definate value for money. Staff were friendly and efficient. Check in took minutes, bus was waiting for us, bags loaded for us. On return despie a delay the bus was with us within 5 minutes of a call. once again bags loaded and unloaded. Car waiting by reception on return to car park, and even though it was 1.00am th estaff were still friendly and efficient. Will recommend and use again. Thank you

We have used Cophall Farm Parking on several occasions: they have always been efficient, professional, pleasant to deal with and competitively priced. Collection from the airport on return has always been prompt - at that stage you don't want to be kept hanging around! - and the drivers have always been pleasant,helpful and cheerful.

We thought that the service offered by this company was first class and could find no faults what so ever. Will certainly use them next time we travel and will recommend them to friends and family. Keep up the good work

I did a pre run the night before my flight to check I knew where I was going and after some difficulty I finally found the parking. My run into the airport was interesting as the bus had a collision with another motorist but the other driver was at fault as he was in the wrong lane and had already cut someone else up just before hitting us. The driver I have to say was very effecient and was very concerned that we didnt miss our flights and got us to the airport very quickly. The car was ready and waiting for me to get back to and I would use the company again.

This was our first time using Cophall Farm. We found it easy to find (drove from Midlands, very straightforward process and transfers. Easy and efficient transfer service to and airport. Economical too. Would definitely use again.

We had booked a transfer from the airport back to the carpark, only to find that the minibus was over-populated because two people had offered lifts to their friends and therefore taken our spaces. Instead of the driver removing them from the bus, he drove off with our luggage on board whilst we had to wait a further 20 mins for the next bus to arrive. I was very disappointed by the outcome of my complaint as a half-hearted apology was offered with no suggestion of a discount as a gesture of goodwill.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, quick transfers both ways, car waiting on our return. Everything went very smoothly. It was the first time we used them and will not be the last.

Excellent directions given, very easy to find. Easy & very fast check in/out. Friendly staff. Not as near airport as some car parks but we will definatly use again. Good value.

Staff were really friendly and efficient, parking was very cheap. Also they will take skis/snowboards etc which some companies will not allow. Definitely will use again.

Everything went smoothly and our driver on the outgoing journey tried very hard to get another passenger who had earlier been delayed in traffic to his check-in on time (if he could have driven through the doors into the check-in area he would have done!). On arrival back at Copthorne our driver was most considerate in assisting us with loading our luggage back into our car. It's these little courteous extras that I appreciated. I look forward to using Copthorne again later this year, possibly trying out their overnight accommodation service too.

I have used a number of airport car parks at Gatwick, Luton and Heathrow. This was by far the best and the staff helpful and efficient. They even defrosted the car for me as it was a very frosty morning. I think they were great

I used Cophall Farm parking for the first time for one week commencing 17 Feb 08. I was extremly impressed with the service from start to finish. from the online booking service right through to collecting my car and driving away. it is a complete hassle free parking service. the parking lot is safe and secure, the staff are friendly and polite (no matter what ungodlyhour you turn up!) and there's no waiting around for the transfer coaches. all in all a very impressive little service. i will definitly use them again and will recommend to others.

easy to find the car park - immediate transfer - all paper work ready - bus ready - easy to find the bus stop on return and quick arrival of bus.Really friendly and courteous bus drivers. Only negative was the age / state of the bus

The driver and staff at base delivered the service in professional and friendly manner. Value for money and not too far from the airport, would definitely use again and highly recommended.

On arriving we found the staff to be very friendly. The drivers were helpful both there and back. the whole experience was made very easy especially as I was travelling with two young children. I would definitely use them again.

I found you by chance on the internet. Perhaps you should promote yourselves more visibly - I assumed you were a new facility but obviously not. We will definitely use you again if flying from Gatiwck.

I can only state theat service was excellent and the cost of parking for 2 weeks was good value for money. I will definatly use this parking facility, when travelling abroad form Gatwick in the future

Relieved to find such a quick and efficient service,with friendly drivers. We dont like going to Gatwick as it is so far from home but the service made it more relaxing and would definately use it again.
