First time we have used them, always used Courtlands before. Cannot praise Cophall Farm enough. Steve, our transfer bus driver, showed real customer care when I realised I'd left my interior light on in the car. With no propmpting he phoned the office and informed the staff of the problem. He also povided us with all relevant information including up to date travel information on our return home. Well done, top service and certainly value for money. Would recommend them to family and friends and use them again

We used many car parking companies but this has been by far the best, great value for money. It was easy to drop the car off, did not have to find a parking space as the car was parked for use, and easy transfer to and from the airport making the start and end of our journey that much easier.

I've never used airport parking before, and this was a pleasingly painless experience. Booking in took less than 5 minutes and there was a minibus to take us to departures ready and waiting. It's worth calling as soon as possible after landing to arrange the transfer back.

From the moment we arrived all paperwork was quickly dealt with. We were airport bound 10 minutes after arriving. Rang the free number on passing through customs and within 5 minutes the transport was there. Picked up the keys and were on our way within 5 minutes. Easy!!

First class! Within minutes of our arrival we were on our way in the courtsey bus. On arrival at Gatwick i called and was informed that a courtsey bus would be on its way. When we arrived at the desinated pick up point a bus was already waiting for us with the driver fully aware of our name. My car had been moved to the collection point area which was well lite and had space either side of the doors to allow full access. I'd definatly use Cophill Farm parking again.

information given to find cophall farm parking was spot on, our return flight was delayed but as soon as we phone to say we had landed a coach was there to take us back to the car park, on both journey's the drivers were excellent also the check in staff, will use again.

Just one small point. A bit of confusion of where to wait for collecting on arrival back at the airport, as there is still a sign at the 'far' end of the lane stating that was the pick up point for Cophill Farm Parking whereas the bus actually stopped at the end nearest to the terminal exit door (which is in fact nearer and better) - maybe it needs sign putting there and the other one taking down.

Arrived at 4 AM and was straight onto the shuttle bus and delivered to the airport within half an hour of arriving. Had to wait 15 minutes at the stop for the bus to collect us a week later, but that is no worse than the other services. The car was waiting close to reception. Staff are very friendly; no problems; would use again.

Both minibus drivers were very chatty and clearly enjoyed working for the company. On return a minibus was sent out even though there was only myself and my wife to pick up. Cheapest by far on the net. Only irritation is distance from airport athough because the shuttle service is so good this is not a problem.

I was cocerned due to my experience in Manchester where the actual time of transfer was far longer than the impression given, saying" a short journey to the airport" turned out to be 1hour. So to find that at Cophill Farm the journey was as stated was very good. I also felt the administration worked very well with very helpfull staff. The driver was very pleasent both ways and arrived on time to colloct us. Once again thanks for making our journey more enjoyable.I will use this service again.

We recieved a friendly reception on arrival, a bus was waiting ready to ferry us to the terminal. When we arrived back, pick up was swift and efficent. I would diffinently use this service again. Thank you for making the horrible part of a holiday bearable.

This was the best parking service i have ever used and the cheapest as well, not only did the drivers help with the bags but they were also friendly and well informed. My car was ready and waiting for me when i got back and the staff at reception were extremly helpful. I shall recommend Cophall farm parking safe in he knowledge that i know they will provide an excellent service

Arrived, checked paperwork very quickly, on to bus at once, arrived airport in 10 mins.On return rang company and bus arrived within 5 mins of waiting and our car ready and waiting within 20yds of reception. Best car parking we have had. Well done! Friendly staff giving all necessary information clearly.

I thoroughly recommend the convenience of airport parking. I use the service several times a year whether travelling for business use or private holiday use. Cophall Farm Parking are a very polite, honest & trustworthy business. An excellent & efficient service that i will definately use again & recommend to others flying from Gatwick airport.

It was excellent, we arrived and handed in the keys at Reception and were put straight on a bus to the airport which only took about 10 minutes. When we arrived back from our holiday, I called the 0800 number and a mini bus was there to collect us in no time. We were taken back to the parking place and got the car back which was exactly as I left it. There were no problems or delays and I thought the people were very nice (even at 4am!!).

I found my whole experience very painless. Check in was very quick and easy and there was a shuttle bus waiting to transfer us to the airport. The bus leaves as soon as we were ready and didnt run to a set timetable which was great. On my return I phoned as soon as we'd cleared customs and there was a shuttle bus waiting to take us back even though it was 5.30am. The car was ready and waiting for us when we got back to the car park which enabled a speedy departure, very welcome at that hour of the morning. All in all a very efficient service.

on arrival the car was parked in the front car park near reception, secure with barrier entry. minibus was there ready to take us to the airport which was a 15 min journey. on returning at 2100hrs we called cophall from arrivals and they collected us 5 mins later which was great. good value for money. friendly staff. would be suitable for people with limited mobility as all level and very short distances to walk.

On arrival, I didn't know whether to park in the large car-park myself. A nice big sign would have helped saying park here and report to service with your luggage AND keys for your transfer Also, on returning, your cards say using a BT line, this is confusing. Does it mean not a mobile phone, or simply any UK phone number. You should also have a dedicated number to call to arrange pickup, the lady who answered was friendly, but just said "how can i help?" i didn't really know what to say other than "i want picking up". Perhaps you could get a listing of the telepehone numbers used for the public phones at the airport and plot their locations to idetify where the caller is without having to ask them, as I had never used gatwick before... i didn't really know how to explain! don't get me wrong, I will definately use your service next time, it was just under-explained a little for first timers. The guys who drove the coach to and from the airport were both really friendly and courteous, and safe drivers.

Our arrangements went without a hitch. We were travelling with an infant and there was no ideal safe way of transporting her. At our own risk we wedged her pushchair in a gap between 2 of the minibus seats but other than that the only option was to carry her in our arms. Some form of a car seat would have been ideal but I certainly don't expect such to be offered automatically. A very good overall service from check-in to pick-up.

The service was good, with friendly drivers and the facilities were good. It was a bit of a pain that they wanted to see written confirmation of my return flight ( this was unexpected and I had to open cases to recover already packed papers). And it's not obvious at Gatwick North just where the bus will pick you up (takes a bit of searching).
