Although I had to wait for some time before being picked up from the airport, when I returned to the car park my car was at least warm and ready to drive off.

I was particulary impressed with the vehicle having been delivered at the front of the reception ready for my return, this saved me walking around a car park looking for it.

I will definitely use this service again, the car park was very easy to find, the check in was fast and efficient and the transfers to/from the terminal were quick and easy to arrange. And the staff were very friendly considering the early morning and late night that I used this service.

I was very impressed by the service we recieved at this carpark. We even had our cars de-iced and warmed up, ready on our return! I will definitely use it again and recommend it to others.

CFP was easy to find with the excellent direction supplied. Within 2 minutes of parking up I was in a bus on my way to the airport. When I got home I waited just minutes for the bus to take me back to my car - which was ready and waiting for me. Best car parking service I have ever used (and I've used a few !)

The return trip was a nightmare. It was a scrum for a place in the mini-bus with no-one really knowing who was first, parties being split up from each other and their luggage, and surly drivers fending frustrated passengers off. Such a shame, apologies at reception but really all we wanted was a quick transfer back to our car. It took an hour and a half.

Very friendly staff and great service. This was the first time we parked off-airport and it woked out great. Very cheap and we were dropped off at the entrance of the airport approx. 15 minutes after we dropped off the car. Would really recommend Cophall Fram

Cophall farm was very easy to find and there is no waiting around when you get there. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I had no stress at all when dropping off or picking up car (which is important after stresses of flying). Ten out of ten would highly recommend.

easy to access through security gates to dropoff reception, so no long searching for spaces and driving round and round like others.the car was waiting right next to the drop off reception on arrival home, and the pickup for the airport was out side waiting, so i can honestly say it was our best airport parking so far, and we do a fair bit of travelling. would definately recommend.

I found the site easy to find and the booking in hassle-free. The bus was waiting to take me to Gatwick and the journey took no time at all. On my return on a cold wintry Sunday evening I arrived at the stop and was picked up straightaway. Reassuring as I was travelling alone. I may just have been lucky both ways but I was impressed. I would definitely recommend Cophall Farm to friends and family both on price and service. Thank you for making my trip so easy.

Using this service was excellent. We arrived slightly early but the lady in reception was extremely helpful polite and informative for 4.30 in the morning! although we were early the team took us to the airport instead of making us wait around. Coming back was so easy. We landed at 11pm and by the time we stepped outside the van was ready to take us back to the car! Least stressful journey i've ever had from an airport! Use this service it's brilliant!

The transfer to the airport was great as we were taken there as soon as we had checked in. The journey back took slighty longer as we had to wait about for other passengers and then had to go to the other terminal also to collect people. But on arriving back at the car park our car was ready and waiting which was great.

The service was spot on and it was nice to have one less thing to worry about when heading away. I can't really comment on the security as I didn't see much of it, but my car came back exactly as left so perfect in my book. The service was well worth the money, especially compared to other services on offer from their competitors.

Fantastic!! I dropped my car literally at the door and picked it up at the door too! THe only slight down side was having to wait 10 mins or so once I got to airport for the minibus. But worth it, esp as I needed a ciggie after that long flight!!

Clearly, the vehicles must be parked in outside conditions as our vehicle's interior was extremely wet; windows, seats, carpets, boot lining and the sound on the radio no longer worked! We are still drying the car out. Apart from this, the service was good, and unfortunately due to the long delay of our flight we did not report the matter to the staff before our departure from the car park.

Recently used the services of Cophall Farm and it was great. Very easy place to find (even at night) and once you're there, they take care of it all, no queues, no hanging around. The facilities are top class, the staff friendly and helpful and the transfer is very quick and drops you right outside the terminal (and vice versa). To top it off, the price is good too, and it was so much easier than catching the train or getting someone to pick us up. So, overall, not a bad word to say, a thoroughly agreeable experience.

I felt I waited longer than expected for the coach to pick me up from the airport, however when I saw the traffic I realised the driver had done well to pick me up despite the delay. I shall have no reservations using your services again - as I have done for several years now.

Would perhaps be a good idea for the minibus drivers to know the names of the families they are to collect from the airport, so that 'queue barging' is avoided. A few seats in the outside waiting area (some benches?) may be nice, too, so that you can sit outside while you wait for your pick up.

I found this to be at least as quick and convenient as using the onsite long term parking. There was no trying to remember which area the car was parked in and then lugging suitcases round looking for the car. We were dropped at the reception and the car was waiting for us.
