We were delayed in traffic on our way to the car park and the staff were so efficient when we arrived that we managed to get to the airport really quickly and didn't miss the flight.

Customer service great - had forgotten directions when going & lady on phone guided us very well! All very helpful, loading cases for us etc. However on return to Gatwick we phoned as soon as we got our luggage & proceded to the pick up area. All other offsite parking shuttle buses arrived within minutes - ours however was over 30 mins -too long in my opinion considering we had a long drive home to B'ham & it was freezing cold! When the mini bus came it wasn't big enough for the amount of people waiting who had all phoned for pick up! Not really impressed with that end of things.

The directions provided to find the parking on the Email from you were wrong. We were unable to find the parking from Horley although found the garage, the correct road, railway bridge and then the instructions were wrong. Phoning the car park did not really help as their directions were misleading - having advised them that we were on the roundabout outside the Copthorne Hotel they sent us up the correct road but told us to turn left at the second roundabout as they counted the one we were on as the first. We of course did not. Having arrived late because of the directions issue we were further delayed whilst we waited for antoher family to get on the mini bus. I understood the car park was 3 miles from the airport. This may be from the boundary fence but certainly not from either of the terminals. The transfer is quite long. We will not use this car park again.

It was easy and very reasonable priced. The staff were very helpful and informative. The secure compound looked very secure, only very slight downfall was when i collected my car is was parked at the very front and didn't have much light cover but it wasn't really a problem

This was my first time using Cophall Farm Parking. Easy to find, the staff were polite, the trip to and from the airport superb and i would not hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone else.

ARRIVED AT 4 A.M. AND WAS GRATIFIED THAT THEY WERE EXPECTING US. oN ARRIVAL BACK AT GATWICK THERE WAS A SLIGHT MIX UP WHEN ANOTHER PARTY HIJACKED OUR RIDE, BUT 20 MINS WAITING AND ANOTHER VEHICLE COLLECTED US

I booked this all on line, checking in the car took a minute (literally!) and we were off to the airport straight away. On the return it was just as easy ! Collected within minutes, at check out was just as easy; hand over the keys and we were off, back home.

This was an excellent value for money car park.. I have used Cophall Farm Parking before, would use it again and would definitely recommend it to others.

I would say this is a cheap car parking facility. However when I got back from my holiday and collected my car, I found lots of mud over the cars exterior and all over the floor inside! I had to pay more money to get the car cleaned than the car parking cost me in the first place.

Excellent service, despite an early morning pickup from the terminal on arrival back in UK. Great value for money. I will definately use the company again.

Transfer was very good both going and returning to the car park.Staff were very good and overall a very good service with value for money, which needs to be maintained.

Found car park as directions precise. Dropped off car quickly and immediately driven to our terminal but very friendly, happy driver.On return, called b4 collected luggage but told to call again after been thro customs. Had no hold ups so got thro immediately but then had to wait until they had driven from site to Airport. Just a little irritating as had to wait in cold, tired and wanting to get home. But all in all, not a major problem. Certainly will use again.

Enjoyed not having to get into all the Gatwick airport periphery with hoards of traffic. Your directions to the car park were very easy to follow and arrival was all handled very smoothly . Drivers both vey polite and helpful, even when I nearly left my case on the bus!

Could not recommend this service enough. A no brainer. Better than on- airport parking.Staff are all very professional. A no hassle, worry free time.You'd be mad to pay more for an inferior service from another company.

I have used a number of different strategies to allow me to drive / park etc when going on holiday by air. I can truely say that Cophall Farm parking is the most time efficient and least stressful option. I would certainly recommend and use again.

A good experience. Very prompt and reliable service. You do have to wait for other passengers but they use transit vans so there are never more than a dozen of you. I would recommend.

The way out was phantastic - the driver literally waited just for me. On the way back to the car I had to wait about 20 minutes, though, together with a group of other people. Could the driver possibly have anticipated our arrival time and waited near-by?

It was very well handled ensuring we spent minimal time both waiting at the car park (outbound) and the airport (inbound) by ensuring speedy transfers. Service was good and the phone service worked a treat in having someone collect us when we arrived. Well done!

The car park was easy to find. On arrival the staff were very courteous, everything was clearly explained and the transfers from both to and from the airport were quick and fuss free. Would recommend without hesitation and would definitely be my parking of choice if flying from Gatwick in the future.

Unfortunately there was a roundabout missing from the instructions and I spent 20 minutes racing round Sussex trying to find the thing! Once there I did find the transport to be much longer than some, but that is what you get for cheap parking. Personally, I won't be using it again, but if you're looking for a bargain, this is it.
