It was my fault entirely - we were running late on our departure, but it was very frustrating as one of the other travellers didn't know which terminal she was departing from and this took up, what seemed like forever but was only about 10 minutes extra time on the transfer. If we weren't late it wouldn't have mattered at all, but we made our flight by 1 minutes with EasyJet. Otherwise - all was great and a lovely cheery driver picked us up on our return.

Excellent service to and from the airport - HOWEVER, on returning home, I noticed some selfish **** had whacked their door into the side of my car. YAWN! Is it me or is this a part of modern-day life that we shouldn't have to accept? As I arrived in the UK in the early morning, I hadn't noticed it and so didn't inform the staff at Cophall Farm Park. I will be writing a letter and await the outcome.

Booking on line was a breeze. We turned up at 5am to a clean well organised place and cheerful face. No hunting around trying to find a space, we just had to leave it in the arrival bays, check-in and then hopped onto a mini bus. Journey was about 10 mins but what's that when you are going to be spending the next 12 hours travelling? We also had four children with us and they couldn't have been more accomodating. Pick-up on return was quick and easy and the car was waiting for us when we got back to their HQ. All in all a brilliant expericence all round. Thank you Cophall Farm!

They were accommodating when I changed the time of arrival and on return when the plane was quite late it bothered them not at all. They picked us up very quickly and were so pleasant. The loos were close by and clean.The driver helped with the luggage.

Easy to find and transfer to airport was OK, though we had to wait until a few more people were ready to go in the bus. The problem came when we returned. I phoned as requested and was directed to the pick-up point. The directions given over the phone were confusing as we were told to go down to ground level then cross the road and find pick-up point 12. I asked which way we turned at this point and the woman didn't know! We ended up walking to the end of the pick-up area to no avail! Eventually, we found the point which was down another level and on the left. By this time our bus had left (we saw it leaving!) and I had to phone again and wait another 15-20 minutes for the bus to return. If they could give a diagram of how to find the point, it would save all that time and frustation.

My only complaint was on the way out the driver or vehicle (or both) really smelt terrible! We all noticed it, even my 4 year old son. Sorry I know that is a very delicate matter, but think you should be aware as would put people off. However am pleased to say the journey back was a pleasant one!

I have used many such car parks and this was much the same as all the rest with the exception that on arrival you have to remove all your keys from your keyring with the exception of ignition key and remote fob. This is a pain and not something I have encountered with any other company.

Everything I wanted for Airport parking, when we arrived at the car park as soon as we booked in which took no more than 2 minutes a minibus was ready to take us to our terminal, on our return we were picked up within 3 minutes of phoning the car park and our car was waiting for us to drive home. excellent service.

other than charging me for an extra day from when I booked (stated return time as 01.00 and this then was amended to 01.05 !!) which I thought was a tad off - I was pleased with the reception staff and most part. the drivers - both very nice people, polite and most helpful

This meet&greet service at Gatwick is absolutely worth every penny. It might seem a bit pricey compared to normal "long-term" parking, but the convenience of having car parked for you from departure terminal and of having it dropped of at the arrival terminal within 10 minutes is speaking for itself. Very friendly, helpful staff, even when we arrived a few hours earlier that booked - was not problem at all! No waiting around, no rushing onto packed transfer buses etc. Great Service - will definitely book again.

The service provided was excellent with transport being provided to the airport very soon after we checked the car in. The pick up from the airport was also very prompt and our car was available immediatley we got back to the carpark. Overall the parking provided good value and we would use it again

everyone we met was nice and polite and always always very hepfull from the ladies who answered the phones and gave directions to the drivers who helped us out too, we have no problems whatever in recomending you to our friends and family and we hope to be using you always from now on. We arrived at Cophall farm parking signed in leaving our keys and within minutes the bus driver loaded on all of our suitcases and we were away. lovely and very friendly staff to and from the airport. After our holiday we were outside Gatwick phoning Cophall farm to come to pick us up, they arrived straight away, no waiting around. If anyone is needing a carpark near the airport I strongly recommened this highly reliable company. Thankyou for making leaving your car behind stress free, we will be parking there again!

We were taken straight to the airport after checking the car in - we were not made to wait until they had a full minibus. On return we phoned as instructed and then only had to wait 5 minutes before we were collected. Our car was ready for us by reception when we got back. Transfer time to/from Gatwick North was about 15 minutes.

No waiting for the bus to or from the airport and car was ready at reception for pickup - no wandering around the car park looking for it. Excellent service - value for money? Well parking cost more than the air fare but cheaper here than the competition!

Flying unsocial hours meant that cost was same as using train (from Hetfordshire to Gatwick) but Cophall was much more convenient. Staff were very friendly even when we failed to stand at the correct place outside of airport. Found Cophall very easily on way out. Very happy with them.

Helpful from start to finish. No problems being taken to or collected from the airport. A good service overall.

This was a brilliant, good value service. As it was so cheap I was half expecting something to be not so good, but it was all excellent both going and coming back. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

This was our first time we used Cophall farm Parking, having used other similar parking services around Gatwick. We were impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Parking at CFP was the cheapest quoted for the dates we required. We would use them again in the future

Directions INTO the car parking area were fine but we did go slightly astray finding our way OUT (although we were admittedly very tired after travelling for 28 hours up to that point). Please consider printing easy instuctions back to the motorways in future for the "brain-dead" amongst us. About 10-15% cheaper for 16 days would have been acceptable.
