Minor issue but person that parked the car seemed irritated that there was a key fob attached tot he key that he could not remove (It was a security fob and deliberately securely attached tot he key ring!)

I would certainly use this company again. They have people available at all times to assist. I got lost getting to them and was able to ring and get the correct directions - I had them but missed my turning. The service is very quick you are not waiting around when you go to the airport and when you return. They will pick you up even if it is just one person which it was for me. Very helpful with luggage. All in all a very customer focused experience. Will certainly use them again.

The whole service i found brilliant. Really quick and easy. It also suited us really well as the car park was on the way back home. Didn't need to wait for a bus at each end as soon as we got there were straight on our way and the pick up was great too. We just rang them when we'd picked up our luggage and by the time we got to the bus stop the bus was there. Really quick picking up the key and the car was waiting just outside. Overall really good efficient friendly service and i would definatly come back again.

We booked this as a test as it was a lot cheaper than most other car parks and are glad to say if they keep their prices down we will use them again as it is great value for money. Thanks.

I forgot my prescription sunglasses in the car when i was on my way to a skiing holiday. One phone call to the Cophall Farm car park office and the staff there were kind enough to go to my car, find my glasses and send them with the next minibus to the airport. Saved and made my holiday. Brilliant service. Thank you very much. Can't praise your staff enough. Will use you again and recommend you to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you.

we arrived at carpark to a very welcoming reception,we were given instructions and a minibus was waiting to take us to the terminal immediately.on our return at 2.30am we waited 5 mins for return minibus our car was waiting all warmed up and de-frosted!!! will use again.

This is the first time we have used CFP and we were very impressed. It was excellently organised with minimal fuss, car was ready and waiting on return, transfers were comfortable and speedy and staff were professional, courteous and efficient. Can't ask for more than that!

Hadn't used this park before but was glad I did. I had reservations about parking off airport and not parking my car myself, but the competitive price swayed me. The site was easy to find and I had no wait for the bus to the airport. The journey was quick and trouble free. The return pick up was efficient and my car was waiting for my return. Will use service again.

Helpful staff and cheery even extremely early in morning. Easily amended my booking when i extended my holiday whilst in canaries will definitley be using service again. My TOP Tip BOOK early as they do fill up quickly during high season due to their popularity

This is the third time we have used cophall farm. The beauty of this service is that it is on call rather than waiting around for a coach that passes by every 20 mins or so. We were travelling with a baby and a toddler and once again cophall made our transfers nice and smooth, without any waiting around in the cold and wet. highly recommended.

The service was better than I expected. They were polite, prompt, and courteous and they took care of my car. I shall be using them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

I would not use the Cophall Farm Parking again. My car came back with mud inside the car, mud all over the wheels, tree residue all over car paintwork. Now have to spend money to valet the car !

I normally try to get a lift to the airport as I dread fighting my way into airport parking, but this was a totally different experience. It was so simple, easy and stress-free. The staff were very friendly and organised so when we arrived, there was nothing to do except hand over our keys! On our return, there was already a coach waiting for us to take us back and our car and keys were handed to us! This has completely changed my view of airport parking and I will use Cophall Farm parking again.

The whole parking and transfer experience went fairly smoothly. However, I would recommend the driver perhaps calls out the names of the passengers he's come to collect so that there is no dispute over which group of passengers gets on the mini-bus when returning from the airport!

Arrived, dropped off the car, taken to airport promptly. When we arrived back got picked up quickly and our car was ready for us. Very easy. Wouldn't go anywhere else as you can trust them with your vehicle.

I parked at Cophall farm in March. First thing, the distance is misleading. Thank god I had a sat nav to get me there as it is not easy to find at all! Also when I arrived I was questioned thoroughly on my arrival date and time which is fine however on my return, I noticed the card given to call them did not have a landline number to dial - it was 0800 so unfortunately you must find a pay box when you reach the airport to make a call and also not sure how you would alert the company if you are delayed as you cannot contact via mobile phone. But overall it was good value for money but I think I will use another parking firm and pay that extra £5 to save myself 30 mins either side of getting to and from my car.

The caprpark is a 'drop off at reception' type. Your car is then parked up later and is brought back ready for you on return. In my case this probably involved jump-starting my flat battery, and I was relieved to find the car running with heater on warming up on a cold spring evening. I would definately use this carpark again - not only because it was the cheapest i could find!

This was the first time using Cophall Farm Parking and I must say I was a little wary as the price was so much better than alot of other car parks. After reading some positive reviews I gave it a try and was very pleasently suprised. No dodgy field in the middle of nowhere! Instead a well lit well managed safe site. I would like to reccomend Cophall Farm Parking based on my recent experience.

I have used Cophall Farm carpark a few weeks ago and I awas very satisfied with it. The car park is not right next to the airport (about 10 to 15mn transfer time) but it is easy to plan this ahead, the waiting time for the bus was short (you just ring the car park when you've picked up your baggages and they pick you up outside the airport), and it was very good value.

I found the service excellent the staff were very helpful on the desk and the exchange for the keys was very quick. I did find the driver that took us to the airport was driving very fast and quite erratic. Coming back was a little confusing as there were 2 coaches there and neither driver had our name. Otherwise on the whole a very efficient, friendly service, which I would use again. Many thanks
