Our family found the service to be excellent, from the staffs friendly service to the speed at which they drop off and pick you up at the airport. We would definately use again next time, excellent value for money as well.

My car was parked in the dark behind other cars so was very difficult to see even when I was standing in the middle of the car park. Is there a way another floodlight could shine on these areas (only room for about 3 cars? I had to go back in and ask again if the car was really there - with two large suitcases, not an easy job. Brilliant otherwise.

The staff were all very friendly and assisted with directions, baggage and even directions for our return journey. Everything ran very efficiently and effectively. We will definitely use them again.

At first I was unsure regards booking as the price was so reasonable but after reading other feedbacks I was reassured. I would not hesitate to book again for our next holiday. From the Reception, friendly professional, through to the transfer and the drivers who were friendly and very helpful. The whole experience was just how you would want it to be. On arrival back in the UK we called the office and a driver and bus was with us in 5/10 minutes. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. Thank you for your great service.

Staff were really helpful. The transfers were ready on demand. The whole process was swift and hassle free. Very professional service and excellent value for money.

Very happy with their service just after Easter. Minibus was there when we set off for the airport & arrived within 10 mins of our calling it on return. Mobile had gone flat & we had no UK change, so we were very glad the number to call was 0800. Driver even helped carry bags to our car. Would be wonderful if their service is like this in Summer Peak time too. Would definitely use again.

I have use Cophall Parking for many years, usally 4/5 times a year and have always been extreamly satisfied, great value for money, excellent service and transfers, never had to wait very long for a mini bus to pick up at the airport. I will continue to use them in the future. Regards B. Butcher

Good transfers to and from the airport, drop off very close to check in and arrivals. All staff extremely helpful and courteous. Would definitely use again when flying from Gatwick.

Would definitely use Cophall Farm again. It may be further away than other parking areas but they provide good value for money and the staff were helpful and friendly. Security seemed good and our car was ready for collection, near to the office, on our arrival back.

Extremely efficient and friendly reception staff with very informative drivers giving that personal service feel. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

The map was very good and although early hours of the morning travelling for two hours we found the parking with no bother. the price was excellent for a three week stay,transferes on arrival were quick and collection on return were the same. Thank you to all that run simplyparking.co .uk I will certainly be back and also tell others about your excellent parking facilities.

Will certainly use CFP again. It was easy to book and easy to find (following their clear directions) and the charge was reasonable. The pick-up from the airport on our return was prompt - no hanging about at all.

Very efficient service and all staff very helpful.Would recommend. Would be good if child safety seats could be offered for young children who are too small to use seat belts.

Very quick and easy process. Transfer to the airport was ready and waiting when we got to the car park. On return, we telephoned the car park and someone was there to collect us as soon as we left the terminal which was great as after a 12 hour flight, you don't want to wait around.

The car park was fully secure, close to the airport and very competitively priced. The smaller transfer vans also allowed for a more timely, personal service which aided in speeding up the process. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a highly recommended service.

When we returned, we found that our rear parcel shelf was damaged & there was chalk markings all over the boot. We complained but the man in charge denied any responsibility and was agressive and rude. He was very reluctant for us to fill in a complaints form & probably tore it up as soon as we had gone. Shall not be using them again.

Stay away, my car was returned with hundreds of pounds of damage. Cophall Farm Parking Parking deny responsibility, poor communication, took over a month to receive their damage inspection that was apparently taken when the car was left. It has no date, no signature and the CCTV footage of the car entering the car park is "unavailable", whatever unavailable is supposed to mean. This matter will definitely be taken further.

I was delayed in America by an extra week. I knew my car would be safe and anticipated an added expense to my trip as I'd have another week's parking to pay. I was amazed when I only had to pay an extra £12.50. Also I had no sooner left the airport when to my surprise a minibus arrived to take me to CFP. Excellent service.

I thought that the service was excellent went I was leaving the UK. The car park was easy to find and the staff especially the mini bus driver were friendly and helpful. Slightly disappointed on return as the mini bus driver did not stop where I was told to wait and I had to call for him to return to the arrivals area to collect me. Luckily I noticed him driving off. Overall though a good experience.

Booked through FHR directions to site need improving; could be signed from main roads. Slightly alarmed by having to sign disclaimer due to previous problems with our type of car. Otherwise excellent service.
