It was all very easy - service great, staff helpful and it was cheaper than taking the Gatwick Express from London, but the extra time that has to be factored in to the journey to Gatwick to make check-in in good time, is a downside, especially during rush hour when there is a lot of traffic on the single A road to get on to M23. But I guess the advantages and the disadvantages kind of weigh each other out, so all in all, it's a good option!

We arrived at Cophall Farm early but this was no problem, we were given a freindly and courteous welcome. Our cases were put into the minibus while we checked in at reception, and there was no delay taking us to the airport. Our return was equally efficient, and our car was waiting for us with no problems. I would thoroughly recommend Cophall Farm. This is the second time we have used them.

Excellent service on arrival. The coach was ready and waiting to take us to the airport. Friendly staff. On return we had a wait of approx 15 mins for collection, when you are tired and cold this does seem like a very long tme. However would definately use again.

On arrival my wife deposited the car keys, meanwhile our cases were loaded on the mini bus, much easier than struggling onto a coach with them. We left for the terminal immediateley and were dropped off at the door, the driver even brought us a trolley.We had travelled from the direction of the Dartford Crossing, avoiding the M23 shortened our journey by 18 miles,this we were told by the driver of the mini bus. By far the easiest transfer we've had. The return was equally efficient, waited less than 5 minutes after ringing for the mini bus to arrive.

I was especially displeased when I returned home to discover a severe scratch on my car which was clearly not there when I left my car with them. I contacted them but they said that it is not possible to make claims after leaving the premises. It is ludicrous for such policies to be made, at least they should have reviewed the CCTVs before giving me that answer. To hell, I am never going back there again and I recommend you not to as the cost you think you saved would be spent with extras on painting your damaged bumper!

Very promt transfer both ways. Landed at 4am very cold frosty night when we got back to the car park they had our cars engine was running so got into nice warm and fully defrostrd car. The coach driver informed us they always do this as part of the service. He radio the office as we got close to the car park.

A quick phone call to the office once we had picked our luggage up from the arrivals lounge, and we were picked up by a mini bus within 15 mins of stepping out of the terminal. Our driver was very friendly, and made the short journey back to the car park very pleasant. Full marks to everyone at Cophall Parking.

on are return to gatwick north phone call made to cophall farm waited at least 15mins then taken back to gatwick south and waited at least 20mins for one of there people to met a customer in the car park who never arrived ,there driver phoned his office and was told to return a wasted time that was not needed after a plane trip and wating for luggage just wanted to get the car and go home

We highly recommend Cophall Farm Parking. Upon booking we quickly recieved a confirmation email and directions which are simple to follow. I telephoned Cophall the following day and was able to speak to a member of staff who dealt efficiently and politely with my query. When we arrived we were impressed by the tight security and effiecient service.We had peace of mind at leaving the car. Although it was 4.30 am we were quickly transported to the airport by courteous staff snd on our return we rang the free phone number and within 15mins were picked up from the airport terminal. Our car collection was efficient and speedy. The toilet facilities are warm and very clean. We will definately be using Cophall again and we took several business cards to recommend them to our friends.

Our visit could not be faulted, within a few minutes of arriving at 4am in the morning we were on the minibus to the airport. On our return, we were picked up within 5 minutes at the airport and our car was waiting in the front car park. What a service.

I cannot praise it highly enough, we arrived earlier than booked at 2.00a.m,following the very clear directions, it took moments to book in and we were taken to the airport immediately - no waiting for the mini-bus to fill.On our return the minibus was waiting when we arrived at the bustop.Absolutely first class professional service which we will definately use again and would highly recommend to anyone.

We arrived in the early morning, and after checking in our car, were quickly whisked to the airport by an excellent driver. We were given an card with an 0800 number to ring on our return, but it carried no identification about our car - good security in case we had lost the card abroad. On our return there was a short wait while other customers from flights were assembled in order to make a full bus, but then there was again a quick and warm return journey to the car park. The car had been moved into the dispatch area, so it had already been started and warmed up before our arrival. On the way out, the token we were given did not make the exit gate operate, which was a bit awkward as there is a single lane and there was another car behind us - but the situation was quickly remedied. The overall impresion was very positive. I am sure we would use Copthall again if we were flying from Gatwick.

Great reception staff at Cophall Farm but the drivers need to temper their driving style a little. Return pick up arrived within 20 mins of phoning but the driver had far too much to say for himself. Good value for money, easy to find, good online systems. Overall 7/10

We arrived 30 mins earlier than we had expected, but only waited about 5 minutes before we were off to the airport in a minibus. Driver helped us with our bags and it took only 10 mins to get there. On our return there was actually a minibus waiting for us as soon as we telephoned to say we had arrived.

Although I had no problem with how quickly everything happened, there will be days when things do not run quite so smoothly...so... Give yourself at least half an hour from arrival at the parking to being in line at check in....and obviously, vice versa for the return.

This was the first time we have used Cophall Farm Parking, the service we experinced was first class. The map directions were easy to understand, the staff and drivers were friendly and polite. Upon depature from Cophall Farm the minibus was available straight away with no waiting, on our return the mininbus collected us within several minutes of our call. All round excellent service. I would strongly recommend Cophall Farm to anyone. Thank you

Parking all OK. But I paid for a full valet service for £75 which was messed up. A headlight was not working afterwards, and the car's clock needed re-setting. The valet should have checked this over and corrected it before handing the car back. Othwerwise, the valeting itself was good quality.

The whole experience was good, however it would have been helpful if the receptionist could have been more specific when giving the ETA of the bus when collecting us from the airport. This would have avoided us getting extremely cold for 30 minutes waiting at the pick-up point. We were told simply that "he is on his way" we estimated 15 minutes for this - it was actually 45 minutes. 30 minutes of this time was spent at the pick-up point.

Arrival to North terminal and return journey was about 25 mins each way even though we dropped another family off/picked up at the South Terminal on the way each time. Transfer service is litererally door to door as you leave/collect your vehicle at the sites office and are dropped/collected within a couple of feet of the terminal doors. Each minibus only takes 8 passengers as there is a very large luggage area at the back so there seemed to be only one or two groups per transfer reducing waiting time to virtually zero. Ring to let them know you are ready as soon as you clear customs as its only about two minutes from there to the pickup point. Great service which I will definately be using for all future trips through Gatwick.

This was my first time using Cophall Farm Parking and overall I was very impressed. The service was good - particularly because the staff park your car in the main car park & then move it back to reception in time for your return - v handy not to have to search the car park in the cold & dark! The only drawback is that it is a short drive from the airport (about 10 minutes outside of rush hour), but the minibus was waiting for us when we arrived back at Gatwick, so this really wasn't a problem
