I left my camera in my car by mistake and just one short call from the airport got the staff at Cophall to find it in the car and bring it to me within 15 minutes. There was no hesitation on their part at all. My holiday would have been spoilt without it. Fantastic service!!

As good a car parking service as I have used around Gatwick airport. Although it is slightly further out than others, this is more than made up by the immediate personal transfers and the excellent value for money.

We happened to arrive at Gatwick at the same time as our friends, who were booked into BCP. However, we were first to get to check-in so don't be put off by the apparent distance off site. And the drivers and staff were really friendly and polite. A great service. Thanks.

The transfer to the airport was excellent, no time to wait and a very efficient check in. Had to wait about 25 minutes for the minibus back to the carpark at the airport which made our journey home seem a bit long !

My contingency time was taken up by an emergency on my morning of travel so I called Cophall Farm for advice. They suggested they would meet me at the airport as I would need at least half an hour to drop off my car and get to the airport. The person due to meet me was caught in rush hour traffic, but fortunately I spotted someone else with a Cophall Farm logon on their jacket and arranged with the office to leave my car keys with her for an extra £20. On my return I had to pick up my car from their site via the mini-bus service. Thankfully at Cophall Farm there are toilets. This minibus that seats approx 8 people, took a while to arrive (around 30 minutes) at night, whith reduced traffic. If a minibus arrives and your name is not on the drivers list then you have to wait for the next minibus. On your return it is advisable to call them as soon as you land to reduce your wait for the minibus or car. That said the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. My recommendation is even if you have plenty of time spend the extra money and go for the Meet and Greet option!

directions easy to follow. plenty of shuttle buses. only a few steps to take bags to bus.driver helped load bags.key drop easy no paperwork needed to be shown. return pick-up by way of phone call and we waited about 10 mins, that was what was expected. driver loaded bags. car key pick-up was instant and the car was only 20 yards away. decent sized covered area at the depot had we needed to wait for a bus

From booking on the website to collecting our vehicle after the holiday the experience was excellent. Having used other car park venues, the point that I immediately noticed was that the transfer coaches were smaller (minibus) which made the loading and unloading very rapid and the buses very frequent. There was no hanging about waiting for baggage to be loaded, or missing passengers. On both the journey to the airport and the return after our holiday we waited no more than 5 minutes for the bus. Would use this car park every time now

This was the first time I had ever parked in an "Off" airport parking area. I have to say that I found the experience a very pleasant one. I could not falter the staff's professional attitude and our driver Pete was great. Will definately use again and have all ready started recommending the place to friends and family.

We arrived a day early and stayed in Cophall's on site accommodation which was very good value for money and clean. The only drawback was that you could occasionally hear other guests in adjacent rooms. However, this was more than made up for by the excellent customer service by the staff who saw no trouble in taking us to the airport to book in our cases the evening before and again in the morning. Being a frequent flyer I would not hesitate to use this facility again as the helpfulness of the staff made this a stress free part of our journey.

The mileage quoted in the location instructions was 5 from the M25 to the Mormon Temple whereas it was just over 7! Accurate in all other respects. All credit to your staff, change left in the car for the return trip through the tunnel, was still in the car! Well done! Will use your service again.

a very easy site to find. very cheep, the bus took us straight away even thou we were there at 6am and the only prople there. drivers where nice and chatty. on way back even though it was monday rush hour everything ran very smoothly and again we wernt left waiting. ill defo use again. very happy all round (if only thomson who we went on holiday with where as effeciant!!)

I arrived at 5am (the exact time I said I would when booking) and had to wait for 45 mins before our name was called for the bus. Then another 10-15 mins transfer meant we were very late in checking in, it was all very stressful and put everyone in a bad mood for the start of the trip. On the return we had to wait for 25-30 mins before the bus turned up and then had a rude driver who wasn't interested in our waiting time. If the car park cannot handle the amount of bookings it has then it should not take them. Alternatively, the website should eb amended to say 60 mins for transfers. I will not be using Cophall Farm again and will pass the message on to as many people as I know.

Parking has always been an issue for me: I usually always opt for the convenience of parking at the airport, so as not to endure additional transit times at the beginning and the end of trips which I thought would be the case with off airport parking. However the ever increasing costs of airport parking has become so ridiculous that I recently decided to try a parking and transfer service operated outside of the airport. Having looked at the internet options and read the reviews I decided to try the Cophill Farm parking services. Although the parking was outside of the airport, I am certain that both trips to and from the parking site were so swift (immediate transfer and collection) that it was in fact quicker than waiting for the airport transport services and associated shorter journey themselves. This combined with the value for money of this service will ensure that Cophill Farm retain my business on all future trips I take from Gatwick airport. To ensure that you all appreciate the extent of praise in this review I must stress that my professional background relates to Quality and Service management, as such I have high expectations and in the cast majority cases where I am asked to provide feedback I usually identify the negatives rather than the positives!! In this instance I was very pleasantly surprised.

I left my car for a week at Cophall Farm and found the service to be very easy and quick. I got straight on the minibus after leaving my car key and at the airport within 10 minutes. When I got back to the UK I called the phone number given and the minibus came within 10 minutes so no waiting around in the cold to get back to my car! My car was ready and waiting for me so I could leave with no delay. Great value for money and would use again.

The driver's seat had been altered to an extent that I had to take some time to reset it. The cabin temperature had been altered by at least 5.5%, which required a button to be depressed 11 times! I telephoned and complained to an assistant of the manager, Emma Carter. She promised to investigate and give me an answer but I have heard nothing. My call was on 31 Jan, I said I would be away from 2 Feb but we have an answerphone and no message was left. I am very suspicious about the handling of my car and would advise against using Cophall on the basis of my experience. Will this produce a response???

The quick drop off and pick up of the car was great. Previous experience at other places could take up to 1/2 an hour, this took less than a minute! Had to wait a bit for the return pick up (about 15 minutes) but not bad otherwise.

Had a problem with the pick up on arrival as there was an information board in Arrivals which indicated the wrong bus stop number for Cophall. Reported this to the reception on return and they advised that this would be updated. The staff had made every effort to try and pick us up but were unaware that we were waiting in a different place.

Very pleased and surprised by excellent level of friendly service. Car was waiting, frost cleared from windows and engine running on our return. Certainly will use as first choice again.
