I used the service for the first time and i had little doubt about service. But my husband and myself were very much satisfied with the service and efficiency of Cophall Farm car parking. I would not mind at all for using it again.

Staff very friendly and informative. It is value for money and transfers to airport are quick.

Easy to find, simple to park (they do it for you), feeling that your car is in a safe place, very friendly and helpful staff, transfers are almost like a personal taxi service, and brilliant value! Highly recommend.

i recommend this parking provider, they also have overnight sleeping facilities for that very early start. I wasn't aware of this until told by their helpful staff and the promotion of this service might have influenced my parking decision. All i am saying is that if that option had been offered at the booking stage, my decision just to use them for parking.

Picked up my car and didn't notice at the time that the checkstrap was broken. Noticed when I got home (which was too late). Luckily I am not bad at fixing motors so only cost me about 2 quid and 15 mins to fix.

I was pleased with the prioe and the ease of booking. All went very smoothly, although the distance and time it takes to shuttle is an issue. On the return leg their was a bit of a scramble with other shuttle passengers when the drivers were unaware who they were to pick up leading to we were here first debates.

Very good value for money. Friendly, efficient staff who checked the vehicle over beforehand. The check-in was easy with toilets and hot/cold drinks available. Friendly staff (for such an early start) and the transfer to the airport was only about 10 minutes. Car was waiting for us on arrival. Would definitelty use again.

I arrived at Gatwick about 7am, and all the staff was very happy with their work. On our return, the staff was still happy and very helpful. In future, I will make sure that we will fly from Gatwick just for the fantastic service from the high standards from Cophill farm...keep up the great work

What I most appreciate is the efficiency of the pick up from terminal. Ring from baggage hall and by the time you are in pickup zone the minibus is there and they know who to expect. I have used other firms for off airport parking and none can compare. Plus exceptional value for money.

Having read the reviews I booked the car park. I can only echo these views. The staff were all friendly, polite and courteous. We arrived back late at nght and I was expecting rather a long wait for the minibus but on the contrary. I would definitely use again and I have recommended to my firends.

Staff were friendly. However, on arrival I noticed a BMW car next to mine and a member of staff was sat inside about to park the car. He flashed the headlights several times to a colleague inside the building as if he was showing off being sat inside a BMW. This to me only raised my concerns about leaving my car here.

Check-in was swift and effective. Absolutely first class service to and from the terminal. Particularly grateful for the efficient pick up after a very long and tiring long haul flight overnight back into the UK. Would definitely use Cophall again.

It was the cheapest offer for Gatwick airport and the quality of facilities and speed of transfer were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful, procedure was simple and directions sent in e-mail were very clear and easy to follow. Great service!

Initially apprehensive, this being the first time we have used this type of parking but no problems. Simple directions, easy to find, everyone very helpful, friendly and efficient. Transfer from airport to home by private helicopter would have been great but otherwise pretty near perfect, so thanks everyone!

as soon as we arrived at car park we were on a minibus and wisked off to airport. we had problem with our car so it was left in easy access for recovery. on return the minibus was waiting, so no hanging around. brilliant service

Have used them about 3 times now and would definitely recommend them. Reception is always friendly and helpful and the mini bus transfers are efficient a long with friendly/helpful drivers. Car park seems secure.

I was greeted by name when I arrived. The site was well run and secure. By luck (maybe) the return transfer mini-bus was waiting for me as I came out of the airport and drove off without delay. I will look for Cophall Farm first next time.

Found the staff at the desk helpful. And the driver so helpful and kind. we were surprised that your company had been in business for so long we wll use your company again
