The service at both drop off and pick up was excellent. We felt that the car was in a very secure area, unlike some other car parks, giving us good peace of mind.

We found the service to be efficient and reliable. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The minibus was waiting to take us to the airport on arrival and our car was waiting to be driven away when we arrived at the depot. First class. We will definitely be using them again.

My car had a scratch on a door when I collected it - I reported this on the Saturday on collection and on the Monday I was phoned to get two quotes in order so that they could sort it out. This was done very efficiently.

The service was so easy to use, and cut down on the usual stress levels associated with using huge airport car parks. It felt like a VIP service with no waiting whatsoever, either on our departure or on arrival. We would definitely use Cophall Farm Parking again when flying from Gatwick.

A great service. We arrived at 4.00am to cheerful staff, and a swift, hassle-free transfer to the airport. A huge improvement on our last holiday when we booked with another company whose car park didn't exist when we got there! Sadly their bank account managed to take our money. This was, however, great value for money & thoroughly recommended.

I shall be using Cophall Farm Parking again, and recommend that you do too.

Highly recommended, with the exception of a slight problem in being collected at Gatwick because our names were not on the drivers' pick-up lists.

We had to alter the details for the car being used due to a puncture on the day. This was not a problem, with everything being handled very well.

First time with Cophall Farm. Best price after extensive searches. Not that easy to find; according to the Sat Nav it is actually in Grately. However, excellent attentive staff. I was taken straight to the terminal. Coming back I rang their free phone number and waited in the cold. The driver had obviously come straight from Cophall Farm to pick me up. I have used APH Gatwick before, who are also very good, but you have to wait for a coach to load. The Farm uses oldish mini buses... Overall I will definitely look to use them again.

I'd recommend it. Very easy to use. We arrived at 4 in the morning and the staff were helpful. Completely stress free. Use them, they're good.

Easy, convenient parking. Swift transfer to & from airport. We were even advised of a short cut back to M23 to avoid tailbacks during rush hour traffic!! Will definitely use again. Very good value for money.

Did what it says on the tin, no glitches. No problem locating Cophall Farm using the map provided. Transfer to Gatwick ready and waiting. Slight delay on the return trip due to traffic.

They were very much on the ball and were ready to take us right away to the airport. Arrived within 10 minutes after I rang them on our return.
