Found service very quick and helpful, mini bus picked us up within 5 minutes of calling very speedy service, would recommend and definately use again.

We found Cophall Farm parking to be good value for money, transfers to & from the airport were excelent & felt our car was left in a safe secure place. Instructions sent to us on how to get there were clear & straightforward. Thank you very much.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for transfer to and from airport, meaning about 30 minutes overall for the transfer. Not unreasonable given the price but if time is important to you, a company offering quicker/shorter transfers could be better value.

arrived an hour earlier than expected but got checked in & transfered to airport with no problem. only waited a minute or two for bus to pick us up on our return journey & this time we were over an hour late. staff including bus drivers very friendly . will use again & will recommend to friends to use.

The staff at CFP could not have been more helpful, they drop off and collection of my vehicle went smoother than a freshly buttered bannister, the transfers were also excellent, no waiting around at either end. Will definetly use again.

Would definitely recommend. Shuttle bus service meant that I waited no longer than 10 minutes for door to door transfer. Mileage on car exactly the same as when left, secure and safe parking.

Bit of a distance from the airport but that is reflected in the price. In our experience everything including transfers worked very well, staff friendly and efficient, would definitely use again

Really pleased with the fast and efficient service, we got straight on a bus to the airport and had to waait no more than about 5 mins on return. Will definitely use this service again.

So easy to navigate on-line booking, lots of reassurances regarding booking.On-line reviews were really useful to make the decisions to book. Friendly staff, super easy and quick transfers. Cheapest to date. Will definately recommend and will use Cophall Farm Parking again. :-)

the instructions provided made the car park easy to find, the transfer was prompt to the airport as was the collcetion when we arrived back. the staff were polite and pleasant the parking was the cheapest I could fine. good value all round.

The driver for the return tranfer was especially helpful; there was a major traffic jam on the M23 (accident), and the driver was able to tell us alterantive routes (complete with printed schematic maps) we could take to avoid the hold-up - very impressive!

Have used others in past but will now only use Cophall Fsrm Parking. All staff friendly, helpful, prompt and no hassle. Thought as was cheapest might be some problems however was superior service. I have no reservations in recommending this service.

Exactly what it says on the tin. No messing about. Very quick, friendly service and the transfers at both ends were immediate. Didn't see much of the facilities as we were only there minutes! Slightly further away from the terminal, which made no difference at all, but also the cheapest. Spot on!

I was very impressed with the friendliness and proffessional service I experienced and will not hesitate in using Cophall Farm when I fly out of Gatwick in the future. They have come long way since the farmer started the business - basically parking in his field!!

I was very impressed by both the reception staff and the driver. It was extremely pleasant to be treated as an individual and not just yet another customer. The driver had some good tips to give but my husband didn't take any notice of the flowers and chocolates!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. My car was fine when I retrieved it. Transfers were quick to arrive but you need to leave plenty of time to get to the airport as transfer time can be up to 30 mins with traffic etc. on the windy roads. I would use this car park again.

Parking at Cophall Farm was a pleasure after I located it. This would have been tricky without a Satnav. I was greeted by polite staff and transported to and from the airport promptly. Next time I use Gatwick, I will definitely use Cophall Farm again.

We misplaced our parking card and upon arrival at airport we could not find your bus station or your telephone No: to be collected. To assist others in the same situation it would be more conforting to have dispays offering this information.

Although tis is classed as an off site car park, I thought it was still close to the airport. As soon as we arrived we went to reception where they unloaded our cases from the car to the shuttle bus. We had to to sign some papers, which probably too about a minute. We then got on our shuttle bus and was taken to our terminal. Our driver was very nice and friendly and helpful. On our return journey we had a 8 hour delay at the airport. We called to say we had a delay, the receptionist was very helpful and told us not to worry. when we landed our shuttle was waiting to pick us up, which was really nice. We expected to pay more for the car park as we had such a long delay, but we had no extra cost. We are going away again later in the year and would use this car park again. We are even going to try and stay at one of the rooms as they look so nice. All in all this is a cheap, friendly service that we would use again.
