I was impressed with the professionalism of the service both at reception at the start of the parking period and the prompt pickup from the airport at the end of our holiday.

We could not find our way back to motorway! The signing from local roads seems v poor. Do you have instructions that we should have asked for? In all other respects, a v good experience. Hope to come again.

I couldn't find the BT telephones when I left the customs area - I don't think I'm blind - so I had reached the bus stop before being able to telephone. However, the driver rang on my behalf and all was resolved to my benefit.

The facilities are good and when we arrived we were quickly logged in and sent on our way. It is quite a long way from the airport and our driver went a bit too fast fro comfort! However,when we arrived back in the early morning the staff did not hand us over at the six o'clock shift change, and as a result no bus was sent for us. We had to wait over 1/2 hour till a bus was luckily coming to deliver some other people to the airport. I was offered 20% off a future booking but declined. My details were taken and I was told I would be contacted by the manager. In fact I wrote a letter by email and post the day we got back. This was acknowledged 5 days later by phone.

we were a party of nine and the coaches only took 8 - which meant that the party split. Not a big deal, but not ideal. Drivers were friendly and booking and processing worked fine. definitely use them again

A good service on a par with many others we have used but the cheapest on this occasion. On arrival at check-in, the staff seemed a bit confused about our travel plans, for some reason thinking we were going by coach to Scotland and just returning by air; then thinking we were flying to Glasgow (true) and flying back from Edinburgh (not true) even though I had given clear flight times, numbers and updates. But it was sorted and all went well afterwards and pick-up on return was flawless.

I chose to park here for a two week family holiday. I had to book 2 cars in, as there were 9 of us. Cophill was very easy to find from the directions supplied with the booking, TomTom would not work...... Upon arrival things were very easy and straight forward, park in the front car park, hand keys in, give flight details, and off to the airport in an awaiting minibus. Upon arrival back in the UK, once cases were collected, call them, and 2 mins after getting outside, the minibus turned up. So hassle free and a very friendly service. We will be using again in July for our summer holiday.....

Check in & check out speedy. didn't wait to be collected from airport once number called for pick up. welcomed when tired..& cold! friendly staff. confident the car was safe & secure. great value for money. would highly recommend.

When we arrived at the parking we handed over our key, got on the bus and were taken to the airport after a few minutes wait. On our return journey bus was waiting as other travellers had phoned before us so immediately transferred back to our car which was ready and waiting. Brill!

I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone whose taking their car and parking it up whilst they go away. My husband and I were so impressed with the slick operation when we dropped off the car that we had absolutely no worries about the car whilst we were away. We were not disappointed on our return - we just used the Freephone number given to us and within 10 minutes were picked up and with our car within another 10 minutes. The staff were friendly, professional, the premises was very clean (toliets and reception), warm (6am in the morning) and very efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend you use this company which I do not often do because it's always a big responsibility recommending anything to anyone - however in this instance I have no worries about saying that this is definately the way to get your car looked after whilst on holiday.

We found the car park very eyaily, everything was very striaght forward and received friendly service. On our way back, the bus came reasonably quick and we got back without any problems. Only minus thing was that we never got a confiramtion email (that we didn't even notice we needed until we arrived) but it wasn't a problem at all! Highly recommended!

Even though the car park is some distance from the airport, the drop off and collection services were very efficient with no delays or hanging around at either end. All around an excellent service at a very good price.

The Service was very good, quick and efficient and so was the transfer to the airport. When we came back, although it was 2AM due to flight delay the coach was there within 2 mins to pick us up. Car was there waiting, started up so it was nice and warm for us to drive home! Excellent Value for money

The arrival and transfer to Gatwick went like clockwork. What impressed me most was that when we arrived to collect our car I noticed that the radio code had to be input which only meant that the car had been checked before our arrival and it had been found that the battery required re-charging. the car was ready to go when we arrived! What a marvellous service.

Whole parking experience was trouble free. Very quick and efficient service to and from the airport. Would definately use again. Only one slight problem - our return flight was delayed by 20 hours and we got charged an extra day before they would return keys!!!! Not our fault for the delay so thought they would be a bit compassionate.

Cheapest. Very quick transfer, car parked by staff, so no lugging cases to a bus stop, drivers chatty and helpful even at 2am. Collection, was very quick , so the few miles transfer time was no slower than parking in the on site airport car parks as in previous experience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit further from Gatwick than some others but not a problem. Transfer coach arrived within 10 minutes of my call.

The whole parking experience was faultless. From booking to being greeted personally, transfer to and fro, and retrieving our car. Will definitely use CFP again and recommend to others

Slightly dubious about going to the cheapest car park I could find, but read positive feedback, so thought I'd try it. Result? Absolutely first rate, will go there again as my first choice and would recommend it to anyone.

We arrived at 3am in the morning with a warm welcome. When we arrived at Gatwick and made the telephone call the receptionist clarified everything very clearly in a friendly manner. I highly recommend Cophall Farm and will definitely use it again!
