we found this service quick and easy to use, great rates for parking, friendly staff, although one driver was a little brash, ( must have had a busy day!!!) we arrived to find the minibus ready and waiting to take us to the terminal, on our return, we called within 20 mins, and the driver came within 20 mins to take us back to our car. Drivers are given the name of persons to collect, so no mistakes are made, hence one driver being a little brash on our return.( we saw a minibus thought it was for us checked with driver who stated 'depends on who is here'.. but then 2 mins later another driver appeared for us, he was friendly and very polite, and did apoligise for the drivers manner!!!). Overall very good service. We will use again. many thanks cophall.

When it matters most CFP gave first class service when dropping off and picking up. Everyone was helpful with clear instructions at each step. The pick-up driver also advised on the quickest/most suitable route and checked latest travel information for problems etc. Would thoroughly recommend.

I experienced some initial difficulty in finding the site, using the directions provided, but overall I was very pleased with the service. The reception staff and transfer drivers were courteous and helpful, and the whole transfer procedure was carried out with speed and efficiency. I would rate Cophall Farm very highly.

We arrived at the park early and as soon as we had lifted our bags out of our car they were loaded on to a minibus and we were whisked off to Gatwick North terminal. No waiting at all. And again when we landed back at Gatwick we had only about 2-3 minutes wait before we were on our way back to the car park where our car was already to drive away.

I was a little worried about this car park as I thought it would be a hassle with the transfers especially with a 2year old child.... Much to my suprise I thought it was well organised easy to find and the staff were very friendly which at 4am in the morning I find very impressive! Would defintely use in the future.. Starting with my trip in November Thanks Copfield!

I have used airport parking at Gatwick over the last 10 years. I stumbled open Cophall Farm through a parking website and firstly couldnt believe how cheap 2 weeks parking was in comparasion to others - it was half the price! Thought there must be a catch but couldnt see any visable ones. Took the chance and booked it. It was the best find! I will definitely be using them for all my parking at Gatwick and recommending them to all friends and family. The directions provided were spot on and easy to find. On arrival we were met by very friendly staff and the handover of our car was the easiest I have experienced. Transfer to the airport was immediate. Arrival back to UK one quick call to Cophall at 5.05am and there was a driver waiting by the time we left the terminal. Again very friendly staff and with an easy transfer back to site with our car waiting out front for our journey home. Very well organised with great staff and extremely good value for money!

I was pleased with theverall service however on return the first CF bus missed me and I had to wait for the next one. Fresh off a plane from a hot country this is not theelcome back I expected. An apology was made however and I am satisfied it was genuine.

Excellent level of service from courteous and professional staff. The transfer to Gatwick was speedy and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and our car was ready and waiting on arrival back inthe UK. Only a few minutes to wait for coach to take us back to car despite our flight being delayed by four hours. I would definitely use this firm again.

We will definitely use your service again when travelling from Gatwick! Arriving there was a bit of a long haul if using a sat nav! No fault of yours! A family run business - which appears like a big company. Your are treated as a person not another First they carried the case from our car to the mini bus. Next the booking in is a very easy process. The trip to the airport was very stressless and friendly. The drive removes the cases. On return, they monitor the arrival of your return flight, so they can place it in the car park. You ring them on a free number and they come and collect you. A very prompt abd proffessional service. They offer a valeting and car washing service which I may take up next time. I will be coming back to them as I feel confident to use them again unlike other companies.

On returning the the compound and collecting the car we noted that our mileage trip counter had been reset to zero. This is a task that requires some knowledge, effort and more worringly a reason for doing so. Why would a parking employee reset it? I can't think of a legitimate scenario. Make your own conclusions.

Arrival very early in the morning for a 5.30 check-in was assisted by the fact all the systems worked, all records were in place, and briefing for return pick-up was simple. Return was even better, with the tranfer bus already waiting for us when we arrived at the pick up point. Just a thought - may be worth considering offering a car valetting/washing service whilst customers are away on hols - always nice to come back refreshed .... AND to a clean car as well!

I found Cophall Farm Parking absolutly brilliant, there wasnt a bad part of the whole service. We were happy that the car was going to be safe and secure, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. i would definatly reccomend Cophall Farm to others.

We had a trouble free,quite enjoyable experience with cophill farm. Quick drop off of our car, the minibus was waiting (why do all bus drivers expect tips?) and we were dropped off with a smile.Upon return we had a 10 minute wait before pick up and return to collect the keys for our car which was waiting outside. The only slight niggle was that there are not many signs pointing the way to the parking from the village. I would definately use Cophall again if not using the train(which I will use next time as the motorways are always useless!)

I have used Cophall Farm on numerous occasions and always found them to be very courteous and efficient and to be the best value for money of all the car parking options available. On this occasion for the first time and because of extreme levels of activity they were a little slow in collecting us from the airport. They went out of their way to apologise and explain the reasons for the delay however and I will certainly use them again and recommend others to do so also.

We found the service extremely prompt and efficient and were taken straight to the airport upon arrival by a very courteous driver. When we returned the same driver was waiting for us and explained there had been a couple of accidents on the M23 and M25 and gave us a detailed route on how to avoid these areas on our journey home. We could not recommend this car park high enough.

Everything worked out perfectly thank you. I would definitely use your company again. If I had anything detrimental to say at all, it would be that the minibuses only take a max. of 8-10? people which could prove annoying if it was full and you had to wait for the next one, but this didn't happen to me and perhaps if the organisation is spot on it would never happen anyway!

I was welcomed at reception and my transfer vehicle was ready to convey us to the airport immediately. On return on reaching pick up point the transfer vehicle was ready to return to car park where our car was within 20 yards of reception. No hassle at all. Could not be better!

The driver was polite. We had to wait when we arrived for another couple - although pick was there, the other group not. Could have taken us back to car park and come back for them. This was only 10mins wait though. The car indicator when we drove away was hanging offWentback and complained, said they would email us, not heard anything yet. I emailed beofre leaving for holiday to correct some info they had sent and they never replied, so not sure about the communication. Otherwise good price and efficient.

Exellent value for money. Good door to door service, no waiting around for transport to and from airport. Also left item in boot of car, phoned through and they brought through to us at departures within 15 minutes would definately recommend and use again!! Thank you for exellent service.
