Very friendly staff, immediate service and transfer to the airport and very quick transfer back to car park once we arrived back into the UK. Great facilities - the toilets were heated! Will use them again!

I found the whole process very easy, efficient and quick. I normally park in the long stay at Gatwick and to be honest it probably works out quicker going to Cophall Farm. No waiting for buses and no finding a car parking space near a bus stop.

The site was easy to find. After a brief check-in, there was no waiting around - we were off to Gatwick. on our return, a quick free phone call and within minutes we were picked up. Superb service at all stages, and very good good value for money!

Upon arrival, we were immediately transported to the airport and on return, we called and were picked up in 5 mins.....very effective service. I would recommend using this car park.

Alround the overall service is good.However I thought that the interior presentation of the vehicles left a lot to be desired.This is not daily cleaning but part of weekly/monthly deep clean schedule. I am sevice industry trained and it did not meet my expectations.But would not quite put me off for the future if it improves.

I cant fault this service, it was park & straight into the bus for the airport along with a friendly chat from the driver, the same for the return journey, we waited all of 5 mins for the bus, again a friendly driver loaded our cases drove us back (about 10 mins) where our car was awaiting, picked up keys and we were homeward bound. Was a little apprehensive at first when booking. you hear such horror stories...Arrival was perfect, got on courtesy coach immediately and lovely smooth drive to airport where we were dropped off in excellant spot. Collection was equally as smooth with our pick up arriving almost immediately we walked out of airport. First rate service at a fantastic price. Highly recommended.

Very good all round service at a reasonable price.No waiting on arrival,straight on to bus. About ten minutes to North terminal.On return a quick phone call after Customs control and about ten minute wait for bus just just outside exit doors.Car ready to leave on return with no traffic to worry about.First Class

Great service and it was much easier than having to get the kids and all the luggage on to a bus. We had a minibus to ourselves and the driver helped us load and unload. The only downside was the wait at the airport on our return.

on the whole it was fantastic, however one staff member destroyed the whole experience by being patronizing and condescending on our return trip over the telephone

I repeat my previous comments that the service, friendliness and help of all the staff were of a great standard. We will be booking again for June and will be requiring a costing for 16th June to 26 June using the same car. Please advise. Thankyou

We found it really easy and convenient using Cophall farm, the staff were really friendly and we were at the airport within minutes. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

We were the only people who needed picking up at the time we rang in (around 11:00pm) The mini bus was sent out straight away and we didn't have to wait to have enough people to fill the bus. Very personal service. Our car was ready and waiting for us just yards from reception and we even got directions home!

Quick and efficient checking in and out. Bit of a trek to the airport but very good value for money nonetheless. We will be happy to use Cophall Farm Parking in the future.

This was the cheapest park we could find. We were very promtly taken to the airport even though we were the only two people on board the bus. On our return we were greeted cheerfully on the phone, and the bus arrived to pick us up very quickly. Excellent service. Thank you.

The guy who brought us back from the arport went a longer way round to the car park which became a little arduous which is a bit picky I know but nonetheless was a bit annoying after a long flight back to the UK.

Cophall Farm is by far the best value car parking we've had at any airport in the UK. It was very easy to book ,communications before & after our flight was excellent. Transfers to Gatwick were prompt & hassle free & the staff & drivers were very friendly & helpful.

Even though the arrival date was somehow booked as being before the time that I made the booking, they sorted it out when I arrived, within a couple of minutes, at no charge. The transfers were very prompt.

I strongly recommend this car park as regards service and courtesy of staff - good value for money. But allow half an hour between parking and check-in as the park is some distance from the airport.

Directions from A22 were not up to date as a road had been closed. Took the Crawley road and adjusted the directions for the M23. Not strictly correct. No mention of T junction from this direction. Caused minor confusion and panic.
