We were picked up on time, the transfer by minibus was very quick with a very help and cheerful driver. On our return at 12.30am with a small child the driver was excelent, really kind and cheerful, as were the rest of the staff, from the lady who answered the call on our return to the lovely man who stood out in the freezing cold to make sure we knew excatly where our car was and that he had the engine running and had warmed the car. Even the toiliets, which were very clean, had the heating on. Very good value for money, we will definately be using this company again.

Good friendly service. Helpful staff. Driver gave us suggestions of where to eat nearby before our long journey back to home. I will use this parking definitely next time. Hope they can keep the prices down!

Very good service. When we arrived home, there was a heavy frost and the staff had started our car and were warming it up for us. Very pleased with the whole thing and will definitely use them again.

Easy, convienient and value for money. Excellent service. Car waiting with turned on ignition and heated up. Tricky to find at night so make sure you have detailed directions with you.

When we arrived back from skiing late at night, it was very frosty and we were pleased to see the car had been started so it was nice and warm and totally de-frosted ready to drive away (nice touch)

The carpark is 10 minutes drive from the airport so this time needs to be built in to your schedule. If (as we did) you wait until you have cleared customs before calling for your pickup you will probably have to wait that 10 minutes before the bus comes. That said, all the staff were very helpful and friendly, even at 5am, and I thought it provided great value for money. I would definitely use this service again.

easy to find, professional staff in reception made booking in very quick and easy, driver from shuttle bus loaded all of the baggage and was very pleasant and cheerful at 4am in the morning. When we returned we rang as soon as we picked up our cases and the shuttle bus was waiting for us, again the driver loaded all of the baggage and dropped us right by our car in the car park. It is the best service we've every received. Thank you Cophall Farm, it was a lovely way to end our holiday.

It was really easy to find the car park (good directions - thank you). Once we arrived, it was seamless and we were taken immediately to the airport, no waiting around for other people. Collection was fine too, about 10 minute wait for transfer bus. A good, seamless service. Would recommend as good value for money.

only 10 mins drive from Gatwick, it was so easy and stress free they give you a freephone number to call them on your return too in very comfortable vehicles and a friendly smile that makes all the difference. We will definitely be using them again and again

They were so helpfull, we arrived and dropped off the car and were transferred to the airport. When we got to the airport my girlfriend noticed that she left her handbag in the car. When we telephoned the office to inform them, they quickly put the bag onto the next coach and dropped it off to us. When we returned from our trip, the service was quick to collect us and the driver's customer service was brilliant. he also informed us of delays on the motorway.

the car park staff were socialable and the bus to take us to the terminal was waiting for us. it took no time at all to get there. directions to find car park were easy to follow. above all, great value for money. thanks!

I thought that the staff were very helpful at all stages of booking and parking up. At one time, I thought I would have to change my booking arrangements and staff were very helpful and patient over that. Much appreciated. There was a bit of a wait for the mini-bus on our return - but the plane was late. Also, we then waited a few minutes for other travellers who apparently had been picked up by someone else, so that was a bit frustrating. Checking in and out was really quick and simple. Car was parked conveniently on our return. Cost was very good, I thought. I'd definitely use you again - and the bus driver told me about an accommodation facility, that sounded very useful too. Very helpful and friendly staff. They made me very welcome and I left feeling that my Jaguar would be safe whilst I was in Canada.Upon returning, I called Cophall Farm after picking up my case from 'Baggage' and learned that a shuttle bus had just left, but the assistant said he would turn the vehicle back to pick me up. What a great service! Here is a company who recognizes that the customer is 'king'! How refreshing!

On departure you drop your car at their reception, they have a minibus waiting for you and they help you with your luggage. On departure, there is usually a minibus waiting just outside (Ive never had to wait longer than 5 mins), they drop you off and your car is waiting for you at reception. Their carpark must be close by as our mileometer only went up 0.5 miles. To us its just as easy as meet and greet but without the extra cost.

An excellent value for money service,with very helpful,polite,well informed staff.I would recommend the service to anyone and I will certainly use it again.

great service quick transfer & collection, just remember to call them after baggage as waiting at the stop does not mean you will be picked up unless they have your name from the phone call, we jumped many in the que just because we called & they forgot

Our experience was very good, hassle free therefore stress free. Was slightly disappointed with the wait for the collection bus on the way home as it was very late at night and we had a two hour drive ahead of us.

A very smooth running and professional set-up, made the holiday transfer very easy. Great service and value for money, I was very impressed and will definately use this service again.

The directions were really easy to find the car park and the service was ultra efficient - the coach was waiting on arrival and all the paperwork was in order. On return, the coach arrived within 10 minutes of calling (the transfer was only 10 minutes from the South Terminal) and my car was ready for collection when we arrived. Really great value for money as compared with taking the train from London. Would definitely use CFP again.

Was unsure whether to use but would thoroughly recommend. No problems checking in, friendly staff and an immediate transfer, no issues on way back either, most impressed. An excellent price as well so we'll definitely use in future.
