The car park is a few minutes drive from the m23 but is easy to find with good directions. We parked up the car, checked in and a mini bus took us straight to the airport. No waiting. The return trip was also faultless, we called having come through customs and the mini bus was dispatched immediately. We waited about 5 minutes having got our bags down the ramps. Would use again subject to price remaining competitive.

check in was very easy and quick. staff polite and helpful. Full directions on arrival back and collecting the coach. car ready and warmed up for our arrival. no waiting for coaches, and car was in a very safe secure environment. definitely use this car park again, excellent service and value for money!!

Made the whole experience very easy and efficient. Very impressed.

Staff really helpful with directions, and when we had to change dates it was no problem at all. The coach was sent as soon as we got back and we only waited 5 minutes before we were picked up. Easy to get to and from the site. Good discount with local pub for a meal and drink was a bonus.

Will definitely be using again, easy and quick check in for car, transport to airport about 10 minutes. Also great on return, flight was late but called and the minibus was waiting for us to take us back to our car.

There was a coach ready to take us to airport. Check in was fast and efficient. Car was in excellent condition when we picked it up much to the surprise of its owner who had visions of it being used for a taxi while we were away. He had heard reports of illegal parking and was very apprehensive about leaving his keys. Once back from holiday we were picked up at airport within 15 mins. Can't fault service it was first class; would certainly use park again and recommend to others.

My wife and i have used Cophall Farm car park twice in the last couple of months and have found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Therefore I would have no hesitation in recommending Cophall Farm to my friends and family.

First time I have used off airport parking. Arrived back early one freezing morning, transport was waiting as was car, unfortunately the doors had frozen. Was cheered up with warm cup of coffee whilst one of the guys fetched some warm water to unfreeze the door. Very helpful, friendly people and a great price!

Having used various companies when parking our car for Gatwick flights we were extremely impressed with the efficiency of Cophall Farm Parking both prior to departure and post-arrival back in UK. Transfers both ways were prompt and staff were very efficient and friendly. We will certainly use this facility again and have no hesitation in reommending it to friends and family.

Excellent service ,our family were at the airport within about 20-25 minutes of arrival at cophall farm ,this was at 5am!! On our return ther service was just as good. The staff were very polite and chatty.A1 Service and will use again. P.S. The price was even BETTER

Getting to the airport is always a bit stressful. To be able to sort out the parking so easily helped a great deal. Cophall were very efficient, ready for us, quick to shift us and very family friendly. On our return our driver went out of his way to help us transfer our luggage in the rain to our car. Highly recommended.

Definately recommend! Coming from Kent we found CFP is far enough from LGW to avoid traffic congestion, but not so far to make the transit journey too long. Staff very efficient, friendly & courteous. Straight-forward & speedy collection service was much appreciated, especially arriving from USA at 6am on a cold wet Sunday!

I booked on the internet. It was easy and straightforward. Everything went very smoothly. The drivers were friendly,cheerful and prompt.It was lovely to be collected from the airport after a long journey and taken backto the carpark with no stress, delays or hassle. Would definately use/recommend this service.

We had to wait 30 minutes to be picked up because the instructions to locate the pick up spot were not clear, so we missed the van. Another call had to be made to redeem the situation. A simple instruction to go an unmissable named spot just outside the terminal at ground level would have been better eg Middle lane 50 yrds left of the zebra crossing, on the bend.

This was our first experience of Cophall Farm and were very impressed, especially by the friendliness of the staff. It was very early in the morning but they were at their best. The driver was friendly and helpful, explaining exactly what the procedure was for our return. We waited less than five minutes to be picked up at the end of our holiday, most welcome at 1am in the morning. We've often waited a long time to be picked up from our returning airport by other companies. 5 Star and a pat on the back for everyone concerned.

We arrived at 4 in the morning and just missed one bus going off but it didn'y matter because as sone as two more people came we wnt off to the airport. On the way back we just had to phone to say we had arrived and went to the meeting place a a few minutes later they were there to pick you up. Very quick and would deffently use this service with them again.

if your on a budget that it will probably be the cheapest parking, its secure and if you have a sat nav easy to find!!! did take a little while to get to the airport, and quite a wait for the bus on return, there were quite a few of us waiting on return and everyone bundled when the bus arrived, although there were 2 seats left on the bus we were told to wait for the next one! if the driver had checked who he was supposed to take we would have been on first one! very anoying! apart from that it was worth while!

On our return the car would not start. We had to ring green flag and the car was transported to a local garage. The garage stated the car park should be liable for repairs. The car psrk were VERY unhelpful, and over a week and a half later we are still awaiting an answer from them and are without a car.

Friendly, thoughtful staff, the whole process ran very smoothly. We picked up our car early, on a cold and frosty morning after returning from lovely warm Spain. The engine was running, the heater was on and the windscreen frost free, brilliant, you couldn't ask for more!

Directions to location were very good and when I arrived help was given getting my case out of my car which a nice touch. Very efficient service both in reception and transfer to airport in that I checked in quickly and got on the transfer minibus straight away. On return the service was again very efficient, the transfer minibus arrived just as I got to the meeting point which was fab as it was very very cold. When arriving at the car park the check out again was very efficient and my car was parked waiting for me and beign warmed up which was brilliant THANKYOU!!!!!
