It was easy to check the car in and board the coach to take us to the airport. Instructions were clear for us as to what to do when we returned. We rang when we had cleared customs, waited a few minutes, boarded the coach and returned to collect our car. No fuss, very efficient

Transfer to Gatwick was prompt and speedy. Waited about ten minutes for pick-up on return, but everything ready at Cophall Farm.

We have used Cophall Farm Park before and as usual the service received was excellent. Easy check in, prompt transfers and car was ready to drive away on our return.

on arrival to leave my vehicle the staff were very polite, and a warm welcome, and also the carpark was very easy to find from the motorway m23. on our return i was informed to call the number on the card and they would sent a vehicle to collect use, i called and a vehicle was there in 10 minutes just what you need after a long trip. very good service and i would return to cophall farm carpark again thanks

Staff friendly and helpful, even in the middle of the night! Clear directions to and from the car park. Didn't have to wait long to go to the airport, and quick pickup service when we got back.

on demand transfers were brillant, when i arrived back to pick up the car, my vehicle was warmed up with snow removed from the vehicle, as it had been snowing heavily that week. Brilliant car park for a budget price.

first class service.directions were easy to follow,on arrival we were quickly transfered to the airport.on return the bus was waiting for us and when we picked up our car it had been warmed up and defrosted.fantastic.

Have used Cophall Farm for several years. They have always provided an efficent, friendly service and are usually the cheapest. Top marks.

I was really impressed that when we arrived back, the car had been brought to the front and the engine was running to defrost the car - thank you so much for a trouble free experience. Much better than airport car parking I have used in the past. If I fly from Gatwick again I will definately book with you again.

We've used Cophall Farm on several occasions now - the service is excellent and highly efficient. On our return this time, it was past midnight in late January - the staff had the engine running and the car de-iced on our arrival back at the car park, which was extremely welcome! The transfers run to your needs - I think we waited maybe 10 minutes at most on our return - basically, they come to get you once you've called them. We've used them before and I'll happily use them again.

Very pleased. The parking worked like clockwork, with minimum waiting, happy staff and the car returned as we left it. Will use again.

Although the parking involved passing the airport exit of the motorway then driving back to the airport it was well worth the effort. A very personal service was provided rather than the impersonal one at the airport car parks. Instead of a grumpy old driver (jobs worth type)to greet you on return to the UK it was great to have a real person who treated you like a friendly customer and was quite chatty and happy to update us on the news of events in the UK whilst we were away. Cophall Farm was initially selected on cost so not only was it cheapest but it will be my first port of call for future long term stays at Gatwick.

I was very impressed, apart from all the things you would expect: efficient transfers, no waiting, car ready on return etc, the driver actually welcomed us back and asked if we all had our seatbelts on, (something we found important as we were travelling with two small children in child seats). He also insisted on loading and unloading all of the suitcases himself from the minibus. Excellent!

We were running very late and in a panic that we wouldn't make it to the airport on time. The staff were very calm and reassuring and got us there with time to spare.

Easy to find, very efficient and straightforward service. shuttle buses were frequent, didn't have to wait too long. Would use again.

we were treated like royalty.like being in a 5 star hotel.if only airlines could follow this example of excellent service.

A very personal touch with mini bus shuttle which was a godsend with two little babies. Quick pick up too. Would recommend using to all friends and family.

For two weeks parking cost £54.00 the service i received was prompt .Couldnt ask for anything better .Will be using again in March for the 4th time
