Easily booked, efficiently dealt with at parking site, polite service from drivers, rapid on-demand pick-up from terminal, car parked under shelter for luggage transfer when returned in rain. Would definately use again, it's cheaper than a double taxi journey + car parking while it waits.

The staff here couldn't have been more friendly and helpful - you get real personal service. The place itself is clean, modern and well looked-after. They have bed-and -breakfast rooms here too which look great and are a real temptation to break up the journey after a long trip.

11. Outward journey worked very well, if a little cosy in the van. 2. No clearly designated spot for the return pick up. 3. Had to wait a considerable time at an undefined spot for the return pick-up. Some other Parking companies came and went up to 3 times during our wait. 3. Had to find our car at the far end of the car park,draging our cases.

arriving early morning so could have done with A bit brighter lighting and more direction to where car has been parked for your exit. Otherwise a very pleasant experience with friendly drivers. Have used in the past and will use again without hesitation, also very reasonably priced. Directions were also very good, easy to find.

Going out was very quick and efficient as we had a very early morning flight, but coming back on Sunday lunch time meant a 45 min wait for minibus to pick us up and take us back to the car park. A minibus was there when we got out of the terminal but as they only take about 6 people we couldn't go with them and had to wait another 45mins for the next one to come.

we arrived in the early hours of the morning to a very secure and efficient car park, the driver was very chatty and friendly and minutes later we were at Gatwick, on our return my car wouldnt start so they pushed it round to the front and were under the bonnet with me in their suits doing everything they could to get it running, and they did!!!!! we will use these guys everytime from now on.

Smaller and less busy than APH, but this meant we arrived and were in the minibus within 5 minutes, not having to wait for other people to get on a big coach. Minibus was old and tatty though. Minor panic on return as phone contact number was unavailable. Got through on alternative mobile number though and it turned out that there was a power cut in the area. Place was in darkness when we got back, but the car was out front and ready to go. Superb for the money.

Cophall farm parking was easy to find and the staff appeared an extremely well organised team, prepared and welcoming. Upon the return we were expected and picked up within minutes of arriving at the designated area. We would certainly choose Cophall Farm again for future needs.

We chose Cophall because of its fair value for money and we were not disappointed. The experience is very easy and we had no problem finding the car park and there were no delays with the transfer. When we returned the pick up was immediate and our car was waiting in the drop off point! Happy days! Good value parking

I was using this car park for the first time, I was a woman traveller on my own, it was easy to follow the directions to the car park. Booking in was easy and also transfer to the airport quick, with a friendly service. All in all a good experience, and value for money, I would certainly use this company again.

We were collected and delivered very promptly to the airport by minibus plenty of room for luggage and among those who travelled on the same flight using off airport parking we had the shortest wait for collection at the end of our holiday. Great service will use again

The Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, including bringing something to the airport which we'd left in the car! I can't rate them highly enough! Booking in and collecting the car was straightforward and easy. Transfers were good and timely.

Arrived almost an hour later than expected due to accidents on the M1 & M25 but staff were okay about it and the minibus shipped us to the terminal straight away which meant we had no further delays. This is the second time we have used Cophall Farm and would not hesitate in using them again.

An excellent customer service experience from start to finish. All staff are extremely courteous and efficient and naturally do everything they can to help. The van drivers help you with your bags, on and off the coach, even in and out of the car - a real bonus compared to other parking firms where you are a random passenger on a large and uncomfortable bus. Top marks all round!

I have used Gatwick for years now and as a result have tried and used most of the various parking services that are available. I found Cophall as a result of a price comparison website. The service at every stage of my contact with Cophall have been without any doubt the best I have ever had with any. The greeting by the friendly and efficent office staff together with the drivers was exceptional. I was made to feel like a valued customer and that isn't something you find very easily these days. I will definately be using Cophall again and would recommend anyone who read's this to do the same.

I found your parking via simplyparking, over the years I have used BCP and Courtlands. they are ok but you often have long waits at their centre or at the airport for the transfer to take place.You were very quick indeed.I will certainly use you again. My next holiday will be in jan or Feb 07. Thanks for a great service.

Cophall drivers need to be more careful when opening car doors - the dent and white paint on my red car looks to have been caused by having a car door slammed against it. It was dark when we picked the car up so didn't spot it till the following day - too late to claim but I know and look after my car and it wasn't there before my holiday.

On arrival the actual site was not hard to find at all. (Travelled from High Wycombe) Check in was simple and easy and we were loaded and off in no time at all. A comfortable journey to the Airport in plenty of time and that saw us off happily. The return was much of the same really, greeted at the Airport pick up point and off we went, hassle free. Car was ready to go when we arrived, collected keys and we headed home. Thouroughly reccommend Cophall Farm. Thanks Guys!!!

Overall, a very good service. We were travelling very early in the morning and wanted to be able to leave the car and get to the terminal with ease. This is exactly what happened. No stresses at all. Upon our return, the car was ready and waiting. No hanging about.
