I would highly recommend your service, booking was made via the internet with no hassle whatsoever, e-mail was received promptly to confirm booking, and the staff were very efficient and polite!

I have used Cophall 3 times now and will use them again (as long as they don't put their prices up excessively). As parking experiences go, you won't get much better than this for the price.

The first test was finding the place and I'm pleased to say that the instructions were spot on and I drove straight there. Staff were helpful and efficient on hand over and transfer was immediate and swift (approx. 10 mins @ 15.00hrs). Return experience was no different. Altogether well satisfied.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Travelling in August I was expecting to face a flustered arrivals procedure. What I got was friendly staff, loading my luggage on to the transport as soon as I had taken it out of the car. Check in was rapid and smooth, then it was off to the airport with no waiting around. On my return, one phone call and the transport was there to pick us up within 10 mins. Back at the car park my car was parked by reception ready to go. No problems at all.

Instructions were easy to follow. Site was clean and staff friendly. Transport was available immediately. On return home, one free phone call and they were there within 5 minutes. Car was ready when we got back and I would definetely use them again.

Very efficient and helpful staff. Very little waiting about. Transfer bus left within a few minutes of arrival and was there when we landed. We have used this parking before and would use it again.

Had to wait 20 mins for the mini-bus to get to the airport. Make sure you leave enough time for this - and you won't necessarily go via your terminal first. My car had picked up a nail from the car park, which I didn't realise, so I drove home on a flat - make sure you check your car is ok before you leave. Brilliant for return pick up - one call from luggage reclaim and they were waiting out front when we got out. Loads of staff and security around - I felt totally safe leaving my car in their hands & would use them again.

On my return to Gatwick North Terminal with my family, I phoned Cophall Farm to request transport. We loaded our luggage into the first Cophall Farm transport that came along, only to be told that we were not on the driver's list, so had to unload our luggage once more. It was only when I phoned Cophall Farm again that I was told there were people ahead of me waiting for transport and that there was a second vehicle on its way to collect us. I regret that I spoke rather sharply to the driver of the first transport when it wasn't any of his doing. If I had been told in the first place that there there were people ahead of me, that additional transport was on its way, and that I should check that the driver had my name, I would not have assumed that I had been forgotten. Cophall Farm staff dealt with this incident politely and efficiently, so I have no complaint about how it was resolved.

Easy to book online, quick response via e-mail. Excellent service on arrival. Quick, friendly staff, very helpful with loading and unloading of luggage, which helps when you have children. Would highly recommend, and would use in the future and would certainly recommend to friends and family. Big thanks.

Would definitely recommend Cophall Farm Parking. Excellent speedy service and good customer care. Our driver on the transfer back kindly tuned in to a travel update on the radio so that we could ascertain the best route home.

Pleasant staff, bus was ready to go once we loaded up. The car was parked in an easily accessible position to drive out on our return. Had it been raining we would have been dry if we had to wait for a bus. Bus was waiting for us as we left the arrivals.

It was all very good and efficient, from the directions given to the pickup response. I would hasten to add that it was a Sunday and it was very quiet on both departure and arrival. It was the cheapest and therefore good value for money.

I have used Cophall Farm Parking a couple of times now and find that they are very reliable with the transport to and from the airport. The car parking is very secure. Our car has always been in a convenient parking place for us to collect it; not like some car parks where you have to remember where you parked it and have to walk miles with heavy bags to get to the car. With Cophall Farm your car is brought near the offices on the day of your arrival back. The people are all very friendly and helpful (both the office people and the minibus drivers). The prices they charge are very reasonable. I would certainly recommend Cophall Farm Parking as an ideal place to leave your car whilst on holiday.

Ideal if you're bothered about the cost of airport parking. Transfer times obviously vary depending on the time of day. At the crack of dawn the transfer took about 10 minutes. However, on the return the journey was more like half an hour.

Would use them again as long as price remained competitive.

A good reliable service. They give you a freephone number to call when you have collected your suitcases and cleared customs. Would use again.

The instructions on the directions to the car park were clear and accurate. On arrival all staff were friendly, chatty and polite even at an unearthly hour! Mini bus transfer was at our convenience, only took a few minutes and we had a very friendly driver. On return our pick up was prompt, again the driver friendly. It was late at night so it would have been helpful if the car was waiting where I left it at the entrance rather than finding it along the bays - but that was not a great inconvenience. Overall great value for money and I shall definitely use Cophall Farm Parking again.

Transfers were very good compared to other car parks we've used . We were on our way within ten minutes of arrival, and the bus was at the airport within ten minutes of our return. Our car was easy to find and all the staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints.

This was our second time with Cophall Farm Parking, our first was good, this time is was great, you can see a lot of time and effort has been invested on the site to make Cophall Farms Parking one of the best, if not the best company for parking at Gatwick. Great value for money. Thank you.
