Very highly recommended. Would use again. Small enough to care but large enough to provide good facilities. At least 10-15 minutes transfer time to/from the airport, so allow plenty of time to ahead of check-in when you're departing, particularly if travelling at peak time.

I can't fault the service provided by Cophall Farm. We arrived, dropped the car off, used the very clean toilets, and were immediately shuttled off to the airport. On our return we found they had already arranged for the mini-bus to take us back to the car park. No delays, and both drivers were friendly and chatty. You don't expect this high quality of service these days.

Very pleasant and trouble free booking in process, everybody very helpful and cheerful, immediate transfer to airport, on return one simple phone call and the bus was waiting to collect us. I can't think of anything to improve the service and have recommended it to several friends already.

Parking at Cophall could not have been easier They made it a smooth and relaxing start to our holiday. They are excellent value for money and on our return it was so quick and easy to get picked up from the terminal and back to our car for our journey back home. We will definitely be using Cophall again in September. We would recommend Cophall Farm to anyone wanting to park their car whilst on holiday and who want the peace of mind that their car will be safe and secure.

Found Cophall easy to find and very friendly to deal with. Only slight downer was that it took slightly longer (need to allow good 35-45 mins for initial transfer to terminal) to wait for transport and make journey to airport. This con outweighed by incredible value for money and friendliness of service. Would definitely use again.

An excellent service. I highly recommend them, especially at the very low price we paid. Friendly drivers, rapid pick up from terminal, good facilities at the parking. The only caveat to would be users is that they should be aware that on arrival at the parking you should be ready to jump on the first bus to the terminal as we had our place in the (non existant) queue taken by some cheeky geriatrics. And we had a nine month old baby with us! I guess this is not the company's fault particularly though.

I have used many car parking firms esp re Gatwick & was absolutely blown away by Cophall. It was the little things that made the difference. Check in was like 15 seconds, but very polite. The drivers there & back were unbelievably professional, courteous & helpful. They really gave our holiday a fantastic start. This was the consensus of me, my other half & even the 8 yr old so hopefully we cant all be wrong. Would happily recommend Cophall to friends & family. Keep up the good work.

Quick and easy transfer. Did not need to have vouchers etc. on our return to collect our car, as one call and our name was all that was needed to get us back to the compound. Then documentation or ID is needed. Last year using another park we had to have 5 vouchers ready in order to catch the mini bus, which due to some misplaced bags were not on hand. This other park tried to charge us for pick up even though we had documents for the car! Would definately use Cophall Farm again. The mini bus driver even gave info of traffic jams in the area. Great service, thanks!!

Staff were efficient and courteous and assisted with everything, on return the driver was chatty and apologetic about not being able to get to us quick enough,a bomb scare what more could he have done? full marks to all at cophall parking, long may you reign, N.Wheatcrft

Everything was as advertised. The staff were friendly and actually smiled. On return, the courtesy coach was the first to turn up much to the envy of everyone else who had to wait in the cold miserable UK weather. We will definitely recommend to others.

One has to accept that the parking facilities are by necessity a good 20 mins from the airport. However this slight inconvenience is outweighed by the friendliness, efficiency and confidence shown by the staff. The booking was trouble-free and the charges very competitive

i would recommend using this service. we were taken to the airport as soon as we had arrived at the car park. upon our return we called once we had cleared customs and in the time it took us to find the bus stop, the mini bus was waiting & left 5 mins later with 3 other passengers. we will use them again!!!

It wasn't to busy when we arrived so coach driver took us to airport straight away. On our return journey waited no more than 5 mins at airport. When we arrived at cophill, staff were very friendly, had everything ready and we were driving home within a couple of minutes.Superb!

We arrived at four in the morning to be greeted with a smile and a professional approach. Straight onto the minibus and ten minutes later we are at Gatwick. Coming home, we phoned after coming through customs and within fifteen minutes we were on the minibus back to the farm to pick up our vehicle. I would certainly use you again and also recommend you.

We will definatley use Cophall farm again. All we needed to do was get our luggage out of the car and hand over the keys then we were of on our holidays! Coming back was as simple as going out. The car was waiting for us. Brilliant service. The only thing that could have improved it for us was if they were to wash and vacum the car.

All of the staff where so helpful and friendly, the transfer driver was funny and helpful, it was the best £72.00 i payed, i have parked my car in around Gatwick carparks and i would deffo go back to this 1 it was clean and they offered quite a few services

I am very happy with the service, as I said it is an excellent value for money. They park the car for you and give you a lift to the airport. On return, you call a free number to let them know of your arrival and they are there to pick you up within 10 minutes. No delays no hussle.Really satisfied, will definitely use this carpark again.

All staff were polite and friendly aswell as being very efficient. The drop off and pick up to and from the airport was on demand without any waiting at all. The whole experience was very smooth without any problems. Well done Cophall Farm Parking I was very impressed!

It is a very cost effective way to transport a large group to the airport without dragging suitcases etc around on public transport. Nice to know the car was safe and secure whilst I was away and waiting for me on my return. Map supplied was excellent and we had no trouble finding Cop Hall. Highly recommended.

When we arriveed we had to wait only 5-10 mins before being transported to Gatwick, on return we were 7 hours delayed and this caused no problem to Cophall Farm they were there within 10 mins of phoning and our car was out front awiting us. Would recommend to everyone!!!
