Couldn't have asked for a smoother turnover. We arrived, checked car in got on the bus & were at the airport in 20 minutes start to finish! Arriving back called as we got our bags & bus arrived as we were going down the escelator..no delays, no hassle, friendly driver. Key ready as we walked into the office.Best parking service we've had in the 12 - 15 years we've been parking at airports. Thanks

The car park was easy to find, and rather than wai for more cusomers to arrive we were taken on our own to the terminal straight away. On return the minibus arrived within 10 mins of us calling after clearing customs, with the car ready and easily accessible as soon as we returned. Well worth the money, and will definately use again

Really smooth experience. It took so little time to hand over the keys and get to the airport (which was great as we were running late) and on the way back the bus was there by the time we got to the pick up place and after a very small mix up with my car keys we were on our way with no hassle at all. I'd defnitely use them again.

It was really easy to book and directions given to us got us to the car park no problems. We were dealt with quickly and efficiently and delivered to the airport in good time. On our return we landed at a very unsociable 1.45am, but the operator i spoke ot to get a pick up was very pleasant and the minibus arrived very promptly. I would use these company again, no doubt about it.

booking in at the carpark was both fast and efficient . transport to the terminal was clean and the driver very helpful. The return was just as good we had no waiting problems, and the car was waiting for us when we arrived at the carpark. We arrived at 0300after following the directions given, booked the car in, straight on the transfer bus to the airport. On return rang the freephone number coach arrived after 5 mins back to pick up the car and away. compared to some other svces I have used this was first class.

very impressed with your service. The counter staff were helpful and efficient, the drivers, both ways, were helpful and dealt wioth our luggage without our requesting and the car was easily available on our return. Everything went smoothly. I would certainly use you again.

Our transfer on arrival (at 4.00 a.m.)was quick and trouble free. On our return we rang the number given and when we arrived at the bus stop the minibus was waiting for us. Everyone was helpful and efficient. We will certainly use Cophall Farm Parking again and recommend it to our friends

We've always parked 'on airport' in the past believing it to be quicker, easier and worth the extra cost. We were wrong - despite the distance from the airport the 'system' operated makes it faster and easier - no loading suitcases on and off a bus and then finding your car - it's all done for you ! Will always use this car park service in the future.

This was so easy, from initial booking, to finding the park, the transfers to Gatwick everything went like clockwork. I will definitely use Cophall Farm again when flying from Gatwick. Better still it approx. half the price of the airport carparks !!

Immediately xfrd to airport when we arrived at 2am by minibus - no waiting around for other travellers to make it worth the trip. Driver helped us girls with luggage too. Pick up was within minutes of the call when we returned. Absolutely painless from start to finish

Found the whole process of parking and going into reception to hand over my car keys really easy, no problems at all. All the staff were very very friendly and helpful. The mini-bus left shortly afterwards. MUCH BETTER than parking in the on-airport car parks!!!

We came to Cophall car park via Reigate as we had stayed at the Travelodge in Dorking overnight so we were going on a different route back home.We left the car park on our return for the M23 to join the M25 back to Essex and the driver was most helpful re directions.At that time of night you do not want to go wrong.Good service.

Brillant just can't wait to go away again. Now I live on my own - husband has left with his secretary after a 33 year marriage - I just get hassle from my four off springs when I ask for a lift to GATWICK i.e. I almost live beside Heathrow. So easy to find, friendly staff both checking in and on route to Airport and reasonably priced. ONLY WISH YOU COULD LOOK AFTER THE DOG AS WELL. Kind regards, Ex. BA Stewardess

We arrived slightly later than planned, staff very helpful got us to the airport on time, driver explained where we would be picked up on return. Reception staff made a note of our flight number so they would know if we were delayed on return. I had booked an allowance of 3 hours should we be delayed, the office staff said as long as they knew our flight number they would know approximately when we would return. I would recommend this company

Excellent directions, cheapest rates but the best service ive ever had using an airport parking service. Minibus waiting to take us to airport and on return picked us up within 15 minutes of call. Very professional service whom i wouldnt hesitate to recommend and which i already have.

The staff at Cophall Farm were very friendly and helpful as this was the first time we had used non airport parking and nothing was to much trouble, the car was ready and waiting for us when we returned from the airport although we had about a 10 minute wait at the airport on our return for the bus to collect us. But we would use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Had to wait 20 minutes for the transfer coach at Gatwick which is much too long even after a short flight, but, when you've done 8 hours and then 3/4 hour to get through immigration and then it took almost 20 minutes to get to the car park. Will pay a little extra next time and park on airport.

Close enough to the aiport, fast drop off. However return transfer was poor. Bus picked up a full load promptly at south terminal proceeded to North Terminal to drop of 2 passengers. Then instructed to return (through traffic) to south terminal to pick up 2 more passengers where we waited for a further 10 minuites. Transfer took 35 minutes. V.poor

Although the car parking facility was off-airport (generally I use the longstay on-airport parking) the transfers were door to doo without the need to trek to a bus stop and the pickup on arrival back to LGW was so speedy we didn't even get a chance to finish our cigarette !!
