Very quick, easy and effortless. The only draw back was that I had to wait in the wind and rain for the bus to pick me up on my return journey. It then had to pick up some more people from the other terminal so I was delayed by over half an hour.. My house mate used the long stay carpark on the airport and was home an hour before me. If you've plenty of time and don't mind a small delay then I'd definately recommend this service.... really excellent!

The printed directions to the car park that were given were very easy to follow, so despite the fact that it is not adjacent to Gatwick it was not hard to find.Also, with frequent free transfers to the airport there was no struggling with luggage to get to the airport; this was despite arriving in the middle of the night.I will certainly be using them again.

Everyone was so helpful, we were late up and Ian helped us by arranging to pick our car up at the terminal - if he had not been so helpful we could of missed our flight! Will definately book with you next time I fly through Gatwick! Thank you again!

Overall this was definitely value for money. The cons were in the rather rough ride in the bus (well, van really), the relatively long way to the airport, and the wait for the bus to take us back to the car park - the bus itself arrived 5 minutes after we got to the bus stop, that's about 10 minutes after we rang, but then we had to wait at least another 10 or 15 minutes for some other people to get to the bus stop. The driver rang the car park staff to see if he could just come back without waiting, but was told quite curtly no, he would have to wait. Once the bus got goingn the way back in the bus, the car park staff rang the driver to see if he'd got us on board - one hand didn't know what other hand was doing. Overall however, it was OK for £17.50!

Drop off easy although if traffic heavy in mornings I can imagine getting back to terminals off m23 would cause delays On return phone busy couple of times to arrange pickup and mobile reception at parking (backup to busy land line) poor by admittance of staff and receptionist could not find my booking! When we were collected (party of 3) - no real delay - from north terminal - bus (8 seater) had to go to south and pick up 15 folk ! 2 extra buses required! one larger coach would be a help at peak

This was the first time we had ever used a car park at the airport and were a little bit concerned about it after watching a programme that highlighted what actually happened to your car. We however had no problems at all and will have no qualms about using this car park again in the future.

I am usually conservative about offering praise for services rendered. However, on this occassion I feel that there is due justification to do so. The parking was cheap, painless and overall very simple from start to finish. I am and remain pleasantly impressed with this company. So I will use it again providing they remain competitive in price and availablility. I have already booked my car in here for my February trip away. Sadly the April slot was not so competitive and had to visit a competitor. So better luck in May then.

We found the connecting journey to North terminal very quick and access to the pick up point on return very straight forward. We used the public phone inside the terminal to call the freephone number on our return but discovered that there is also a telephone point at the coach stop pointon once you exit the terminal building - very useful if there are unforeseen delays. The drivers and reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Above all it is important to note your luggage is carried on and off the transfer vehicle, which again shows the quality of service.

The staff at Cophall Farm are fantastic, they are cheerful even at 3am!!The process of checking the car in and being collected on return is simple and well explained. The only downside with Cophall is the slightly longer journey time to the airport than that of other car parks. This meant we had to wait about 25 minutes to be collected on our return. However, unlike other parking facilities, we did not have to wait either end for other customers to get on the minibus. Cophall is excellent value for money and I would definately park there again.

I was very pleased with the service. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly, the facilities were very good. I paid extra to give my vehicle a full Valet and am pleased with the standard of finish given that the cost was reasonable. The transfers were also efficient, the only drawback being that the facility is a bit further from the airport than some other facilities. This however was mitigated by the low cost. I would definitely use them again as long as they maintain their low prices.

The staff were all friendly and efficient getting us to the airport within minutes of arriving at the car park. Using the freephone number on our return to let the office know we were leaving the airport the minibus was waiting for us by the time we had exited the airport so no waiting around for the next bus to come along. On arriving at the car park our car was waiting, collected keys and we were on the road 5 mins after arriving.Excellent service from start to finish.

very kind helpful staff, not too bad to find but it was my first time parking off lgw so got a bit lost finding it, even tho directions were clear!! only waited minutes for pick up on return after making free phone call, car was brought to reception door for me. toilets [clean!!] and drinks available.

I have used Courtlands parking before this, and although Courtlands feels a little closer to the terminal, Cophall were a much more friendly bunch to deal with + ran transit vans on demand rather than having to wait for a shuttle bus which might be over full. I would definately recommend these people to anyone and will be using them again!

Without question I would use this service again. I booked the day before online, a very easy process and the cheapest by a distance. I rang the staff to check all was OK. They were helpful, cheerful and encouraging (I had a 3 o'clock start). The whole thing worked like clockwork.

Cophall Farm was the cheapest parking offered, yet provided an excellent and very professional service. We dropped the car off on our departure date and were immediately and quickly transferred to the airport. The driver was very friendly. On arriving home we only had a short wait before being picked up and taken back to the car park. My car was found safe and secure. I would recommend them to anyone.

Established family run firm. Drivers happy to chat on way to terminal, and made this an enjoyable part of our overall holiday. Pickup was prompt on return, and car waiting in easily accessible local bay on return. Good security. Adjacent garden centre for a chedap meal nedarby before driving home. Would certainly use them again.

We travel frequently from Gatwick and have parked in a number of places but I must say that we will be returning here on our next trip. Place was easy to find and staff were very helpful. Could load all your bags straight onto a mini bus. No dragging heavy suitcases for miles across a car park. We were dropped off right outside our terminal and the driver helped us unload and get a trolley. Fantastic if you have small children and luggage to deal with at the same time. Pick up when we returned was quick and right outside the terminal. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Can't really fault it.

we will definately be using the service again. on arrival we checked the car in straight away and and were immediatley taken by one of the staff to the airport, no delay or waiting around in the cold for a bus/coach or having to walk a long way to a bus/coach terminal as mini bus on hand and outside office where we registered. staff very pleasant and on the return journey were also met promptly. we have used a few car park services and will only be using this one form now on as excellent!

On my outward journey, on arrival at the car park as scheduled at 6:00 am, the Cophall Farm Parking staff were ready for me with paper work prepared and transfer minibus waiting. Within 2 minutes of arrival at the car park, my family had transferred our suitcases to the minibus and we were speeding on our way onward to Gatwick. On our return journey arriving at Gatwick North at 10:15pm, we phoned Cophall Farm Parking, and a minibus was transferring us on our return journey within 10 minutes. Our car had been conveniently parked for us adjacent to the Cophill Farm office, so that the transfer of my family and our luggage was accomplished speedily. We were highly impressed at the efficiency of this service, and the friendly courteous staff.

Having been stuck in the inevitable traffic jam on the M25 we were late in arriving at Cophall Farm Parking but on arrival the staff had all paperwork ready and in no time we were aboard their mini bus on the way to the airport in time to catch our flight. Thank you.
