We have used larger companies in the past and this has meant waiting longer for the pick up bus - then having to carry bulky luggage items on to a bus ourselves along with lots of other people. This was much more pleasant and organised. Staff were friendly and helpful.

After picking up a cheap last minute weeks deal over the internet,we printed off our directions for the car parking facilities and headed off.The location is slightly out of the way a bit but nothing that would put you off using Cophall again.On arrival,the car park proved to be very secure with plenty of employees around,very simple and efficient proceedure of dropping and picking vehicle up,very polite and efficient staff.We were transferred to airport immediately after arrival.Gatwick is literally 15 minutes away.Personally I didn't have any problems or complaints at all about using this company and when I fly from that area of the country again I will definately use again. Especially on the outward journey, the bus driver was extremely courteous - I was travelling with my elderly aunt and he unloaded the cases from my boot into the minibus and, on arrival at the airport, found us a trolley and unloaded the cases onto this for us. Additionally he gave us directions on how to get to the Departures Lounge.

What more can I say - friendly, helpful service. We'd just got to the exit after collecting our luggage and the driver was already there - A1 service.

The service was absolutely fantastic. I could not fault anything - the staff were great, there was no stress at all, we were really looked after and we couldn't believe how easy everything was. I would recommend anybody to use this company.

We got there very early and because there was no driver the receptionist took us to the terminal herself,being chatty and helpful throughout,thats hospitality! And due to three hour delay we returned over the scheduled time, they said nothing about it....very good value for money indeed will use again!! Distance no problem only ten minute transfer to LGW.

I thought that CFP was good and would have no hesitation in using them again. They came out cheapest on the price comparison sites we checked. We left the car at reception and they parked it. We were on the way to the airport within 5 mins of arrival. Coming back the instructions say wait till you have got your luggage and cleared customs before calling. I would suggest calling as soon as you have your luggage, and calling again if you are unfortunate enough to be pulled for a search by customs. However even if you call once you are in the arrivals lounge you are probably only looking at a 10 minute wait once you have walked to the pick up point, and if you want to pick up a paper or a sandwich that is not necssarily a bad thing. The car was waiting for us at reception when we returned. My only slight concern would be that the parking is 10-15 mins away from the airport at a quiet time. I don't know the area well enough to know how much this might stretch to if it was rush hour, but it would be worth bearing in mind and leaving plenty of time if you have a flight at a busy time.

Deposited car, Cophall Driver dropped us at Travel Inn for overnight stay. On return,Servisair took 3 hours to unload luggage following flight from Lisbon. Apparently this type of delay is not uncommon. Phoned Cophall Farm after reaching arrivals, minibus at bus stop 12 almost immediately for transfer

The chcck in was quick and easy. The trip to the airport started as soon as we had booked in and we were dropped off and told this would be where we would be collected from. I rang the company once we cleared customs and the mini bus was ready and waiting for us. A very good service and I will be using it again. Thank you

Car arrivals are at the same place as the bus so no long trip from the car to the bus. Driver checked flight status for us by mobile to HQ. On the way back we have to phone when we land but this meant that by the time we got through customs and to the bus stop, the bus was already there!

We have never used a carpark service like this before but will definitely use this company again. Driver was really helpful, completely hassle free service. On arrival back at Gatwick we rang after we had claimed our baggage and the minibus was there by the time we had got out of the airport - can't ask for much more!!

We arrived at 2.45 in the morning. The staff were jovial even at that ungodly hour! Nothing was too much trouble for them to make sure that the start of our holiday was hassle free. On our return they did everything possible to make sure that the amount of time spent waiting at the terminal was kept to a minimum to get us on our way home. Excellent service and value for money. Will definitely use their facility again and will recommend them to all our friends.

The service was brilliant. A coach took us to the terminal as soon as we had checked the car in and was waiting at arrivals once we came through customs. You always imagine you will be hanging around for more flights to arrive but that wasn't the case. The best I've used to date and I will use you again. Thanks

As I said above, the directions were good, we just parked, checked in (no waiting)bags loaded on for us and off to the airport (no wait). Iain was a friendly and helpful driver - also receptionist very nice and efficient - no complaints whatsoever - will use you again and never suffer waiting for huge buses where you have to lift your cases onto racks etc and wait, and stand on the bus then walk to the car etc. hanks very much indeed.

easy to find, well staffed and friendly, get to unload cases from car straight into mini bus so no long walks or waiting for buses. Was cheapest car park on offer but probably the best I have used - would use it again and friends are using it again this month

I would thoroughly recommend Cophall Farm Parking to anyone. Its good value for money, not too far from Gatwick and the staff are so helpful and friendly even at midnight! You just drive up, park your car outside the office, hand in your keys and the free courtesy mini bus is there waiting for you. Your car is parked for you, and when you return its there waiting for you. I will use them from now on every time I fly

I will recommend this carpark to friends as I was impressed by the whole experience of 'airport parking',something which we have never done before. I would feel happy leaving my car at Copthall in the future and was surprised at how reasonably priced it was.

We phoned as instructed on arrival from abroad, and proceeded to pick up point. Another family arrived behind us after 10 - 15 mins. Another 5 mins or so went by and the mini van arrived. we went to get on and were told he was here to pick up the other family? We had to wait again, with our 9 month old baby till a new vehicle turned up. Saftey (as in lack of car seats) was poor.

We phoned the free number for our collection by the time we got to the entrance the minibus was waiting for us.Very fast!!!The staff were extremley friendly and professional.I will be using this company again, and would recomend to anyone that wants value for money, peace of mind and professionalism to use them.

Very happily parked and taken on to airport straight away but on return was told suspension on car had gone when it was driven back to pick up area and was told to phone our own garage and arrange recovery for car me, wife & three tied children & cases, no help offered & they would not accept any responsibility for it also told this has happen to several cars in last few months!!Did supply use of a chalet with 2 biscuits & tea whilst waiting 2 hours for recovery which was better then waiting side of car park after 36 hour delay before on a 9 hour flight!!
