Mega excellent service. Pick the phone up and staff will collect you ASAP. Your car is waiting upon arrival. Staff very courteous and friendly. Am using this car park for all my travel arrangments now.

The service as a whole was very good, but marred on our return as a driver of Cophill Farm pulled into the bay to offload passingers. I had already been infornmed that a bus was on its way with passengers and presumed this was the one. We approached the rear of the bus, but the driver simply shook his head at us and turned his back, ignoring us. If he was not to pick us up a simply statement could have been made. Other passengers commented on his rudeness, some of whom were waiting for rival car parks. I suspect they were not impressed, neither were we. When our driver did appear she was excellent and courtious, but could obviously not comment on the behaviour of her college whose name was "Harry"

This is the second time we've used Cophall and we again had no complaints. On arrival back in the UK we were picked up within 10 minutes of calling and our car was ready to collect. The drivers are very friendly and make a real effort to chat even at 7.00am! We can't fault this car park - excellent service at an excellent price!

Friendly helpful staff to greet me upon arrival. Felt van was safe when i left it. Dropped off at correct terminal with no fuss or delay and picked up promptly even though i was a day late due to delayed flight from canada. Van was ready and waiting in same condition as i'd left it. (much to my dissapointment! I expected a full wash, wax and valet!) Would def use this company again. A good experience. Thanks

Cophall Farm parking made the transistion froom car to airport very easy and just as quick as parking on site at Gatwick. The coaches run from farm to airport when needed so there is no long waiting periods. A very useful system that we will definatley use again.

Arrived South Terminal at 2300 phoned Cophall Farm Parking by 23.10 It was about midnight when we a got to the parking reception. Otherwise service was very efficient.

The Bus drivers were helpful and informative and the whole process was easy with very little waiting around from booking in the car to getting the transfer. We would definately use you again as excellent value for money.

No comment the service was courteous,fast and efficient. the driver was safe, polite and helpful. All in all it was an excellent experience and we would use them again.

Everything went smoethly from when we first arrived to when we got back to the car that was already moved to the exit waiting for us. Would use again.

We have used this car-park twice and we have been more than happy with everything on both ocassions. We would recomend it to anyone wanting safe parking and good transfers to and from Gatwick.

We couldn't have asked for a better service. Everyone we dealt with was efficient and polite, we were instantly taken to the airport and the bus was waiting for us on our return. Cannot believe what great value for money this was and I would definitely use this service again!

I was very impressed with the whole operation, the staff were bright and cheery even though it was very early when we arrived. The transfer took about 15 minutes and the mini bus was clean, with proper safety belts very every seat. The drivers both ways were very polite and friendly, I would have no hesitation in recommending Cophall Farm to my family and friends. Well done Cophall 10/10

Great service - no long waits to be taken to or picked up from the airport and your car is parked at the front when you return so no need to spend ages trying to remember where you parked it. Highly recommend

The car park was easy to find directions excellent. Staff all friendly & welcoming, mini buses to aiport so no waiting. Relaxed start & end to holiday. Will definitely use again

Just one tiny point :- It says transfer on demand.................but only if a bus is there! Admittedly didnt have to wait that long but it was not on demand. Great experience and would use again

The journey to and from the airport was fast and efficient even in rush hour traffic as the driver knew where to take any shortcuts that were necessary and even advised us on a quick route to miss the traffic. All in all very helpful and very efficient

We found the whole experience excellent. We arrived and once checked in, were transported to the airport. On our return we telephoned and the bus collected us within 5 minutes. The drivers were friendly and the whole experience could not have been easier. Would recommend Cophall parking to everyone.

They use small buses, so we didn't have to wait for ages for a large bus to fill up, which usually happens with long term car parks - and a good price to boot. Fully recommended
