our of our car! When we flew back, after phoning to let them know we had landed, again they were very efficient and a minibus picked us up in less than ten minutes to take us back to our car. I have noticed that some people have said that a disadvantage is that it is quite far away from the airport - I disagree - it was extremely easy to find and the minibus transfer only took 10-15 mins. Cophall give you peace of mind that your car is well looked whilst you're away and they also make it as hassle-free as possible. Top marks - will definitely be using again!

Very easy to find. Transfer to airport was only about 10mins and we were taken immediately on arrival. Transfer back was within 10mins of calling and the car was ready for our arrival. All in all an excellent choice which is very good value for money.

On my return I rang the pickup bus and it was waiting for me as advertised. The reception staff were courteous and they really helped me to resolve a problem that was completely unrelated to parking with them. I recommend this service and I will definitely be using it again.

Drive in and leave car at reception. Your luggage is carried on board the shuttle bus, and the ride to the airport takes only 10 mins. On return waited 5 mins after phoning for the bus and the car was waiting for us outside reception. without any extra miles on the clock, What more could you ask for ?

I need not have wondered whether the service this company provides would be as good as far more expensive ones- our experience was very good. The booking service was easy, instructions to find Cophall Farm were excellent and the service in both directions was prompt and courteous. We shall definitely use them again.

We have used this facility over a lot of years, initially because of competitive pricing.Whilst it has expanded drastically through popularity, the pleasant attitude and curtious service still remains, even in the dead of night. You won't go wrong with this choice.

Our experience with Cophall Farm Parking was smooth and pleasant. One of the best things was the 'on demand' transfer to/from the terminal - a minibus takes you/picks you up when you are ready rather than waiting for a bus. It was also good value for money. we would definitley use this service again.

On the way to Cophall Farm Parking we had a flat tyre and terrible weather which made us very late arriving. The staff on duty went out of their way to make sure that we arrived at the airport without delay to ensure that we made our flight. This was a first class service which I would highly recommend to friends, family and anyone else I know who will be using Gatwick Airport. Thank You.

First time I tried the service and was impressed by the courtesy of the staff and efficiency of the transfer to / from. As it takes extra time due to the off airport site it means leaving extra early but was worthwhile. I would recommend to anyone.

We were very happy with the service, apart from our first impression ; it was raining hard and were told (bluntly) not to unload in the dry of the porch ('Health and Safety')after a long drive and with children so we had to unload in rain. Not a good start

The first contact and outward journey bit was great. It was more complicated getting back to our car on a dark rainy night, due to them not accepting our first call, i.e., from the baggage hall. A fairly long wait outside in the rain. Would have preferred to find the car had at least had the windows cleared when we got back. Otherwise fine and very cheap.

I will definately use Cophll Farm Parking again - when we arrived we got straight out the car, booked it in and got on coach immediately and off to airport. We called Cophall Farm on completion of getting through customs and receipt of baggage and by time we got outside the coach was there met by a friendly lady and dropped off - our car was there waiting and another coutresous member at customer service desk. Excellent service. I will highly recommend you.

A smooth efficient hasslefree experience. Clear directions made it easy to find. As soon as we were ready there was someone availabe to drive us to the terminal. Only a short wait of 10 minutes for someone to collect us on our return. Good value for money.

Having been stuck in various traffic jams and subsequently running late, we telephoned ahead to ask if we could have a fast transfer to the airport. This was confirmed. When we got there, the driver could not be found. When he finally showed up, we again asked for an immediate transfer and explained the situation, as did the lady behind the counter. Despite this, the driver elected to wait for 2 other couples who were busy unloading their cars. 20 minutes later we were on our way - plus another 15 min journey to the airport, where, thankfully, we caught our plane (aided by the fact that I had checked in the day before and the queue through security being surprisingly short). On a positive note, we only had to wait a few minutes to be picked up on our return. I would use this service again - (great facilities and relatively inexpensive) but only if I factor in extra time. For fellow impatient souls, I would recommend a different facility.

The instructions for reaching the site were clear and simple, the staff were immediately on hand, and there was hardly any waiting time before travelling to the airport. On the way back the transport responed quickly to our call. All in all it was first rate.

Admittedly this was off season but the helpful attitude of the staff was noteworthy. They even worked out who I was before I gave my name. Not vital but indicative of customer service. No undue waiting. On another occasion I will explore the on-site overnight accommodation on offer. Will certainly use Cophall Farm again

Excellent service from Cophall Farm Parking. Easy directions to understand. Excellent service on arrival and departure, no waiting around. 10 minutes from the airport and cheaper than any other car park I found, will deffinitely use them again as we have done this was our second visit to Cophall Farm.

Even if you get there a bit early like we did, don't hang around outside, the welcome is waiting for you and you can go to the airport when you are ready. Lots of smiles, makes the ordeals of holiday transport that bit nicer. Highly Recommended & we'll be back.

Found car park with simple map directions, arrived early and staff had no probelem with that. Transfer was quick and driver was helpful with bags and dropped off right outside terminal. Coming back we were delayed getting bags back and there was no problem as the mini bus was waiting for us. Web booking was simple and inexpensive (37.50 for the week) as well and you get to deal with people who know what there doing. 10 out of 10 i'd defently use them again.
