Found the whole experience at Cophall Farm easy and pleasurable. Staff were great, no queues and they were waiting for us when dropping the car off. Handled all your baggage and the transfer to the terminal was quick. When coming back into the UK in the early hours they were at the terminal waiting for us and even better our car was running, heating on and deiced. Fantastic service, would recommend them to anyone.

We were particularly impressed that on our return all the cars in the car park were iced up and ours had been warmed up for us. The coach driver also made sure the heating was on in the coach as we and another family had returned from warmer climes.

found the car park easily through directions provided.Reception staff helpful. Had no wait at all for coach to airport.Dropped off directly outside terminal. On return we phoned as directed, spoke to helpful lady who gave us exact directions where to wait for coach, which arrived within minutes. A good all round experience which we would recommend and will use again.

An incredibly smooth experience for both the start and end of our holiday: excellent directions provided to car parking site, friendly reception staff, as soon as we arrived we loaded out luggage onto a waiting mini bus and within 2 mins were on our way to the airport (Cophall farm take your car keys and park your car up at their convenience), On our return as soon as we cleared customs we called the freephone number provided and by the time we reached the pick-up point the minibus was waiting for us. On arrival at Cophall Farm our car was waiting for us too. Excellent service . Will defintely use again.

Check in was very quick (less than 2 mins) compared to others I have used. My car would not start and one of the staff brought some jump leads and I was up and running withing minutes. Overall, a totally no hassle experience, I will be using these guys again.

Easy to find from the directions provided. No problems with booking in. There was a transfer bus waiting to go to the airport when we arrived. Staff were helpful. On return we were given a number to ring which reminded us where we needed to be to be picked up. when we arrived at the pick up point there were 2 Busses there so we had no waiting time. The car was in the waitying area when we returned. No problems. i would recomend to others and would use again.

The car was booked in with no fuss and on our return - the courtesy transport back from the Airport was quick and the driver was polite, efficient and helpful. Also, the mini-bus that collected us was clean(and warm at 12.00 midnight in October!) We were back on the road within approx 30 minutes from collecting out luggage. Thanks for a speedy and efficient service.

Excellent service,check in very quick,sraight onto mini bus and away. Return journey mini bus arrived within 15 mins of phoning on arrival at Copehall car waiting by drop off point no searching or long walk to find car.I have always used Copehall Farm and have always found them to offer a fast efficient and personal service.

Having never left a car in airport parking I was a bit apprehensive, however my fears were completely unfounded. Coppell Farm Parking provides a friendly and professional service without the extortionate prices some others charge. I throughly recommend Coppell Farm Parking, and will definately use them again.

It was very easy to book and we were given helpful, easy to follow directions. The staff on arrival handled everything quickly and efficiently and were friendly and helpfull. We were taken immediately to the airport, no hanging around at all. On our return we were picked up as soon as we came out of the terminal and taken back to our car, which was parked beside reception. There was no waiting around, everything was fantastic. We would definitely use Cophall Farm Parking again.

Nothing to rave about. Felt like it was in the middle of nowhere and the transfer drivers needed a bit of prompting before finishing their conversations to take us to the airport. Driver on the way to the airport drove like a lunatic through loads of country roads and high speeds as there had been an accident which was causing conjestion on the more major roads.

Good place and good value for money, fairly easy to find. We were at North Terminal and had to go onto South terminal to pick up passengers before getting back to car, making return journey time much longer.. not so good as we had some very tired and irritable children at that point!

Fantastic service, we dropped our car off, as we walked into the Reception they knew our name before we could tell them. Dropped us off at the airport straight away including loading our bags for us. Coming back was just as easy, called them as soon as we had collected luggage and they were there immediately. Car was ready to go and in immaculate condition. Staff all really friendly. This car park was great value for money, next time we will look at the shallets that have, we didn't know about them until after we had booked a seperate hotel but next time we will also stay with them the night before travelling. Would definately recommend this car park to anyone.

When we arrived we saw one of the staff reverse a customers car into another which gave us doubt about the safety of our car. Very disappointed to find the drivers inside dirty where staff had not taken care and stepped in with dirty shoes. Transfers were excellent-very efficient both on arrival and departure. Staff were very friendly.

The pick up at the airport was not good phoned when got though customs told will send bus out to pick us up waited ten minutes bus turned up people turned up from no where and got on bus my name was on pick up list but told had to wait for next bus another ten minutes name on list was scribbled down could not read it but was let on bus those on the pick up list should be let on first and not have to wait around for another ten minutes.

Very friendly greeting from the staff despite the extremely early hour of our arrival. The driver of the transfer bus took our bags straight from our car to the transfer bus. The office staff were very polite, friendly and efficient. It only took about 3 minutes from our arrival to our departure on the transfer bus. On returning to Gatwick and calling for our transfer back, the bus arrived within ten minutes. A truly excellent service by friendly, highly competent staff. We'll now always use this car park in future when flying from Gatwick.

!st time that i have booked off site and i will do so again. The site is a few miles away but the journey to the terminal did not take any longer than most on site car parks. The operation however is much more friendly than the others and we were treated very well. I will be using them again.

generally easy to find but not well signposted and at night the 'B' roads could confuse(satnav takes you straight to the gate). booking in/out is quick and easy. Dump car&keys, one small piece of paperwork and your off. getting back was just as easy. Car is parked at site in secure compound; they take care of that. Booked on internet only 24hrs in advance and price was very competitive. Courtesy bus was quick and slick, drops you off at bus rank 12 in underpass about 50 metres from escalator/lift combo to departures level at South terminal. Whole process on the flat so very wheelchair/buggy/toddler/luggage freindly.

Upon arrival the driver transferred our bags to the mini bus while we signed in our car. Didn't have to wait for anyone else so we had a quick transfer to the South Terminal which was superb. On our return we gave a quick call to Cophall Farm and a driver was despated. Had another collection from the North Termianl then the transfer back to the carpark where we picked up the keys and had left within 5 minutes. Journey time from the carpark to the airport was no longer than 10mins but some may prefer onsite parking.The price compared to onsite parking was considerably lower. I would use Cophall Farm again.

Great that your car is ready for you to pick up at reception rather than being driven around a car park for ages. Also, the chap that picked as up from the airport was very personable and friendly which helped when arriving late and back from holiday!
