What a fantastic experience. Staff were so freiendly and knowledgeable. Check in and out were so simple, it was a pleasure to use you and I would wholeheartedly recommend you to friends/family who are travelling. We are already looking at flights for next season so rest assured, we dont have many places to look Cophill Farm Parking will be the only place to use. Thank you so much for a fantastic service. Parking was hassle free. VERY reasonably priced Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient at both ends of holiday. For those scared by a recent TV program about off airport parking. Cophall Farm Parking is ON SITE where you drop the car (as mileage reading proved), cars are just move from the arrival/pick up area to another part of site until your return. Car returned in same condition as left. Will defiantly use again and recommend to anyone.

Overall an excellent service. We consider that the distance could even be an advantage at very busy times and in any event i think by the time the usual airport bus has gone around the whole car park those at Cophall will probably already have been reunited with their cars!

The only thing that let them down was the pickup when we arrived back. Two minibuses were needed - they must have known this when everyone phoned through - yet only one minibus came. Some queue-jumped (probably unintentionally thinking we would all fit in the one bus) and as a result we had a longer wait than necessary which is the last thing you want when coming home. On the flip side the driver who picked us up what extremely attentive (small bearded chap) and a credit to the company. Overall Cophall are far cheaper than most and I would still use them again.

Very efficient service on arrival especially the close proximity to reception when leaving your car.The area was clean and modern with excellent lighting for those night time arrivals.We were taken immediately to the airport on arrival and our cases already placed onto the coach before we left reception.On our return the process was as good, approx 10 min wait for the coach then quickly on our way with a very friendly driver. I will use again and recommend

Staff were courteous and efficient and, as we arrived late (as usual) and had only minutes to check in, the Bus driver still got us there with time to spare. Short wait at the airport for pick-up, but business taken care of very quickly and the car was ready and waiting for us. Would definitely use again.

this is our second time and willl definitely use Cophall again. its easy to find, convenient,friendly and got us there in plenty of time.only one minor quibble-we had to unload 2 kids, carseats and cases and felt we had everyone waiting for us. we would gladly have waited for the next mini bus! That said we wouldn't hesitate to use you again.

no complaints about the service. however i would make sure you know exactly where it is!! we returned at rush hour and it took us 45 mins to get back to our car and the same again to get out of the area. We wished parked at gatwick and paid £20 more just for the ease of get away. It would be fine if you're not travelling at peak times though.

Was my first time using airport parking and was much less stressful than I had thought it would be. Had an early morning flight (got to Cophall around 430am) and an early morning arrival (arrived to Gatwick North at 230am). Transfer to the airport was quick and painless; coming back was a little slower as the coach picked up (I assume) passengers from Gatwick South first. Didn't take very long either way so I'm not complaining. Roads to Cophall could use with more light but that's not the Farm's responsibility. At any rate, was a nice experience and I would use them again.

Friendly, helpfful service. The bus was waiting when we arrived and took us straight to the airport. When we arrived back, the bus was there within 10mins with a lovely friendly driver. It was brilliant, no headaches or worries at all which all helped with enjoying the holiday experience. Carpark was easy to find also.

The service we received was excellent. There was no waiting either going to the airport and coming back the bus was waiting for us. We have used on site parking as well but would definitely us Cophall Farm again as the service was quicker and more convenient.

I have never actually used off site parking before and can throughly recommend Cophall Farm Parking for a stress free parking experience. I found it much easier than having to drive around gatwick looking for a parking spot and getting caught up in the traffic, also drivers very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cophall were easy to find. Once we did get there and started to book in they needed to see a printed flight itinerary (both directions), so remember to print one off and take it with you. The transfer back from the terminal to their place at the end of the holiday was easy: We just rang them and they came and picked us up. However it did seem a little inefficient for them to send out an empty minibus for every separate set of passengers. Maybe they could think about monitoring flight arrivals and send out a bus when they know there will be people waiting to be collected? Just a thought! regards, Greg Choules greg@211surf.net

I have used many different parking facilities at Gatwick including on-airport parking, valet parking and hotel parking. Cophall Farm Parking are by far the most efficient and offer excellent value - this is the second time I have used their services. Strongly recommended.

we found it hassel free park your car by reception and everything is done for you all you have to do is hand your keys in get your laugage get in the mini bus and your drop off at the main entrance of airport coming home make a phone call and 10 minutes later your picked up right outside the door great service

When we arrived, Our taxi to the airport was there waiting. Checked in nice and easy, handed over the keys in only a few minutes. Security seemed to be high although all we did was drop the car off and left. Arrived back to the car waiting to be driven away. very pleased with the service we received and would use them again without hesitation.

Brilliant parking, can't fault it.

A very efficient service both going to Gatwick airport and returning - it was not a problem that we were delayed three hours on return. Easy to get to and a very reasonable price. I would use Cophall Farm parking again.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Providing a highly organised, efficient and swift transfer. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Five star service.

At £48 works out at £24 each way. You would have to live on the doorstep of Gatwick to save money using taxis.
