This is the first time I have used you and I have to say your busuness is slightly smaller, equally as efficient and friendlier. The driver picking us up waited for us despite the fact that we were slightly held up he was very friendly and made everybody laugh whilst updating us on the news that we had missed during our rime away. We were impressed and will certainly use you again and recommend your service.

First time I have used this car park, and I'll certainly use them again! They are quick and easy to reach; their transfer is really quick and efficient; the staff is very helpful and chirpy, and they have the best price around!. I fully recommend them!

The directions we were given were really simple which was good considering that Cophall Farm really did seem to be in the middle of nowhere. However, I had no qualms about leaving my car with them as they all seemed so friendly. We were dropped off and picked up frm the airport without any hassles. Brilliant service.

As a single mum with 3 children I was probably being daft on booking a holiday but once done I wanted to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. I pre-booked my parking on line, printed out the information (more than once which I did think was un-necessary, a waste of ink and paper)and put it with my tickets. On the day, we headed to Gatwick, loads of traffic and were much delayed but we did find the car park, were checked in quickly loaded up, keys handed over we made it to the airport and caught our flight. On return delayed 9 hours passed through customs and made our call to the freephone number from the airport. Were told minibus dropping off as we speak. Unsure where they were doing as we did wait a good 15 minutes. Never-the-less the driver loaded us up got us back to our car - helped load my bags and then gave directions for me to get home. All-in-all an excellent service. Will use again and recommend. Many thanks.

very friendly staff as soon as you step out the car, easy to find and park. you just give them your keys. toilets were clean and well lit, the transfer took about 10 mins which was apparantly the long way, because there was an accident on the other route, so they are up to date on traffic aswell.. the driver was great, taking our heavy suitcases and putting them in the back of the minibus, to joking with us on the drive and wishing us a nice holiday,, its a nice touch and really cheered us up!!!! would definately use again!!! THANK YOU!!

Cheaper than a taxi! Superbly simple! arrived, dropped car,instant minibus, went on holiday, came back, phoned their supplied freephone number, mini bus within about 5 mins, car ready picked key all done! It realy is a very good service.....WILL USE AGAIN

We have used Cophall sveral times before, and always find excellent service. Within minutes of arriving we are on the mini bus on the way to the terminal. On return the car is ready and waiting a short distance from reception. The drivers are always polite and corteous, as are the reception staff. Will definitely use again!

When arriving at Cophall in June 2007, we expected to arrive on a farm used as a carpark. Please do not let the name put you off, it is a very secure carpark with cameras, you need a token to leave as you will not get out of the barrier. As soon as we dropped the car off, we were taken straight away to the airport which takes 8 minutes, given a card with number to call on our return. When returning to uk, had slight worries after reading others feedback we would be made to wait. We called after collecting baggage and were told the coach would be waiting which it was. We have no complaints and will be using Cophall in the future. Good value for money.

First class service. Plenty of easy parking on arrival. Reception were ready with the paperwork, and whilst this was taking place, our cases were loaded onto the waiting minibus and we were swiftly transfered by a friendly driver. On our return, just a few minutes wait for the bus, and our keys were ready at Reception, and car in the exit car park. All staff were super-organised and polite and the site was exceptionally well maintained. In all regards, a stark contrast to other services we have used. Highly recommended!

The trip to the car park and then to the terminal was really good. We were not kept waiting and were dropped off exactly where we needed to be. The staff explained the procedure for when we got back clearly. However, upon arriving back in the UK we had to wait for almost 45mins to be picked up from the terminal. This is unacceptable after a long flight. The driver who picked us up was unapologetic and then, when talking to the parking centre on teh phone to say he had (eventually) picked us up, he offered to hang around and wait in case there were any more passengers. Surely the whole point about having more than one minibus is so that this does not happen.

All in all a very good experience. We were delayed on the way back by over 4 hours, but we only had to wait 5 minutes for the transfer bus to pick us up and take us back to Cophall. My car was waiting out the front for us to get straight into and the process of collecting the keys was straightforward and very quick! I would definitely use you again. The service was easy to use, with good instructions as to how to get there. A minibus took us straightaway, which was probably luck that we were the last on board, but coming back was also relatively quick. Friendly and helpful service.

The service offered was excellent, making our trip to and from the airport very simple and quick. We did not have to wait for a transfer on the way there or back. Very efficient service.

Great customer service, car was ready when we arrived. Had some problems calling the toll free number when we landed, but the coach was waiting for us when we came out. Overall good - would use again.

We arrived early morning (3 am) and had a private service to the Gatwick terminal. On our return, we waited 3 minutes and that was all! - Fantastic! - Would really use them again!

I had hand written the directions, much easier to read. The directions were spot on and easy to follow. Reception was quick and efficient and we were soon on our way. We probably waited the full 10 mins on return but the other pickups were in large near empty buses so I guess Cophall get a GREEN award for using full minibuses. For that reason alone I would use again.

Everything was great, the only thing that was not good was when being dropped off at south terminal the driver dropped us off downstairs and at the last curtesy coach bay, so we had to drag suitcases quite a way and then up the stairs. It would of been easier to drop us outside departures, but i guess it saved driver time doing it his way. Was not impressed.

A welcoming smile and cheeful staff is always great to see in the early hours of the morning. They were ready for us and everything sorted out quickly and without fuss. A fast and personalized service to and from the airport - no waiting to fill the transfer bus with other customers. Our car was waiting for us ready to go home after a 5 hour flight - no trudging around huge carparks looking for it. A great service and very competitively priced! Will recommend to others and use again. You certainly know what customer service is about - well done, keep it up, and THANKS.

A minibus was preparing to leave as we arrived at Cophall, but the driver came over to meet us and helped to transfer our luggage, whilst I checked in, so there was no waiting at all. On the return we only had to wait for about 5 minutes to be collected, despite our flight being over an hour late. Use the BT payphones (free phone number) to phone for your return transfer - the mobile reception isn't that good inside the terminal and some mobile operators charge for the call. Definitely would recommend Cophall Farm parking and use them again. Inexpensive, but still a highly efficient service.

Great value for money. It was easy to find using the directions provided. When we arrived there was a bus already waiting to take us to the airport, and dropping off our car took no time at all. The journey from the car park to the airport didn't take long. On our return we didn't wait long to be collected from the airport. When we got to the car park we were in our car in minutes. Great service. Highly recommend.
