The distance from the airport meant that on return to Gatwick we had to wait longer than we were used to and it is quite a long drive back to the carpark. Apart from this small criticism we found the service to be very good with an efficient reception. We will happily use Cophall again.

The whole experience of using Cophall farm Parking was very good. When we arrived we were taken straight to the airport without any hanging around. Then when we arrived back the bus was there to pick us up really promptly, the car was outside the reception and had been warmed up. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I will certainly use them again.

we arrived at cophall farm at 1.30am the service was really quick with very friendly staff arrival back from the airport to cophall farm was also very quick and hassle free . our car was parked out the front for us on return . this is the best transfer service we have used for gatwick transfers and will certainly use them again.

because this operator is situated a little further from the airport than some others, the delay in arrival of the minibus after notification of our arrival was a little greater than it might have been, but it was not excessive, and is reflected in the keen price.

We had a long and complicated journey to get to Gatwick. The one thing we really wanted was to be able to sit back and relax when we got out of the car. That is exactly what happened, on the way out and on the return journey. The only way the service could be improved would be to make it free!

we arrived at the parking area about an hour befor we had booked but this was not a problem to the staff. We where dealt with by polite and helpfull staff. Every thing was explained to us what to do on our return. We were taken to the airport straight away and shown where we would be picked up from.On our return we had to wait no more than a couple of minutes befor we were taken back to the park, where our car was already and waiting. I would certainly use Cophall Farm Parking again

On arrival waited for us to get checked in and loaded luggage on transfer bus, made good time to the airport. On return rang the freephone number and transfer bus arrived within 10 minutes of the call. Everything ready for us at the car park. Great alround service, most impressed.

Found my car had been damaged and seems I HAD to talk ONLY to Manager to sort out what would happen next and she was off sick so only able to make contact on Monday after collecting car on Friday. It only needed a simple statement of their proceedure to save me getting the feeling I was being given the run-around. Pity as basically our experience was good.

30 years ago I was well associated with Cophall Farm which was owned by a Mrs Wellburn, in as much as it was a riding stable were I would enjoy riding horses whenever I had the opportunity. Since then I had moved well away from the area but was pleasently surprised with what greeted me on a return to park my car for 7 days. It is now an excellent facility where I had no doubts aboutleaving the car. I instinctively knew it would be in safe hands, and I was right.... Very simple process to register. Quick confirmation. Easy to find facility, dropped off keys at reception desk, immediately got van to airport which took 5-10 mins. When we came back, we called the service and then van was waiting outside straight away. My car had been parked close to reception and we got in and were away. The whole procedure was perfect. Wish I could have the same at Heathrow!

As I came back a day early there was initially some confusion but it was quickly sorted and the car was ready in the car park when I arrived. It seemed unnecessary to have to tell them of this change from abroad as I believe it was sorted after we arrived in Gatwick

The directions were clear and check in very quick. We only waited a couple of minutes for the coach. Staff were polite. On the return trip the phone call was free from a BT phone at the airport, the coach arrived quickly and our car was waiting after the 10 minute journey.

I have parked at Gatwick car park so many times - always costing so much, then waiting around for a bus to the terminal so when I searched this company I was impressed initially by the price. I arrived at the car park and welcomed at reception, checked in, handed in my key, got on a transfer and straight to the terminal - easy. Upon return I called them to say I was ready and there happened to be transfer bus ready and waiting outside the terminal by the time I walked outside. Again straight to the car park, picked up my key and home. I couldnt fault it and more importantly I was very impressed and will definitely book in future.

Very easy to book, very easy to read directions (didn't get lost or take a wrong turn anywhere). Great value for money just left the car with them for the duration of my holiday, came back and it was there waiting for me to load and drive away. Well worth booking we will use this facility again.

Cophall Farm should be highly commended for their prompt service & transfer, competitive price and helpful & friendly staff. I was initially sceptical about the reviews I read recommending Cophall but the experience I enjoyed at 4am with my young family was above all expectations. A mini-bus transfer was laid on immeadiately which took 10 minutes to reach the departure drop off point. On our return the mini-bus was equally as prompt following my call after clearing customs. No waiting and no sitting on 50 seater coaches. The driver even helped carry our bags to our waiting car! Excellent!

as stated, Cophall Farm took away the agro of parking the car and then hunting for it on return. Perhaps they could do with more staff on Sundays? The drivers were v friendly, and it appears that the admin side are not up to the same standard as their drivers. Having said that, it was a good experience overall, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend/ use again.

Arrived half hour before check in time but kept waiting whilst 3 other parties arrived before departing - despite there being 2 other buses waiting use. This made us 20 minutes late for checking in and caused considerable stress and inconvenience. We informed the driver of our situation but he still did not set off even going to the other terminal first

Can't fault the service at all. We've stayed at other car parks for Gatwick and different airports, but this service was the best we've had. In the past we've had damage to the cars, flat tyres and suspect security. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly staff, and will definitely use again.

Front desk staff very helpful and informative. Tranfer drivers very helpful and friendly. Insructions were very clear and simple, ensuring smooth transfer to and from car park and airport terminal. Great value for money. would definately use again.

As our flight was very early morning parking at Cophall Farm enabled us to park our car for the duration rather than organising lifts to and from the Airport at unsocial hours.The cost of the parking was extremely competitive costing less than we would have paid a friend for fuel.
